I never write any reviews but this was the worst car buying experience. Would not buy from here ever again! We purchased a used truck and paid what they were asking, the only thing we asked is they fixed a few things we noticed was wrong. It took them over 2 weeks, after we paid them, to get the truck fixed. They delivered the truck to us and that day we couldnt drive over 65 mph and after another 70 miles it would limit us to only 55 mph. This issue was supposed to be fixed as part of the deal. We live an hour away so we agreed to have our local dealer look at it and fix it. The dealership finally got it fixed and now they refuse to pay the bill so we got stuck paying $1500 for the repair that should of been taking care of originally. They do not stick to their agreement even when after not talking them down in price. This truck is for our business and we need it to run smoothly. Will not recommended to anyone.

Travis was very accommodating. I walked in he was there I asked if he sold vehicles he said yes. He was extremely helpful to the point and I appreciated that very much as I had only a few hours to get something finalized due to my work schedule. Thank you for your help.

We paid cash for our used truck 6 weeks ago. We still do not have our title. They sat on the paperwork for 4 weeks before sending it out. It could be at least another 4 weeks. One star rating is too much. I do not recommend this dealer.

After a horrible time with another dealer, Chad and Jason were very welcoming and fair with us to get into our new explorer! Travis was exceptional! Courteous and no pressure. When we picked up the car we discovered a few things not included (second FOB, owners manual etc.). The response was oh well. That was kind of disappointing. Lesson learned by us to ask more questions before signing the contract.

Highly disappointed in the car we purchased for my daughter. It was not professionally cleaned before it was put on the lot for sale. This car is so dirty and has an overwhelming smoke smell you cant even drive it without the windows down. We were told to bring it back and they would clean it. All they did was vacuum the car and returned it to my daughter. Disgusting.

I followed kyle from Dahl ford. I explained what I wanted and needed, and this man spent his free time trying to place me in the perfect vehicle. I found a truck online that I liked and reached out to Coach at Courtesy Ford about it via Telephone as I live 4 hours from their dealership. I had asked for photos of the truck and the service records to be emailed to me. He texted 3 low quality photos of it. I asked for more and what service and if any damage to the truck. Coach said it was in top notch shape. I again asked for more photos and he said after it was out of service he would get them to me first thing in the morning. Two days later I reached out again and he send a few more blurry photos and only one of a small dent. He said the service came back good and the truck was in excellent shape and ready to work. Based off of what we has spoke and texted about I said I would drive out and take a look to buy it. I drove 4 hours to get there to see a truck that was NOT it the shape that Coach had described to me. I have been a Mechanic for over 25 years and there were numerous parts that were broke, bent or damaged. The truck had a a bad oil leak and was attempted to be fixed with silicone. Several of the doors on the flat bed had broken door hinges. There were lug nuts missing on the wheels. One of the running boards was folded up under the cab and the truck was filthy. Just for fun I though I would take it for a drive and see how that went. I put the truck in gear and heard a loud klunk. I said did you hear that Coach? He said that just the shifting of the truck.....Once on the highway there was a bad vibration and the transmission had problems shifting. Again I asked Coach if he could feel or hear the issues and he just played it off as it was just the truck and thats how it works. I again told him I was a mechanic and there was something wrong with the drive train. He just giggled and said it had been though their service department and the truck was in top shape. Once back at the dealer ship I looked at the drive shaft and the rear u joint was out and I could move the driveshaft by hand. Coach said it could be fixed and what could he do to get me to drive the truck home today. I laughed at him and explained the safety issues about driving a truck in that condition. He invited me inside and again said what could he do to get me to drive it home today. I told him I was not driving it home and it would be very unsafe. He spoke to his manager and they both wanted to be pushy on me buying that truck. I said you get it fixed like you told me it was to begin with and I would think about it. Coach called me a couple hours later and said it was all fixed up and ready to go. I did not buy this vehicle and will never buy anything from them! I was lied to and pressured to buy a truck that was advertised and great working condition and again after a 8 hour round trip found out is was junk and they wanted me to drive and unsafe truck home. Very bad customer service! Very bad way of doing business! Very disappointed Coach is peddling cars and trucks in that kind of shape. How many folks has he sold junk to already!

Chad Giebelstein was a down to earth professional and worked with me to get me into the truck I wanted and didn’t try to upsell me. Sorry I didn’t get the gentleman’s last name in the finance office (his first name was Chad as well), but he worked with me as well and actually cared enough to put together a loan that I was seeking and needed to make this deal work. Overall, I was happy with the service. They let me drive a couple of vehicles to make my decision. They got me exactly what I wanted and gave me a good deal on my trade. There was no hassle in negotiation, and easy to work with. Chad was very helpful in the sale, and ordered a front license plate bracket for my car as it didnt come with one initially. The car was cleaned while I waited to sign paperwork.

Kyle listened to my requests as to size, engine displacement, and color and found the perfect one. After test driving at several different dealers, I purchased the F150 later the same day. I needed to trade my car in for a new truck for my job. I had chosen all the options that I wanted online prior to my visit to the dealer. I was approached by Travis who listened to what I needed and confirmed that the truck I was looking at had everything on it. This was a Thursday. I told Travis I would be back on Monday to close the deal but wouldnt have much time. He called me on called me on Saturday to confirm our appointment. Upon arrival Monday the truck was ready to go. We did a little paperwork and I was handed off to Ryan in finance. I was approved through my bank but Ryan said he could do better and he did. Bang to buck I was done in 45 minutes. I have dealt with many dealers in my life but the courtesy family is by far the best and will have me as an ongoing customer! Thank you for making my purchase easy and smooth!
