Absolutely I WILL never ever come here again, the owner Miss Panel, lied and changed my friends contract without my knowledge. The next day I called to ask why the contract was changed, She pretended to be an Employee, and said she knew nothing and they are busy with customers!!!! She said please call back to talk to her Employer, because she doesnt know how the uhaul contracts work....No wonder it took an hour to do paperwork, when I already had completed my online reservation and had a set contract with uhaul, she started a complete new contract and my Friend wasnt told until the next day after we had already returned the truck the day before !!!! THEY ARE CHARGING My Friend OVER 433$ FOR WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 238$ THAT is Fraud!!! I TRIED TO TALK TO THE OWNER OR MANAGER ALL DAY, AND COME TO FIND OUT, MISS PANEL IS THE OWNER AND SHE PRETENDED NOT BE. She Dodged my phone calls and my friends phone calls and my Girlfriends phone calls all morning saying they are busy with customers and have no time to help me. MICHEAL tried to help but keep saying you signed the contract thats your fault.. Miss Panel pretended to be OBLIVIOUS TO EVERTHING THAT HAPPENED. I had been driving around to every notary in town and Pinal was able to help me after 3 days of searching.Pinal the owner and notary was able to help me complete my i9 Section 2. She was able to complete my i9 in minutes and was very noledgable of the process. I was impressed with her kindness and willingness to help. I was also very surprised by the price. Went for a notary service, woman was incredibly invasive asking all sorts of irrelevant questions pertaining to the exact nature of the document. Then had the nerve to say my attitude was bad. Will never return.
