Terry McPeak with Comfort Cooling came out and did a great job in cleaning and repairing a VERY dirty unit in a house for sale. He also explained everything he was doing to the unit so I would be able to explain it to the owner and buyer. He gave me extra suggestions on how to keep the unit in best working condition and then did a great job in cleaning up the area after. But of course, Donald and Megan Fouts have also made sure that their business is running the way it is supposed to. Thanks for all your help.

Terry came out to evaluate our heat pump which was freezing up. He was very thorough with the inspection, evaluation and repaired what he could to keep it going until we can get a new unit. Arrived very quickly after making the call (after hours). Worked diligently to fix the problem and thoroughly checked entire system. Additional tech arrived to help. Both stayed very late (almost midnight) to verify that system was performing as it should. It was really cold outside but they stayed with it until it was right. Larry Crumpton came out about a hour after I called. He was very professional, nice and knowledgeable. He checked a couple things and knew exactly what the problem was. He replaced the part and cleaned the coil and had it running about 15-20 minutes after he got there. Extremely fast service. I couldnt be happier with comfort cooling and air. I use them every time. There is nothing better than a company who can fix your heating or ac the same day you call, let alone within a couple hours. Thanks guys!

I got a next day 8:39 an appointment. The technician Mike Wiles was on time and had my AC blowing cool air 15 minutes after he arrived. Pleasant courteous service, an enjoyable experience as he explained things and offered choices. I also got a great quote on installing a new system if and when my 27 year old unit fails.

I highly recommend this company. Our air stopped working and while in the process of them preparing to fix the air...it got really chilly a couple of days later and the heat stopped working as well. They took care of both. Replacement of the whole system was done in less time than they said it would take and the team was very polite and had awesome personalities. I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with Comfort Cooling!!!!

Mike came out the same day to give an estimate. Then the next available day Adrian came and installed a new furnace unit. Everyone was professional and did good quality work. Was a bit pricey but for how quickly the problem was addressed and new one installed I have no doubts Ill use Comfort cooling in the future.

We just had a new Mitsubishi Mini-Split heat and air system installed this past week by Comfort Cooling Heat and Air. We simply could not be more pleased with every single aspect of the experience. I recently had a new system installed by Comfort Cooling and I must say that I am very pleased with the service that I have received from start to finish! Although I was at work 95% of the time that they were there working, I was always kept up to date on the progress. Even a month after install when I had a concern (which was not their fault) they were right on it and made sure that everything was right. I had Comfort Cooling Heating and Air look at my AC. Their service was excellent! They took the time and actually rebuilt the fan motor instead of just saying everything had to be replaced. Technician Terry arrived within 20 minutes of my call for service. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue promptly. He made the repair and took time to explain what the problem had been and was very concerned about customer satisfaction and of course safety with propane gas.
