I had some issues with the customer service. Unfortunately the staff are RUDE and have complaints about their every own costumers. One of the staff members complained that the customers are TOUCHING THE ITEMS. It is a store, is it not? I personally had a bad experience and noticed some Prejudiced or Bias coming from the staff. I asked about a USED item and before she showed it to me she said, I want you to know what the price is... yeah, didnt want to get your hopes up. I dont know why she would say that. I will not be returning to the store again. Ive been to a MUCH MUCH better corner shop that sells top-notch, high end BRANDS where the staff and customer service is phenomenal!

Dont expect to get any money from for your clothes here. After a few weeks, I noticed my quality designer items were not there but no payment was ever received. I was told the same by others that have attempted to sell items. The girls here are incredibly rude & pushy every visit.Next time I drop off clothes it will be at the Hope Hospice where your items go to a good cause and the people are incredibly nice. The tax break is also better than having someone steal your clothes.

After finding out that the split is 60/40 I opted to bring my designer duds & accessories to Walnut Creek where their is a FAIR 50/50 spit & no $1.00 charge per item sold. Im SO glad I did that because all my items sold with in a month! 😀Hopefully in the near future the owner will change her policy to a 50/50 split!
