I placed an order for pickup at 1:30pm with a requested pickup time of 3:00pm that same day. It was ready to be picked up early and they put together a beautiful and delicious arrangement for my wife who had just had our baby. They even included some balloons for free! Awesome experience!

Chocolate covered strawberries by edible arrangements been seeing the ads for them on tv for years.... If I could give zero or even negative stars I would!How sweet of him. But I have never been more disappointed on Vday in my whole life as I was this year. Bit into one. The strawberry was rotten. ROTTEN! Threw it back in picked up another. Same thing. Not to mention the juice in the bottom that made the chocolate all weird. My 3 year old (strawberry fanatic) ate one good one. Got one rotten one spit it out and wouldnt even try for another. There were literally 5 good strawberries out of 2 dozen. $60 worth of chocolate covered strawberries and at least $47 of those dollars went in the trash. NEVER AGAIN will I ask for anything from this company. I was sure they were guaranteed fresh fruits.

If I could rate a zero star, I would have. We ordered an arrangement for our friend to surprise her for her birthday. The day it was supposed to be delivered, it never showed up. After leaving 2 voicemails, a chat message and several emails without a response someone FINALLY answered the NEXT day. They said it was on a UPS truck and would be delivered. A UPS truck? Why, with 4 locations, would UPS even need to be utilized? So it sat in a warm truck all night and showed up to her office; melted, moldy, and dripping water 48 hours late.

I sent an order of strawberries to my friend for her birthday. She got them a day late and then said all of them were hot and melted. I emailed Edible Arrangements and never got a response.

Ordered a gift for Valentine’s day to be delivered the day before. On Vday, had to call them just to be told that their system was not doing online orders. Never gave me a notice.

Online Ordering experience was easy. Pick-up at the store, team member was friendly and quick, very happy with my experience with Edible Arrangements!

Wow what a surprise!!! The strawberries are huge and delicious! The popcorn is amazing!!! Trying to save the chocolates for Mothers Day!!!

How long was this supposed to last? Be fit to eat? The strawberries were fermenting, the pineapple was the only ripe fit to eat fruit. All the rest was hard and not at all ripe. It was pretty to look at but I have had roses last way longer inedible. Tried to share but was embarrassed when they bit into and strawberries were rancid. Gross. I am so sorry my daughter paid so much for this. I received this by 930am and nothing good. Waste of money.

Ordered one for my girlfriends birthday and the delivery person was by my house and never came to the door. Failed to make a delivery. This was a surprise for her birthday and she was home. Disappointed. They Refunded me the money but never offered to make up for it when they were in the wrong.

From the minute I walked in, and up until the delivery of my arrangment I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and helpfulness of the team there! I didnt really even know exactly what I wanted, but the nice girl who helped me knew all the little details that made my gift that much more special! The fact that I had no other way to transport a ten pound fruit arrangement other than using my hands while I drove home is absolutely ridiculous. When I spend almost a hundred dollars on fruit I at least expect the fifty cent box to carry it in. Will never return. Seriously flower shops can do it, I think you guys can figure it out.

I waited until the last minute to oders an arrangnment of fruit for Mom. I thought this would be a great place to order since I am in California and this store location is only 13 miles out form where my mother in law lives. Needless to say the store does not deliver to my requested location even though it is 13 miles out. I guess that their advertisment is off since the Edible Arrangements advertisements say they deliver all over the world. Sorry Mom

The perfect place for expensive strawberries

Wow!!!! What a horrible experience!!! I called to get an order delivered 14 miles away from their location..and they wouldnt do it because its not an area they service. Crazy to me that they deliver to coal valley and port Byron which is further away. Terrible customer service! I even offered to pay extra for delivery! Will never do service with this company again! Ridiculous!! Obviously they dont need the business.
