Target is always clean and usually friendly service. One young boy at checkouts was very friendly. Asking questions, but not too sappy. Made you leave with a good mood.

Sierra, one of the guest services reps at our local Target was a HUGE help when we were trying to find school supplies for our son. She was kind, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and a perfect example as to why we shop Target rather than anywhere else. She went out of her way when she noticed we were struggling, and went above and beyond to help us find everything on our list. Way to go Sierra! You are a total ROCK STAR!

I tried to order things online from the baby registry and they want you to buy $35.00 worth of products before they would even think about sending you the order. This is rediculous. Then half the items were out of stock or not sold in Davenport. I was going to check out and pickup in Davenport but you have to have an account. Then I was chatting with the associate and he made me feel like I was STUPID. I will get the items, tomorrow because that is what the mom to be requested and I will NEVER step my foot in the store again or shop online.

Every time I am in Target it feels clean and the staff is good. The biggest reason I dont shop here is selection. If they had more of what I buy I would pay a bit more to shop here vs Walmart. But if I have to go into Walmart anyways I figure I might as well just do all the shopping there vs going to both stores.Dont know if corporate reads these but I cant be the only one who says this.

Has a decent selection of nut-free non-dairy ice cream, easily beating Walmarts selection of the same. Target, being the only store Ive found in the Quad Cities with a chocolate nut-free non-dairy ice cream, wins.

I use the Target App and get a little out of hand doing online orders and works great! All my orders have been successfully delivered and accurate on my orders! Great job employees keep up the great work!

The cashier was extremely helpful with ringing up purchases because I was using the circle Target app and Sam the cashier showed me how to scan on my phone because I didnt know how to do it. He was extremely helpful and patient. Sam had a great attitude . I am a 63 year old shopper and I am not use to using my cellphone for digital coupons. But Sam showed me how. Also at customer service I was waited on very promptly, friendly young man was able to take back my cans and soda bottles and take my credit card payment too in one shot. I forgot his name but he had a name tag on that said he speaks Spanish also, which is a great help to the Latino shoppers.

I love Target. I purchased an electronic that needed price matched and the protection plan would not pop up. Denise was so helpful in getting the help I needed. Miranda brought a binder and Chris was called into help when it still didnt work. Chris couldnt get it to ring up either and Joel was called in. Denise never left until she knew I was taken care of. Chris gave it his best and when he couldnt get it he brought Joel in. Joel got it fixed in seconds and not only that, he was so helpful in explaining what I needed to do and how to do it and showing me what I needed on the receipt. Denise and Joel went above and beyond. Not only is it covid times, its holiday shopping now. They were not frustrated and they stuck with it til it was resolved. I was beyond impressed.

Was shopping for a couple misc items when I noticed I was being followed...it was the theft prevention and security. It was almost comical the way they profiled and followed me throughout the store. I left the items I thought I wanted and decided not to purchase the items and left. I will never shop THIS store again

The young man that was working the self-checkout area on the grocery side of the store today, November 6, around 12:45 is exceptional! I watched him greet every customer that walked by him with a friendly hello or welcome back and wished everyone a good day as they left. Shopping has become an unpleasant experience, so it was so refreshing to encounter him. I only wish I had caught his name.

It has everything from clothes to toys to groceries. I absolutely love it. 100% recommended

Everything was ready when we drove up. The person delivering the things we ordered was in a mask. We just had to open the trunk to get our purchases. I appreciated the care they had for us.

Currently, my family has been staying home and staying safe since March. It is so important because we are an immunocompromised family. My children really wanted a Christmas tree, and we could not go and pick one out. We chose a black Friday deal and picked the tree up from Target drive up service. The woman was extremely careful, wore a mask, checked my confirmation code through my closed window, placed the tree in the trunk, and said to have a great day. I also really love our Target because it has a Starbucks inside the store, and we know Target to be very inclusive as a company. Thank you Target!

Clean, organized, adequate quantity and pleasantness of staff, adequate quantity of cashiers, much better overall shopping experience than stores like Walmart, which has a different market strategy and is not the place for me. Target is typically my 1st choice for many things.

I had placed an order on November 22nd at 7:20 AM for a TV. I entered all of my information and card number. The order went through and said it would be ready for pickup in 4 hours. I was waiting for pickup email when I got the email saying my item is no longer available. How can that be when my order was placed shortly after 7 and they confirmed it would be ready? I will never shop here again. It was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and I am SUPER UPSET about the way they do business at this store.😠

Excellent customer service. An employee helped me find the little girl belts which were very affordable. I asked the cashier if he could cut off one of the belts after I paid for them and he just let me use the scissors. There were alot of smiles and his and have a good day positive attitudes from several employees from the time I walked into target to the time I left.

If it was possible to leave a 0 star I would.I drove 30 min out of my way to get a code for a pokemon event target has until the 28th. It started the 19th and even after I told them it was a free code and showing them this on my phone, then finding a huge box on thier counter they refused to give me two of them I needed multiple times. I went to customer service and told me the same. So apparently some idiot vendor is to blame for them not knowing what to do with it.Congratulations on wasting my gas, and losing a $200+ grocery sale. Hope it hurts your profits because you cant better train your employees! Also once again here is your proof...its free, you wasted my time.

Targets new in car pick up is wonderful! I shop there often, but when my 8 month old had his third cold in as many months it was a life saver to have ordered my shopping on the Target app. and have it delivered out to my car in less than 2 hours. I was handed everything I needed and was abled to keep my son happily situated. Thank you for the extra help. What a great service.

The one row of silk, horizon and blue diamond all out of stock. Multiple shelves of the house brand is available. We do not come for generic, we come for choices. If we want one house brand, we will shop Aldi. We do, for those items. The house milk has extra preservation ingredients we stay away from.

I could not be happier with my shopping experience. I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything multiple times which is an AWESOME change of pace. Employees were happy, helpful and present. I enjoy the Starbucks and the cup holder on the carts too. Its always crazy to me how quiet and peaceful the store is. I love that Im not forced into the self checkout because of lack of lanes. Im not interested in self checkout if I have a full cart. I LOVE how much Target gives back to the community. Most importantly, I love that Target is the only place I can find Alaskan Sockeye Salmon that is packaged in the USA. (I do brag about this frequently so please do not change this.) The Super Target in Davenport is ROCKING IT!

Target has good bananas, especially on Monday and Tuesday. Also, Target does have good prices on cat litter. I would give the store a 10 but it does have areas that look really junky as they are resetting.

Literally blown away by Dom & Damien in electronics. I had the worst day trying track down a specific i-watch. I called, they had it & held it for me so I could drive an hour to pick it up. Upon arrival they were friendly, helpful & went above & beyond to make my experience amazing! 10 fold better than the experience I had at Walmart! These guys are rockstars! Especially during a pandemic! THANK YOU!!!

All stores look brand new. There are like 3 full shopping centers next to each other full of major stores: Target, bealls outlet, Marshall’s, home goods, five and below, Burlington coat factory, shoe rack, ultra, just to name a few. And then all kinds of restaurant. That kind of competition help control prices. Loved it.

I love Target, they have great prices and awesome quality. My only complaint is a unfriendly staff of young teenage girls that dont really smile or help. They just stare and make you feel uncomfortable. Otherwise its great!

I love Target, they have many items I love and would not normally find at a store like WalMart. The customer service is always helpful. Grace is an amazing associate.

I always go to target when I need something. Love the red card debit card, and cartwheel app. The workers are normally also friendly. Only reason I didnt give a 5 is because the green produce could be better it usually shouldnt even be out for sale and its 9 of 10 times it usually FREEZING in the store no matter what the weather which makes my trip pretty miserable sometimes.

Ease of ordering and pick up

Staff: The staff is always quick to greet you and see if you need help. The man running the self chekouts was very friendly and told us about the red card, and the Black Friday shopping available today. Food: is always fresh, and reasonably priced. It’s easy to spend over your budget because they have everything.Building: The shopping area is clean and spaced nicely. Bonus: they have all types of house hold items you can buy. My suggested product to buy is Method All Purpose spray cleaner. It is well priced, smells great and cleans really well.

Ease of finding things I need in the store and pricing

I love shopping at Target. It is bright and clean. Since the remodel, the aisles are wider. It is not as crowded with merchandise.

Clean, well stocked store. The prices at Target in general seem to be getting higher and higher. Produce prices were really high by comparison to other stores. If price does not matter to you, I would recommend this Target as I had no other complaints.

I had a last minute outfit crisis for family photos tomorrow morning. My oldest sons outfit didn’t work with our theme. So I had to do a Target run at 10 pm with high expectations that it would all come together easily. It DID NOT! But the staff was SO amazing. They didn’t once make me feel rushed even though it was pretty close to closing time. I had 2 staff members not even hesitate to make a run to the back for me. (I wish I remembered their names) I was an Assistant manager in junior retail for 12 years and I know how rare it is to find a teenager willing to give their best their entire shift. Kudos to those girls and the whole staff tonight.

I tend to shop odd hours due to work, travel, etc. This means that I usually shop when stores are lightly staffed and Target often bears the brunt of this need. I usually have to look hard to find an associate, but once I find one they are amazing!Target tends to carry a lot of the brands that I like that I have problems finding in the Quad City area, and they usually have good stock and prices too.I ought to shop here more often!

It was very easy to start and get everything on there that I wanted

When I stepped up there was someone ready for me. She was very helpful fast and friendly.

Not much for selection. We spent a good amount of time shopping in Target today and left with nothing in our cart. Didnt seem to be a good selection of clothing for kids. Prices seemed a bit pricey. We went to Walmart and found everything we were looking for.

The customer service. Carmella helped my grandmother and me in a great time of need. My grandmother had an accident and needed new pants and underwear. Carmella helped me find the clothes, told me where to find baby wipes, and ran off to grab a towel from housewares. She then opened a register for me so I can get back to my grandmother in the car and get her to a place where she could change.
