If you want local customers to support local business, you should attempt to help customers...like answer the phone, return calls, and try to find a way to help....I tried to place an order at 11:15 this morning...voicemail. I left a message which wasnt returned...I called back at 12:57 and was told that a delivery for today (my wifes birthday) would be impossible because we just stopped accepting deliveries for today....well, perhaps if I could have reached you earlier.....and no, I would not be interested in scheduling a delivery tomorrow....dont worry, I wont bother you again....

I loved my arrangement I received super beautiful !! I worked here a few years ago and the owner is amazing ! If you want a delicious treat or something to make your loved one happy this is definitely the place to go !!

I was supposed to have a delivery on Sunday June 20th.... never got delivered, no call, email, nothing. Been calling and it only goes to voicemail but it’s full so you can’t leave a message. The answering machine says they are open Monday - Friday 10-3 but I am in front of the store at 11:45 on a Thursday and there is a closed sign on the door.

Ordered an arrangement for my anniversary (40 years. We loved it. The dipped strawberry’s were excellent!! Can’t wait to order again. Thank you.

These people literally locked the door in my face the other day 8 minutes before closing. I had my 3 year old with me and all she wanted was a chocolate covered strawberry 😢 They could have at least explained themselves. My poor daughter cried her eyes out, poor baby & poor customer service!!! I’ll never do business or refer them ever again!!!

Ordered a $99 “Thinking of you...” basket... not only did it arrive days late, it tasted like it had been prepared days before. Would never order from here again, I would expect some kind of response from the owner to remediate this situation. Very unsatisfied. $100 wasted.

Called from TN for a birthday surprise to be delivered 5 miles from where they were located at 12 noon. They said they couldnt do it till tomorrow. I will never use them again

I had an edible arrangement delivered to my mothers job. She was totally surprised and raved about the awesome presentation, freshness,and delicious taste. She loved it! Will order again!

Well let me tell you it wasnt a good experience... Im in Indiana my granddaughter was at the gulf shores. Her 19th birthday and she loves edible arrangements... so we sent her a gift to be delivered on the 5th. Showed it shipped on the 4th...NOT... called to check on delivery and was told it never was shipped. Ughhhhh nice birthday present she never got. 37.00 for shipping. They cancelled the order

My Daughter ordered the box with the cheese cake & brownies with the strawberry on the cheese cake only to receive HALF OF A STRAWBERRY ON TOP OF THE CAKE ......CLEARLY THEY STARTED TO RUN OUT STRAWBERRIES & STARTED TO SLICE THEM IN HALF & STILL SOLD THE PACKAGE AT FULL PRICE!!!......VERY DISSATISFIED & DISAPPOINTED WITH FRANCHISE!!!!

I had an order that I placed with Kelli a while back, she she was very knowledgeable and kind over the phone. It was a delivery and she made sure it arrived on time and to the correct address. She was very pleasant mannered and I could not have had a better experience with this order and staff member. Way to go Ms Kelly I!

Too expensive for the amount of fruit that comes on it

Called for a last minute Mother’s Day gift and they were so polite on the phone and we’re willing to help with such short notice. I chose a pick up option verses delivery. Walked in and they gave me the price/gift options and was in and out in 10Minutes. Great customer service!
