These guys installed two systems for my house. They were prompt, affordable, and cleaned up after themselves. This company saved us over $5,000 and installed a great name brand.Funny story: while installing ours, they sold one to our neighbor also.Highly recommend!!

Rick saved us money on a new 4ton heat pump/air handler, others were charging $2900 over the price we got at HVAC outlet. We called on a Monday and had our unit installed that following Wednesday and that was only because the weather didn’t cooperate on Tuesday. 10/10 would recommend.

I have had 6 HVAC systems replaced by the HVAC outlet (5 at work, one in my own home). Their pricing is hands down the best you will find. However, their installer network leaves much to be desired. The crew who installed my system at home did a fantastic job. Some different installers did the other systems.. Of these 6 systems; 3 have leaked water (causing ceiling damage) and one is leaking refrigerant. When we call the HVAC outlet, they just refer us to the installer who then comes out and argues about what the problem is. They do not stand behind their work.

Here it is on a Saturday night at 10pm, and what are the guys from The HVAC Outlet doing?? They are here, at my house, still working to make sure that I have air in my house and in the nursery for my puppies. These guys are absolutely the best around. I bought a unit from them back last winter and instead of having them install it (big mistake by the way), someone else installed it and it never worked properly, and when my air wouldn’t work, I called Rick and he drove the same night from Danville to Magnolia, to try to figure out the problem. He did figure it out, and although my warranty was void, because they didn’t install it, they said they’d help me. My wiring was all wrong, and my unit in the nursery was burnt up. So Rick sold me a new unit and installed it, and fixed my house unit for way less than another HVAC company priced me a new unit for my house for. Rick and his company have went above and beyond to take care of my problems, and they didn’t have to. They could have been like, “we didn’t install it. You’re on your own.” But instead he had a new unit installed and had both blowing ice cold air the next day. They definitely stand behind what they sell, and I am one happy customer right now. I will forever be singing the praises of The HVAC Outlet, because they are the best in my book. I strongly urge anyone who has problems with their HVAC unit to call them before they call anyone else. You will not regret it. Rick, Chad, Mike, & everyone else there...you guys are the best and you’ve got a lifetime customer right here. Thank y’all again.

Just bought 8 units from them for a building in Radcliff KY. The buying process was seamless. They only sold me exactly what I needed. The customer service was outstanding. I am going to recommend them to everyone!

Drove about an hour to pick up a new unit for our 12x16 shed. After talking with the owner Rick, we found out we had bought the wrong unit. Rick quickly got us what we needed and we got it for a great price too. Very knowledgeable and superb customer service. Highly recommend!!!!

Continually called Rick. He never would give me A call back. Finally I got through to him and he needed the money right now for the unit to be paid for. The service guy came out the next day didnt have hardly any of the stuff he needed to do the install. Called Rick Rick said dont worry get the stuff we will make it right. At the end of the day Rick calls and asks how my experience was when I addressed the issues that he was supposed to pay for and he flat out lied about saying he would take care of it. My experience Rick is a very dishonest man I would never call him for another AC unit Im done doing business with somebody that does not have the decency and the integrity to follow through with what they say. If you do use this company I would suggest you make sure that you have a contract we did not, my mistake. The numbers they give you up front are not the final numbers like I said completely dishonest and untrustworthy. After this review I was willing to count my losses with Rick in his company. Shortly after harassing text messages started to come through from him telling me if I asked Rick to forgive me God would not punish me. The arrogance of this man is unbelievable. I finally had to block his number in order to stop the childish bickering. I suggest anybody do business with Rick get a contract of all the supplies in an agreement signed or recorded because this is something I am sure he is done before. By the sound of his comment towards my review sounds polite and cordial but he is not that way. In appears he is a Wolf and sheeps clothing, Buyers beware. Since when does a homeowner supply equipment for an installer. I am not an air conditioning expert I have no idea what is needed all I know as I spent almost $800 additional on supplies. The installer did not even have any electrical wire in his vehicle. I dont know what else to say I think Ive said enough. Ive been in the construction business and observed HBA she and other areas of construction and have never experienced something like this. Just one surprise after another with this company. A few days later tried to register our equipment to get the warranty come to find out half of the equipment we got was not rain like we were told we would get another ally. No surprise every time I turn around with this company another disappointment. Do not believe a word this man tells you hes it flat out liar.Heres an update. Not surprised that the unit would not heat after 2 weeks called another HVAC company they came out and there was numerous problems with the install worst news of all we ordered AA to in 1/2 ton unit from Rick my new H the AC guy tells me its a 2 t unit. I cant believe this story it just keeps on going, here we come courthouse.

I purchased a mini spilt unit fromThe guys at The HVAC Outlet. They delivered the unit to my door. Gave great advise on a self install. Completed self install following thier instructions ( called a couple times during the install and my questions were answered immediately ). Unit works awesome better than expected. They are superb guys and and pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend!

HVAC Outlet did exactly what they promised and saved me almost 50% from my highest bid. The outside unit they installed was the same size as my old one but works much better. Save yourself some money and give them a chance. They are legit professionals.

Bought 4 units paying almost $3,000 mini splits, told me they were diy. Rick lied they were the cheap ones that requires a hvac person. I called and he said I didn’t say that and continually called me a screw up, then hung up. Horrible customer service and company, save yourself the pain and go elsewhere where they are cheaper anyway and don’t sell you one thing and tell you it is another. My son had to sleep downstairs because his room was 95 for a week because of them.

They dont even deserve a 1 start rating!! We purchased a indoor and outdoor unit it was half way hooked up they left all the trash in my yard and the old unit and parts!!! The indoor unit was flooding my floor before they left we were told they would come back they never did it has been a couple months and we have been calling them alot and always get the run around and get told someone will come out and they never do!!!!! I would not recommend this business to anyone!! We will be contacting another business to come fix their mess!!!!

We had a GREAT experience with The HVAC outlet and their recommended installer Bill Mink! I contacted Chad Cole through a Facebook ad at 9:30 on a Wednesday thinking I’d get a response the next day. He messaged me back immediately with his number! I called that night, we discussed my needs, and I purchased via card over the phone. The next day they had an installer call me to schedule installation. Friday morning the installer showed up at 10am, installed 2 new heat pumps and was done in about 4 hours.We’re overall very happy with the price and speed of service. Literally, check these guys price out before you buy somewhere else because they WILL be cheaper! Knock off. Was told I would be purchasing a Lennox unit but arrived at my house in Tennessee as a Mr Cool. These are not made by Lennox as i do have proof from MR COOL company itself that this was a lie and he was advertising false information. I told him i wanted a refund on the unit but that he could come back down to my home and pick it up which was refused. Very rude, rick cole, and his son Chad Cole, attorney. Dont be fooled by this company or these people, they are crooks and should be held responsible for the lies and cheap made merchandise that is being advertised. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not buy!!!

I am sorry that I can only give this 3 stars. We purchased a Mr Cool unit from HVAC outlet and while we are very pleased with the unit the installation process left much to be desired. We purchased the unit on Monday and was to be installed Wednesday. On Wednesday I contacted the installer Mr Gray he was very rude and left much to be desired. In the end it was Friday before it was installed by a different crew led by John who was amazing. However 3 days of being held hostage to the house for fear of missing the installers and being treated very insultingly left a not pleasant experience.

CROOKS!! Stay away from anything Rick Cole or his family owns. Most the reviews on here are fake look down and you can find a 5 star from Rick and Chad (owners). For a more accurate review check them put on yelp. They will take your money and leave you high and dry. No wonder they are going out of business.

I needed a new heating and cooling system, I contacted HVAC Outlet in Danville Ky and spoke with Rick. Rick answered all my questions, gave me a great price on 3/20/20. My system arrived 3/21/20 and was installed at the same time. Took them about 2 1/2 hrs everything works great and installers were very courteous and knowledgeable about everything. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a new system. Great people very quick and efficient.

Cannot recommend this company enough, you have customers for life up here in Cincinnati.

Bought a 2 1/2 ton condenser. It was a new unit never been used but a older model. In fact it was an exact match to my existing unit. Hvac installer said unit was just fine and manufacturer will give same warranty!!!!
