Custom jeans are nice but the Tom James representative was completely clueless about setting appropriate customer expectations and taking accountability for mistakes. They claim to apply measurements for custom pants but after 2 fittings and a stain from the manufacturing plant, they still couldnt meet a deadline they knew about 4 weeks after the custom pants arrived following the 3 month wait. A personal friend recommended them and it was a huge disappointment. I am sure others have had better experiences but I will never consider them again. Maybe it was just my representative.

Matt Parsons has been providing me with suits for the past 15+ years. He knows his stuff. Always very knowledgeable with current trends, and provides sound advice. Anytime I wear one of these suits I get compliments. Ive probably gotten the most compliments on a pair of dress shoes he talked me into last year. Great company, and the quality is untouchable. The quality of these suits is elite status. I still have suits I bought 15 years ago, and could wear it today. That might not be as fashion forward, but the material is still very much intact. There is nothing quite like, custom shirts and suits made for your body shape and size.

I’ve been working with Kay Kacheroski for many year’s. She’s highly professional and very knowledgeable in her trade. I do not think I have one item that I have purchased over these many years that is not still in my closet. The clothes last, they fit perfect, they look great. It’s worth it to pay a little more for quality. I buy suits, sports jackets, Dress shirts/pants, Jeans, casual shirts, and sometimes shoes. I dislike going in stores and this works great for me. I pick all the fabrics, I pick all of the designs out of their very diverse library. I’ve use some fun designs that were meant for a sports jacket turned it into pretty cool pants. I Enjoy the process. She has a complete history of everything I’ve ever bought and she knows the gap’s of what I’m missing and they are ahead of the trend on what’s coming for the coming season’s. I just put in my fall orders and they will arrive in perfect timing to be worn. Top notch.

Excellent service. Matt Parsons is knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to deal with. Quality is first rate and excellent attention to details about clothing I didnt even know about, but makes great practical sense (such as sizing the cuff larger on the wrist with your watch). I have been working with Matt for about 20 years and none of the suits or sportcoats have worn out or needed alterations or repairs.

For a guy who never really took the time to learn how to buy decent clothes in a manner that all works as a whole (e.g., your humble reviewer), having access to someone who keeps track of all I’ve bought and makes sure the whole wardrobe works is a great asset. Very friendly staff. They come out to you for free and do all your measurements so your clothes are designed to fit your body. The prices are comparable to most stores that custom make clothes. I gave the rating of 4 stars because they lack in brighter and bolder colors that I prefer to wear and spend money on.
