One of my favorite places to be. Always have good prices. And I love their fashions. Especially during winter months when they have outfits and dresses for Christmas. Really nice and helpful employees.

This JCPs has lots of clothing, shoes and jewelry to chose from, its just very cramped in such a small store. If youre willing to look through racks you can find some really good deals. I used the site to store option to pre-order some shirts from the online store...received a text when everything was ready (shipped for free) and took less than 5 minutes to pick up. Will definitely use that option in the future. Clerks were friendly and helpful too. Overall had a very nice experience.

I love JC Penney as a department store overall, but some of the sales associates have forgotten that customers provide the revenue that pays their wages. Not all but some act like their time is more valuable than yours. Customer service is part of your job description!

Every time we go to JCP we encounter nothing but friendly staff. The store is pretty well maintained.Stock is kept up with and some of the sale prices are very nice.The online ordering is very smooth and fast delivery to the store.My wife and I enjoy shopping there often.

Very nice department store for Danville. Very well organized, friendly and helpful associates, and an excellent variety of clothing and housewares to meet everyones needs. Needed to buy a business casual short sleeve shirt a few days ago, and found just the right size and color at a very reasonable price.

Cashier was very friendly. But store was dirty pricing was very unclear. Outside of the very friendly cashier was not a good shopping experience.

Very small JC Penney!! Went looking for a pink nike shirt, never found anything but 2 nike shirts. Will go back but, if I was looking for a wardrobe I would have to shop elsewhere.

Awesome deals on name brand clothing. Used to do the majority of my three toddlers shopping at Walmart because they would outgrow everything so quickly. But checked out this store and realized I could buy better quality for the same costs, sometimes even cheaper than Walmart and the five T clothes actually last to be hand need downs for the two year old and one year old. Which saves us a huge amount of hard earned cash. Walmarts toddler clothes are made thin and fall apart in the wash after three or four wears. These clothes last and last. We do all our kids shopping here now, looking in the clearance section first then on the shelves.

This place is really nice and have nice savings but they keep a lot of the same stuff year round for men so if you go once, youve pretty much seen it all.

Good prices when you catch sales but the store is a mess here lately. Every time Ive been there in the past 2 months it has been very cramped and very unorganized. Really just a complete mess. Its almost impossible to sift thru the mess. Its becoming more like a thrift store ..heck even T.J Maxx is more organized!

Went to pay my bill & no problem. Very good. Then shopped a bit & wanted to write a check for a pair of jeans & my check was not accepted by JCPENNEY in Danville Ky. I had just paid my card if with a check & no problem. I dont think I will go back to this JCP again. I know for fact my checking account was fine. No wander so many JCPENNEYs are having to close

JCPenneys in Danville Kentucky is a very small JCPenneys. Grandsons at the jewelry counter theres never a worker there and they have one sign up at says like 50% off or buy one get one free well their price and chart is so high up you cant see it so when you go looking for someone that can help you it takes him forever to get there when theyre actually doing nothing in the store so you just kind of have to figure things out yourself.
