Rich is both professional and extremely knowledgeable in mechanical issues. I appreciated him taking the time to explain the process so I knew exactly how he justified parts and labor. He was extremely reasonable with his costs and I would recommend him to anyone!

I had a Dr. appointment in Davenport today, afterwards my truck broke down on me and my mother. I was a nervous wreck, being in a big city (big to us anyway). Mobile Mechanic’s team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Great cutomer support from beginning to end. Rich went the extra mile and made sure we was somewhere safe, content, and happy. After he did all he could do and test to my truck on the side of the road. I would recommend them unreservedly!

Anyway he did my suspension on my 2500 diesel Sierra and now it rides like a dream he did pitman arm and everything. My mobile mechanics is great. I messaged my issue, a failed fuel pump, the response was timely and appointment was made. The repair was very quick and professional, Steve was extremely personable. He explained what would be done. The price was quite reasonable, considering they came out to me was even better. It was my 1st time using my mobile mechanic and auto salea and this will be the service I use in the future. Im even thinking about buying my daughter a car from them.

Scheduled these guys for a brake service a week ago, the never showed. I sent a message during the week and it sounded like they didn’t get my email response with my address. I gave them the benefit of a doubt and rescheduled for today. I emailed, texted, and sent a message on Facebook with my address to make sure they had it this time. The schedule was for 10 am, it is now 2 pm. I was texting with someone who told me their mechanic would be there at 10, then 10 came and went, texted them again about 11:30, mechanic was held up at the previous job, he’s coming now. Texted again around noon, same thing. Mechanic was held up coming now. It’s now 2 o’clock and they have not responded when I asked for an ETA around 12:30. As a small business owner, I get things happen, but it’s how you handle them that really makes a difference. I have a fleet of vehicles for my business that is looking for a good, reliable mechanic. Apparently these guys are not the mechanics for my business

I would recommend My Mobile Mechanic to anyone looking for a mechanic to come to their house or wherever your car is broke down to get it back up and running. Rich himself came out to help with my brake system and after replacing the parts I knew were bad, we found a busted brake line and with no hesitation Rich and his employee set up an appointment with to get the job done the next morning. They are good people and will go out of their way to see the job through. The car is stopping better now than when I bought it 4 years ago!

I called about brake lines and the guy said he would have someone call or text me back and it never happened I ended up paying to have my truck taken to a shop to have the brake line fixed I wouldnt recommend using these guys unless you want to deal with idiots
