I Use To Work Here & Hated It! The Management Was Horrible & Rude! Several Years Later, Who Would Have Known They Would Be Going Out Of Business & I Would Be Coming Here To Get Some Discounted Toys For My Child! I Went Here Yesterday & These Signs Where Up On Almost Every Aisle! The Original Price Was On The Tag, Under The Item But When You Took It Up Front! It Was Marked Down To The Price On The Sheet! Hope This Helps For Anyone Wanting To Go Here But Don’t Know If It’s Worth It!!

Great place for just about everything you need for newborn, infant, toddler, and above. Its always neat and clean, the employees are always friendly and helpful. The prices are good for the quality of the items. Definitely always have a great experience shopping there.

So we went to the store to make a pretty large purchase. We was aware of the no return policy. We clearly asked before our purchase if a item had something wrong with it could we at least exchange it. We clearly was told yes. So happens one of the 60 some dollar RC Cars isnt working. So we take it back to the store. We was clearly told by the manager we couldnt even exchange a broken product. When we told her one of her cashier told us different and that she needed to inform her employees. She was like they are aware..so I dont know who told you that...Sure hope they close this one..Cause if they cant be more professional then I can toy shop anywhere else for toys. Clearly I never intend to purchase from them again. Us and our extended family spends alot at this store. Now we will take our business elsewhere.So for those of you that plan to shop here be careful with buying stuff that could have something wrong with it!!!!!!

Wonderful selection of toys and if they do not have item, they can order online which is wonderful. Staff is great always friendly and helpful. I love it and I work there part time and it’s been great like a family.

Everything was fine, they just didnt have exactly what I want. They had variations of it, just not what I wanted. No other problems.

Toys are us Danville Location. About like any other. Decent service and selection (even if they were out of the MP3 player I was looking for, and the website said it was available....call first)

This place was interest and fun for my grand children. It was also a good price for the books and toys.

Always have to make a routine stop at this Toys R Us. Always a pleasure and almost always have that hard to find toy that no one else has.

Sadly, they are closing their doors for business after decades of serving as one of the only toy stores in our area. The prices were always higher than other competitors, but you could sometimes find a good deal or a special edition only sold by Toys R Us exclusively.

Good place to go for to shop for your kids.Hate that this place is closing down soon.I use to have childhood memories going here to get a toy.

I love this store i have been going there as long as i can remember and a few members in my family got a job and i became close friends with all the staff, sad to see them close. ill always love this store and everyone who worked there.

Decent selection, higher prices than wal Mart and wont price match unless said item is in stock at Wal-mart ...im talking about $50 wal Mart and $197 toys r us price on hotwheels garage back right after Christmas, yes . . same UPC....identical items. Staff are only helpful around Christmas when they bug you and hoover, and it seems they are doing more walking around than getting things done or ringing up the customers. Clean and always have the hand sanitizer wipes for the carts .....big plus when you have kids and Wal-mart is ALWAYS out ....dead in the middle of flu season.
