These guys are enjoy to work with. I ordered parts for my 2018 Africa twin and they were shipped promptly. I had some questions regarding my order and after a very easy and simple exchange over email things got sorted promptly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend working with these guys as I will be doing so in the future.

If something (power commander v) is priced 100$ cheaper than sold from the actual company that makes them you can bet somethings up. If it seems too good to be true, it is. Pay once cry once. Don’t waste your time here. No accountability. Just take a look at the response “from the owner” on some of these complaints, they have an excuse for anything you toss at them. Frankly they know people are going to look at the picture they provide- and think that’s what they’re buying. This company expects you to look up the part number. Great at misrepresenting. Not BBB accredited. Wouldn’t bother folks.

My wife placed an order from a link at 58cycle for me for Father’s Day. The item was an Eazymove lift crank. What was pictured was a crank on a base. Upon opening my gift we discovered it was incomplete and only had the crank portion.I called and they told me what was ordered was the crank only and that although it was pictured, the base was not included. The base was an additional $134. I was issued a RA for returning it.Upon receiving the RA email we discovered that not only did we have to pay return shipping (which we anticipated), but were being charged a 15% restocking fee.After several phone calls and emails back and forth trying to plead our case, and attempting to educate them that the part was misrepresented on their website, we have basically decided that this company can stick this part where the sun don’t shine. They have no idea what this part is compared to what is pictured. They have no business selling snowmobile parts. And to put the icing on the cake they have now altered their website listing to indicate that the base is sold separately after I had to tell them multiple times it was incorrectly marketed. All we asked was that they waive the 15% fee and it fell upon deaf ears.Their customer service is basically “‘my way or the highway”. Do your homework and order your parts somewhere else. Unless you enjoy throwing your money at things and not getting what you should have received in the first place.STAY AWAY FROM 58Cycle!!!

Wonderful company. They carry most rare items other larger stores do not. Granted its best to match up the part number correctly so you get the correct item. Fast shipping and communication is top notch.

I ordered a helmet, unfortunately it was discontinued by the manufacturer. I received a phone call from Chris just minutes after placing my order to inform me of the news and they immediately refunded my money! Nobody does that anymore, the usual is an email 2 days after the order then wait 5-10 days for the refund (going thru this now with another company). Not with 58Cycle, they are on it! I was extremely impressed by 58Cycles customer service and prompt action!!!

After having the product I ordered for only a week, I opened the box and found out it was the wrong product. I called and asked if I could get store credit and the young lady told me had I not opened the box I could have returned it. But, since I opened the box and broke the seal I can return it. How am I suppose to know if I got the right product if I don’t open the box??

If youre good with an internet company that charges your credit account and tells you the item will ships 3-12 days then realizes they cant even get the item for 3-6 weeks waits 3 days to tell you this then you find out it takes up to 5 more days to actually get your money back, then this company may be for you. Or in the future just deal with companies that have more class, you know the ones.

I must admit. I placed my order before I even though about looking at their reviews on Google. Which most dont make sense to me now.I had the best experience with their customer service, Susan to be exact. She helped me with all my questions and was patient with my indecisions. She made parts available for me after not finding them on their website or had them added on there for me to order. Aside from the fact they LITERATELY have the best prices anywhere (Local & Online).I received my items fast and ontime. I couldnt have asked for better customer service from any vendor.Thanks Susan & 58 Cycles!!

I ordered a Hinson clutch basket from them. After a week of ordering they contacted me and said the part was on back order. After about 2 weeks, they told me the part would be in the next day and they will ship it. After waiting another 1.5 weeks I still had nothing and called them. They said they never got the part, but if I wanted to pay $15 more over their advertised price they would get it from another source.scammers.

I ordered an item that was pictured on their website. When it came in and it was the absolutely wrong item, I let them know and they said that they dont have time to update the pictures and it was my responsibility to check the part number. Why do I need to check a part number when you have a picture right next to it? They said that I could return it for credit only. What a joke.

Do not buy from them go thru amazon so when you find out your $700 shocks won’t work for you you can return them or exchange 58cycle will not take anything back or exchange how is someone supposed to know if it won’t work for them if they don’t try it out I’m very disappointed to have a set of expensive shocks that will not work for us
