Great friendly customer service. Well stocked on pistols and long guns. Store was clean and organized. Had the pistol I was looking for at a fair price. The negative reviews during the last year are mute in my opinion. Covid was a stressful time for all and coming from working retail, stores and shops were doing there best to comply with safety regulations and supply shortages.

Had an initial good impression of this place upon first walking in. Was planning to spend a good penny on some ammo (5.56 in particular) that he happened to have in stock. Was informed he wouldn’t sell me ammo without a gun purchase. Like what!? What kind of policy is that!? Haha. He just lost a sale because of that and possibly future gun purchase. Because My first impression when I walked in was good. But I’ll not be back with a BS policy like that.

Best gun buying experience i have ever had! Staff is very friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable! Has a very wide selection for such a small store, wouldnt do my buisness anywhere else.

This is the friendliest gun store I know of. The staff is very courteous, and the selection is incredible. OnTarget is my favorite gun store in Kentucky.

I’ve done business since they have opened up always fun and fair to conduct business with never a dull moment when you go in there and to be honest you make the experience of shopping for a gun fun or dull!!!

Very small place and didn’t even get on the door before we were told to leave and kinda in a rude tone cause they couldn’t allow more than 3 people in at a time, which we wasn’t aware of so from now on I’ll be doing my business at Cook’s

Not much good to say about the store, over priced, not much selection, and staff seems pretty rude. Its the closest gun store to my house, and I still avoid it.

A friend of mine told me to check this place out and I’m glad I did. They have a very good selection and the prices and service can’t be beat. I will definitely be back here shopping.

Warning! I put a gun in layaway and put $60 down. When i came in to pick it up I was in formed that the gun was sold and I could nit get a refund. I made a total of 3 payments and was never told or given paperwork stating a 90 day limit and no refunds after that.CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THEIR PRIORITY LIST!!!

Nice selection, great service

I would give this place zero if I could. I went in to see about stock of 10mm auto aummunition and a holster for my new pistol, the snobby sales clerk and who I can only assume is his dad based on their behavior, treated me like I was taking them away from Facebook and I had to pull teeth to get them to order 1 box of ammo. Guns are overpriced, employees are rude. I will never give this business another thin dime of my money! Dont waste your time or money with these snobby people!
