My drivers side window would not come back up to close. I recently financed my vehicle at Byrider, so I called to set up service. Could not get through so I just drove there.Abby was at the service desk and she was so helpful in getting it looked at right away. I showed up with no appointment but she assured me they would do their best to work me in because they didnt want me to travel with the window not working. They taped the window up and asked me to come back at 7 am the next morning.As soon as I got there, they went to work on my car. I was back on my way in an hour! The best part was Abby said since I had recently purchased it, they would cover the cost! She was so gracious, friendly, and accommodating. Definitely knows her customer service! That is a rarity these days. ❤️ Very happy with Abby and her mechanic team!

I worked with Jerry and Gerod. They were both very helpful and welcoming during my entire experience. They did an amazing job and really worked hard to make sure I could get an affordable payment and made sure I got a car that was good on miles, as i drive quite a bit! Was nervous about the whole process, last time I went to another dealership it was all lies when I got there to sign and pick up the vehicle. Jerry reassured me that I was getting the vehicle I saw online, and I was going to put money down for. I ended up driving off in the vehicle I wanted. During my test drive/inspection of the vehicle I noticed and very small leak. They saw and replaced what was needed before I left on the road. This was a great experience issue found quickly and fixed just as fast. Along with good service and freindly attitude.

Very bad experience. They tried to bullying us intobuying a car. Wanted us to pay almost triple what the car was worth. Demanded we leave a five stare review. All the cars where junk. One even had the check engine light come on shortly after leaving the lot. When we told them they acted like it was no big deal. Would never recommend them to anyone. They are just a bunch of scammers, only after a sale and your money. Never trust them.

JD Byrider also has an A+rating with the BBB.

This company is randomly calling people for collections to people that have nothing to do with the situation. Andy and JD byrider’s is trash. You should do some real research on your customers that you sell cars to.

They r very awesome and got my car fixed fast. They told me i would not get it back till the 15th of june but i got it back on the 8th of june 2021. My water pump went out and they were really busy and they got My car in and fixed it before the 15th. I give them 20 stars. They did an amazing job.

IVery disappointed with their service, I recently bought a 2014 Dodge Journey for my daughter and a week later her car wont start on and off and had to towed it back to by rider about 5 times now and still having problem, I will never buy a car from by rider ever again

Needed a vehicle quickly when the engine in my only vehicle blew. Did their online application and got a call back within minutes. All of the approvals were handled over the phone before I even left the house. Once at the dealership they had a few cars for me to choose from. A pretty painless buying experience.

Being a commercial air conditioning technician myself we were fully expecting a Lengthy service considering the condenser replacement - system flush and evacuation required. They put two technicians on the job immediately and had it done in 45 minutes. Very impressed! Beyond five stars! Thank you so much09/22/20 Overall very satisfied with service today. The new service person is much more pleasant and accommodating than the previous staff.
