Slightly more expensive than Meijer. However the carry some things Meijer doesn’t. I love that you rarely get stuck in a cashier line.

I love this store. It is very clean and neat. If they are having troubles getting a product in, due to the trucking shortage, they have signs that say so. Not to small but not to big either which is another thing I like about them.

1st visit, really liked the hot meal area. Prices overall are a little bit over, but not way too much. Cleanliness is top here, kudos for that.

They have the absolute BEST fried chicken from their deli! Theyre the only one who doesnt use black pepper in their breading. Thats pretty important to me as Im allergic. Try it! Youll like it!

The store is so nice but I was SO DISAPPOINTED when I went to check out. You guessed it, they are following the AWFUL trend, bag your own groceries!! It’s one of my pet peeves, it should be part of customer service to have your groceries scanned and bagged! I really wanted to shop here but won’t be back 😢

My daughter, from Virginia, sent me a spring bouquet, last Saturday, for my bday!!! A week later, they still look great! Thank you for the fresh flowers, still pretty!

I was very impressed with the stores phone ordering and curbside pickup. From the time I placed my order, got a call back about a few items they didnt have and asked about replacements, had the order filled and checked out, it was less than an hour. I would definitely do this again. Great job!

If u dont feel like cooking chicken on SUNDAYS, County Market IS the PLACE...the only caveat is that their STAFF (some) NEED TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE...They need to turn on the SMILE & POLITE BUTTONS !!!

County market is always a good place to shop, some items are a penny or 2 higher but some items are a penny or 2 cheaper than other stores so it works out, they are well stocked, friendly and ample hrs for shopping, just a good all around grocer

Ok....i get it. you want everyone to have a MAX CARD so they shop at county market for the FANTASTIC sale prices. news flash....the max card prices are the same as others regular or sale prices. i was in line...6 ft social distancing...for 20 minutes. 5 of my 16 items were not at the sale price i thought they would be because i dont have a max card. any other day i would have put those items back and not purchased them but these are bad times and i just wanted to get home. i will in the future shop at other grocery stores.. meijer and walmart...where a B.S. card is not required to spend my money. 3 stars not 1 because i prefer your produce dept. and they convenience of your store. have sale prices for all!!!!!

This store is very good, lots of customer service. However, tends to be more expensive than other grocery stores in area, so you get what you pay for. I generally shop there for specials and coupons.

County Markets low rates will save you a ton of money. Ask about their max rewards program offered to all customers. They have an indoor cafe with free wifi. The employees are friendly and helpful. My Grandmother has been a customer of this buisness since they opened. She enjoys the sense of community and has not decided to change stores since they opened. Thanks to all the staff for helping make grocery shopping an enjoyable experience instead of feeling like a chore.Would like to see Online shopping and pickup offered.Thanks

They over charge for everything. Way more than any other grocery store and they dont sanitize their carts for their customers.

The service was great! My cashier was great! My only personal issue is that a lot of the other cashiers seemed very unhappy. When I see majority of staff looking unhappy, it makes me wonder about the store.I will not make any assumptions since I have no facts and have only been there twice, but when I see multiple staff unhappy, it makes me want to shop elsewhere.Again, no assumptions, but multiple unhappy staff always means something, and it makes me uncomfortable.

Have noticed that since theyve changed ownership, theres been a marked increase in the amount of expired product on the shelves, especially in refrigerated foods. I Ike County Market. They have a lot of items that I need and I cant find at other stores, and I love the hot food deli. Tell them to make more chicken noodle soup. It is usually sold out when I get there at 4:30.

After shopping at County Market th er cashier help me save money by signing me up for a green card so I could take advantage of the sales items offered at this store. I thanked her but wished I had taken the time to do more like talk with her manager.

Poor selection of items. Reminiscent of a decaying Dominiks grocery in Chicago. Prices much higher than a short trip to Meijer further down vermillion. Staff scoffed at me when I asked if they had something I have never had trouble finding.

Cashier did not speak a word. Second time in two weeks we had this happen. It is sad that a customer is not acknowledge. When I asked if the debit card took she did not look up....just shook her head yes. Customer service makes the difference. Meijer will be my choice going forward. Where has customer service gone?
