How much is the engine oil filter, which I bought extra ??If anyone doubts any price of services, they will also doubt the quality of services ...Best regards and I wish you all the best with the hope that I will receive an answer as a sincere customer ..??????????you will not answer because the MOST EXPENSIVE AND QUALITY FOR THESE SERVICES CHARGE A MAXIMUM $ 450. and you charged me $ 899 ?????

The staff is courteous and professional upon arrival and completion. Perhaps this should’ve been four star rating however, I received a text stating that I needed new belts, new air filter and one other item. I found this perplexing as I had just changed my cabin air filter four weeks ago and when I looked at the engine air filter when I got home it is certainly good for at least another six months to a year. And the belts were evaluated by a different organization who services my Sprinter and there was no remark by them to service them immediately. Furthermore as I looked under the hood, I did not see any signs that the air filter for the engine had been removed since the screws were still dusty. I remove them and found the air filter as I stated earlier good for at least six months to a year depending on how much travel.As far as I know the warranty work they did was perfect.Bob

I was told for a warranty service they don’t pick up car, don’t even give a loaner/test drive and ended up waiting for 2 hours in the middle of my workday.If I would have gotten a test drive, I live 10 minutes away, I would be more likely to buy a vehicle there in the future.They were happy to share everything that is (potentially) wrong with the vehicle.

Bought a 2020 GLS450. The internet available is horrible, it is through AT&T however I had AT&T in a Cadillac and it worked wonderfully which leads me to believe it is the Mercedes software. My screen that controls AC/Heat radio freezes at times and nothing will work . The Mercedes Me app doesn’t work half the time and is the only way to remote start the car. When you call for scheduled maintenance they have no idea how long your appointment will take and cannot schedule a loner vehicle, this is a call center for 7 dealerships and when you tell them it’s a Mercedes they have zero answers for you. All in all it is definitely not a luxury car experience.

The Recall and annual service on Sprinter RV was very good. The service department even allowed use of a vacant office so I could remote work while waiting. Service was fast and efficient. I am totally satisfied and will be happy to continue using Smart Sprinter service again when the time comes.

Michael Schneiderman was so excellent from the beginning to the end of my purchase ! He was professional but personable. He seemed to really care about making sure he took care of me while I was there and before I even arrived with great communication with me.And Matthew Warthan was just as awesome. He was thorough but expeditious at the same time. He explained details in laymans terms. He is a funny guy too :)The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I received excellent customer service as well as great service from the mechanics who service my car. I received a loaner car so I did not have to wait at the dealership why my car was being serviced and that was great. I was able to get things on my car repaired that I didnt even know needed repaired. Thanks to my service guy Allen Pratt for being on top of my service needs.

Personally my experience was terrible. I will never ever get my car fixed or serviced there again. mechanics are sloppy and left engine oil all over the motor my rear door was left open when I went to pick up the vehicle my license plate was damaged not to mention after all of that for a 250 dollar yearly oil change with a car that has 80,000 miles I get up to go to the gas station this morning and my check engine light is on 🤬

Allan P. in service is my advocate when it comes to maintaining reasonable and not excessive service costs. Bryce in management is open minded when listening to both constructive criticism as well as praise. Good people making world-renowned German engineering affordable for many. Yes, Mercedes is a luxury brand but it is so affordable for those with domestic SUVs, Jeep, FI50s, etc and Asian luxury brands. The real luxury is not in the cost of a Mercedes, that can be matched with any vehicle brand, it’s the attention to detail in the vehicle and made note of by the dealership team in addition tothe engineering, the safety and, of course, the relationships fostered.Ask for Linda H.!
