This is a world-class tea shop in rural Kentucky- go figure. The reason it can exist is that it is actually the distribution hub for their wholesale business. That equals incredible fresh teas and an amazing selection for their little store front. You want to talk tea, this is the place to do it. I spoke with the owners while there and just an interesting, well-travelled tea loving entrepreneur. If you like tea at all, you’d be doing yourself a disservice not stopping by!

Such a lovely shop with an amazing selection of Loose Leaf, Herbal and Steeping pre- bagged. Unique Tea accessories, Honey,Rock Sugar Cups/ Pots Nibbles and Literature. I come to town 3 times a year cant wait until I come back.

They are extremely welcoming and have a great variety of tea! They offer samples and answered all of our questions. The tea is so beautiful! We will definitely be back!

Oh, no! My Tea box is empty!!!! Bought it on a trip to Vancouver, B.C. Luckily, Ive found their website and Wow! No Shipping charges to Hawaii on purchases over $50. Glad to know this company recognizes Hawaii shipping charges via USPS are the same as the ones in CONUS! I bought two 1-lb bags and plan to give one to my good friend!

I have nothing but good things to say about Elmwood Inn. There is such a wide variety of teas directly imported from their countries of origin, tea wares of such variations, and colorfully illustrated books on tea. If you should find yourself in Danville, be sure to pay them a visit. I can safely tell you, you wont be sorry.

I love this place. I often go out of my way to make a stop there, when I am in Kentucky. When I cant make the trip, I order from them online. The staff is very knowledgeable and the selection is incredible. They are also well stocked on infusers, filters, electric kettles, and vessels for your tea. Elmwood Inn Fine Teas is the best tea shop I have been too and their online service is top notch.

I love this place. I have been to several events at the tea room, including a fantastic class on Summer tea ideas that included recipes and ideas that were completely out of the box and delicious! Bruce is a great teacher, and the rest of the staff are delightful! The tea room is my go to for unique gifts for hard to buy for loved ones. Lots of variety, and excellent customer service. Love that this place is locally owned in Danville!
