I live in Nebraska and I bought my car from Lexus of Quad cities for one reason and that is Raj. He is the best car salesman Ive ever dealt with. I looked everywhere for a car and I dealt with so many other salespeople, all not impressive and trying to sell me more than I needed and taking so much of my time! I found a car on Lexus of Quad cities, called Raj and w/in 10 minutes we already had a deal. He is genuine and honest and works hard for you, trust me Im a pain, I bought a totally different car. Never have I ever had a better experience purchasing a vehicle. I looked for a really long time trying to find the right ride for my family and I. Once I came across my future vehicle the transaction was smooth. First off I didn’t hit 5 sales people trying to attach me for a sale when I showed up. When I went into the dealership I was greeted and offered a beverage. The time it took to get financed was nothing short of instant. These guys know what they are doing. I buy and sell frequently and know for a fact that I received A+ customer service. If you are ever in the position to purchase a new vehicle I highly recommend you consider them. Nick was my first accounted with their sales team and Will took it from there. I’m surprised we don’t have plans to let the families meet. As a business owner myself I highly recommend.

Only giving one star because zero isnt an option. This is the most expensive car I have ever bought and the absolute worse sales and service experience I have ever had in my life. Trust me, the Lexus experience isnt all that. Besides dealing with the worst salesperson ever (who has since been fired so I was told by the sales manager), the service I have received to date is below par. Not only was I out and out lied to by a service advisor on one occasion;. but the service department has also not been able to deal with something as simple as applying the vehicle appearance protection that I purchased for the car. It had to be applied twice because the first time it was applied over all the dead bugs the car collected while it was in transit. The protection had to be removed and applied again. However, there is no luster to this brand new car so I dont believe it was applied again. When I questioned the service manager he just offered to wash the car. In addition the chrome is pealing off the front bumper of this car that I only bought 4 months ago and the service manager is refusing to stand behind their product. I will never step foot in this dealership again even though it means having to drive an hour and a half to another dealership;.

Purchased new vehicle June β€˜21, this is our experience:Lost our I -pass transponder even though we called about itPut wrong VIN number on paper work. Had to travel 50 minutes to re-do purchase with Smart HondaNew car had small crack in windshield. Had to make multiple calls to get it fixed. Got it done 1 month after purchase. Again took our day to take the car 50 minutes from home and drop off for repairSalesman said they would β€œtop off our gas” for our time and trouble. Did not honor that.Received a refund (which is good) but it was an over charge for our purchase costs.Smart Honda communicated only with my husband about the issues even though I was the purchaser of the vehicle. It is time for companies to realize women can and do make these large purchases, and should respect them and communicate directly with us! I won’t buy from this group again for that reason alone.

They made the time to make my experience exceptional.Zina was my salesperson and she even kept watch and did checks to try and find the exact car I wanted.She was above and beyond any other salesperson Ive experienced in the car business. Darnell helped to narrow down what I needed to do to get what I wanted. We decided to order just that and it was a wonderful experience all around. They gave me updates and kept me informed throughout the process. When the car came in I was treated like a VIP and had a smooth process getting paperwork completed for the best deal. We were recommended to Steve β€œKarl” Karwath and I can’t thank the recommendation enough. Honest, pleasant and detailed. He took his time answering all of our questions as we weren’t in a huge rush. I can even attest for teamsmanship at Smart Lexus, when a car popped up that we had interest in Steve was out on maternity leave and his colleague Robert Gimmy stepped up to answer a few questions. I truly appreciated knowing that the company offered Steve maternity leave so he could rightfully be with his family and that his clients were getting taken care off...all the feels! We had a few concessions about the car and the saws manager, Nick Grantz was very reasonable and compassionate towards our concerns. He (and Steve) even took their time to make sure we were happy with Francisco’s work...you know the person in the service department that no one ever gets to meet or say thank you too....he’s the real hero in this story, you are so appreciated! I had an A+ experience at Smart Honda. They had exactly the car I wanted and I was willing to drive down from Wisconsin to get it. Greg Rietz took excellent care of me, moving the buying process along at a good clip. From the time I arrived and the time I drove away in my new car, it was less than two and half hours. Quickest car-buying experience ever. Greg set up my Android Auto and showed me how everything worked so the 200+ mile drive home was enjoyable, not frustrating like can often happen when driving an unfamiliar car. Will definitely go back to Smart Honda!

Fantastic I bought a 2019 rav4 hybrid from them roughly 3 months ago and they got me a really good deal. The rav4 was priced well and the trade in value they offered was fantastic. Jan helped with the majority of it with getting all the paperwork done and getting a deposit so they could hold the vehicle till I could drive up their. I came from Texas so I didnt arrive at the dealership until a few minutes before closing I believe but nick was awesome for staying late and also the fiance guy.

This is my second horrible experience with this dealership and I will not return. My first experience was when I bought the car brand new, their license plate cover advertising the dealership rusted the car. They advised me to just cover it up since it’s on lease. After weeks of struggle trying to communicate with them and people not calling me back or addressing my concerns, they finally fixed the rust, then proceeded to change my name in their system to what I assume was the nickname they had given me as on all correspondence prior to this event my name was correct.Fast forward to today. My car was in for service. They told me my final bill would be a certain amount, when in fact it was $115 more than that. They also proceeded to tell me (three different times) I needed an instructional demo on how to use the air controls in a car I’ve owned for FOUR YEARS. There is an active Customer Support Campaign for vent issues on this car, and the vents have not been functioning properly for months, compared to how they functioned when the car was new. (Hence a Lexus Support Program.) I explained to the service manager I did NOT need a demonstration of how to use air controls and how I find that extremely disrespectful, yet he instructed the valet to do so anyway. The valet arrived at the car drop off location, and when I met him, the first thing he said was β€œCome with me so I can show you what you’re doing wrong.” I explained to him I did not need instruction and he proceeded to try to justify his experience in my car with items that were NOT the issue that was attempting to be resolved.I then received a voicemail from the Service department yet again, reiterating they informed the valet to β€œshow you how to operate the controls of the vehicle”.I had to explain my issues with the car over 5 times, to which they spoke over me saying I’m wrong. The comment was even made that β€œI set a piece of paper in your car and it moved, so the vents are all working”.If I could give 0 stars, I would. I used to LOVE this dealership 6 years ago but it’s been downhill ever since.

My dad took my car here for warranty work which was very nice of Lexus to provide. However, in the process of replacing the interior panels the knee airbag broke. Now every time I drive my car the airbag light is on. We never had any dash lights on this car, except to add gas. My dad said that they wouldnt repair it even though is was fine going into service. Even the delivery driver who delivered the car to our house was surprised they sent him out with it.

Had a great experience with the sales person, Greg Reitz! He was very helpful and was willing to do practically my whole sales process online as I live 2 hours away and wanted to complete most of the process online. The finance guy I worked with was also good and fought to get me the best deal! The reason for the 4 stars is because the finance manager was frustrated with me when the original terms were not what I was wanting. He claimed he had party to get too and it felt like he was more concerned about making it there to his party than to meet his current customers needs. He also lied about saying that I would get a free 2 years of Honda service (oil, filter changes, tires rotated). if I got my car serviced at ANY Honda dealer. However I was informed by Greg Reitz that simply was not true and that it was only for this specific dealership in Davenport. Lying to customers is not a smart move. Would recommend you talk to him about correcting his knowledge on this so that other customers don’t become mislead. Other than that, I had a great experience and would recommend Greg Reitz as a sales person of choice at your dealership at Smart Honda! Thank you!

I was very nervous to get a new car because I loved my old car so much and know little about purchasing cars. But I worked with Will Hollis, and he made the process of trading in my old Lexus in for a Toyota a breeze. The customer service is always top notch and it’s nice to be able to have one sales person be able to compare multiple brands and test drive them without having to play the β€œcan I have your card” game. Also on their new vehicles they let the salesperson ask you if you want the front plate bracket installed or not. That right there is something every dealership should do. After all it is your vehicle, you shouldn’t have to deal with unwanted holes in your brand new vehicle. Will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle here.

The only negative thing I have to say is that I couldnt figure out where to park for service, but once we parked in the lot and talked with Desiree, she took the key and pulled the car into where we should have pulled up to. We were shown into the guest waiting area, which had drinks, snacks, tv, radio, and comfy seating. Desiree kept me updated via texts... Which was nice for up to the minute information and social distancing. I was able to review all the service suggestions and accept or decline them as I saw fit. I was given the cost total before leaving. I was given a beautiful loaner until my part came in (had to be special ordered). Desiree kept me up to date via phone calls and texts as to the status of my part and vehicle service. I was able to securely pay my bill by a texted link. And a driver offered to bring me my vehicle and pick up the loaner. I highly recommend! Friendly experience and our problem seems to be fixed.

The Lexus LS430 has the engine check light on. I took it to the dealership to see what was wrong and while there change the oil and filter as well. They called to say the car is ready for pickup. When I asked about the engine light - they did not know anything about the engine light went on!! Apparently the mechanic did not look into the car. Some of the helpers changed the oil, the filter washed the car then said it is done.Over the years I have 6 Lexus cars. I can tell you that services have been going downhill since they changed ownership. All of the good and long serving service advisers are gone. You used to get a loaner when your car was in service - now you have to RENT!For an oil and filter change they charged me $26 for shop materials! Since their is no other Lexus dealership around it seems they change whatever they want. I will move away from Lexus cars altogether.

Vehicle has an oil leak. They didnt want to check out the issue until numbers were ran. This model has a few known issues with oil leaks. One being very expensive a timing cover leak. Im not a mechanic but the sales guy said they must of spilled some oil when removing the oil filter. I knew that wasnt the case because for two reasons, 1 the location of the oil 2 the oil filter just lowers down when removed. We passed on the vehicle because of the leak. Was told someone else was interested in it. Our salesperson said he had another SUV and we set a time to see it but received an email before our visit about another SUV that didnt fit our needs. It was only fwd when we specifically asked for awd or 4x4.. Then the afternoon that we are suppose to go look at the SUV that he suggested after Lexus one we received a text saying it was sold. Bad experiences after another. They should of looked at the oil leak to begin with! Last I saw the Lexus it was parked for sale with the leak not fixed!

Its been 2 months since we were sent home from an interior repair with a new safety warning light on for an airbag. Its unbelievable that the vehicle would miraculously break in their possession and they would tell the customer they needed to fork up for the repair. My son played golf with the GM last year at a Lexus outing. This dealership can afford to do the right thing but chooses not to. Now wait for it...the were sorry we didnt meet your expectations response with an offer to call the service manager so he (John) can again tell you to pay up.

Bought a 2013 GX 460 online from this location. Great experience overall. Jan sent me a walk-around video, underside pictures, and more. Never felt super pressured to pull the trigger, she would just let me know if others were looking at/test driving the vehicle.After purchasing and getting into a great loan, the dealership sent two sales reps out to meet me halfway for the drive (I live over 5 hours away). Signed the paperwork and all went well. Once I got home, the car wouldnt start. I had to jump it every time to get it started, all within 12 hours of purchase. Jan told me to call Lindsey and she took care of it all. Told me to go to any local Lexus/Toyota and they would cover any cost to have the vehicle running great. Happy with this service and would look to buy from this site in the future.

I had my husband bring my Lexas up,he didnt have to wait long and they washed and cleaned out the car, which was awesome,I love that they put alot of effort into satisfying the customers!! Very nice to talk to you and just a nice group of people,very satisfying, thank you for a wonder experience, would recommend!!!!
