, a man approached and asked could help us with. When we told him we were looking for a dishwasher, he said hed go get someone to help us. Tim started to approach me, and asked if I had a specific model in mind. When I told him I had been looking at a Bosch, he smiled and told me that he used to work for Bosch so I was in good hands. He was able to show me the ones that had a stainless steel tub, along with explaining the racks for silver and other flatware. Tim asked if our current dishwasher was working, telling me that if I wanted my new one in white, it would take a while for it to come in. When we agreed thats what we wanted, Tim told us to be sure there was an electric outlet available and our dishwasher wasnt hard wired. He asked me to call and let him know if it was hard wired, because wed have to purchase a special kit before the new one could be installed. When our was over, Tim led us to his desk, where he got two desk chairs for us to sit in. He continued typing our information into the computer. Then he printed it out and asked me to look it over, making sure our address and telephone number were correct. I confirmed the information, and Tim took our card to pay for the down payment. He printed out the stats for our dishwasher, saying he would give us a call when it arrived, and we could set up a time to have it delivered. Then he walked us out, thanked us for giving him our business and told us to enjoy the rest of our day.

Tim, the sales person who helped me, was courteous & knowledgeable. He made the purchasing process quick & easy. I’m so glad I chose Grand Appliance & TV and shopped local. I’d highly recommend Grand & will be back for our future appliance needs.

I visited 2 box stores before visiting Grand just to get a feel for prices. I noticed the box store employees knew very little about the specifics of each appls. Robert at Grand was great about explaining the features of the different dishwashers I was considering. He really knows his product and never pressured me into one or the other but helped me understand the pros and cons of each.

I’m going to be honest. I always went to big box stores thinking I was getting the best deals. That definitely changed with my experience at Grand Appliance. Not only did I get a great deal but the customer service from Robert and the entire team was fantastic.

Tim was very helpful and made our experience great! On a Friday night, my family and I went to a big box hardware store to look for a refrigerator because ours stopped working. During our 30-45 minute shopping experience in the appliance section, a few employees walked by but never acknowledged us while we were guessing what refrigerator might be best for us. The next day we decided to give Grand Appliance a try expecting to pay more because they are a specialty store, but I was wrong! An employee named Tim greeted us shortly after we walked in the store. Tim asked us our needs and provided options. Based on Tim’s recommendations, we made a purchase and we feel like we paid less than we would have at the big box store. We left Grand confident of our refrigerator purchase, all thanks to Tim. I recommend Grand for anyone looking for an appliance.

I spent an entire day going from store to store to find a new range oven due to my current one malfunctioning and no longer working properly. I soon realized during my trips to Big Box Stores that there isnt much of a selection on site anymore. In which buying an appliance, I would much rather see in person than blindly shop online. I came across Grands on a last hope, and I am so glad I did! Tim was very attentive, informational and sold me the best product, with all the specs I wanted (and more!) For a great price! He didnt take me straight to the most expensive range, he asked me my wants and needs and helped me find one in stock, in my price range and helped arrange for quick delivery!!! I would highly recommend Grands over any of these Big Box stores today. Good prices and great customer service!!!

The sale went great, the Delivery or lack of Delivery sucked!, sales contract is vague at best, Dont believe the delivery date - because its Just a date we have to fill in. Its interesting, that I the customer is the one who misunderstood the salesperson, but my husband also heard the same thing, and the salesperson takes no responsibility. Im so so upset with the lack of customer service, and lack of clearly written information on the sales order. In a world of big box stores we triend to give a smaller company our business, It is not a mistake we will make again.

We bought our fridge and stove from here and they are great to work with and the delivery guys are courteous and friendly. Both times they were at or below the price at Home Depot and Lowes and had the models with the features we wanted. I didnt think they had what I needed because they only had the gas stove version on the floor, but Eugene told me they had the electric version in stock and it was cheaper than Home Depot for the EXACT stove!TLDR: Go ask Eugene for help.

I have purchased numerous appliances at Grand Appliance. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted and assisted by an employee I know. He was very helpful and I am quite satisfied with the service I received.

We found out today that the 25 year old dryer had motored its last turn. I called a local shop and found out that they had no gas dryers in stock. I put my name on a list with no assurance of dryer deliveries. Am appliance repair man said that Grand might be a good store to inquire. Within an hour of my phone call, I know when it will be delivered and have already paid for it. I am very pleased with ease of purchase!

This was my 3rd time dealing with Grand. Every time we go in the staff is always very attentive, friendly, and best of all knowledgeable. Always happy to help wether the sale is big or small. We wouldn’t choose anywhere but Grand for our appliance needs.

Tim was immediately available and of immense help. A very efficient and informative experience without ANY sales pressure. Grand does this natal last well as taking away the old appliance, and for a single gal, that’s BIG! I’ve done business with them before (a washing machine) and from that experience, and now this one, I’ll never go anywhere else.

We worked with the store manager and felt the whole time as if we were just another sale to him, totally undervalued. This is our first major appliance purchase (a whole kitchen!) and it should be exciting, but we felt we were just given the run around. Had he communicated and been honest with us we would not have been so upset. After numerous unreturned phone calls the only call back we got was a disappointing one telling us an item was not in stock - two months after our purchase and three days before we were suppose to have delivery. Had he simply communicated with us, our outlook might be different.. Huge lack of communication, huge loss of a sale on their end. Would give zero stars if we could.
