Good service and products. I purchased Alpha panels which will be used to make a mural. They are lightweight butt very strong. The paint also seems to stick well to the panel. The alpha panel had a plastic core and aluminum on the outsides. They have a lot of other sign products and will do custom printing.

Bought a new vinyl cutter from these folks and from first call to install all the service was great. The machine is awesome and the customer service is awesome. The website is loaded with stuff and if need help they respond quickly!

We placed an order online for six items for over $300 where they quoted the freight for $67.48. We agreed to that freight expense. Then they called back & said they needed another $30 for UPS charges ($97.48 total freight). At that point I said I wanted to check the freight because it seemed too expensive. They got very upset. I told them to send me the dims & weight. When I finally got the dims & weight, I quoted the freight directly. Our UPS discounted rate was only $59 (less than the $96 they wanted to charge us).They cancelled our order without telling me. They said they left a message. Im sure they have a large discounted rate with UPS, put they are keeping the savings for themselves. Terrible customer service. I called 5 times and asked to speak to a manager; was never able to speak with a manager. Very disappointed. We sell online too and we honor freight quotes that are automatically generated. Sometimes we lose a little bit of money on freight. We accept that & honor our quotes. We strive for excellent customer service. Too mad Wensco (Helena) does not.I actually still want the items, but they had no intention of putting my order back in. And I havent even gotten angry with them yet. F- in Customer Service. F- in honoring quotes on line.

Setting up an online account is painful and they want too much information before you even decide if you want any of their product. You can not compare their pricing or anything without setting up an online account with them and giving them all your info before you can price anything.

The customer service for this company is a complete joke. Whether in online chat or by phone. They are rude and unhelpful. The most frustrating thing about it is, depending on which agent you speak with, the story/excuse changes.

Buyer Beware. Had two very similar experience s with this company. I call it false advertising.
