One of the easiest purchases Ive ever had. I was working with Bryan Kirby and Im 4 hours away and out of state. They gave me trade appraisal pricing, negotiated down to a fair deal and even delivered it to me 2 days later. Was refreshing after getting the run around at my local dealer thats 5 minutes from me. These folks dont care about you. They care about the sale. Dont think you are going to get them to listen to anything you say. Noah, the salesman was the lucky person to answer the phone on the day I called to purchase a Ram Truck. After coming to a price (5 mins), I told him I needed this truck ready to be picked up in 3 days. We told me that there was no way that they could E-Sign paperwork. The State doesnt allow it which is a lie. I told him, and confirmed that he took everything down correctly so they could over night the paperwork to me. Funny, I made sure I confirmed the exact address. That evening I texted him and asked for the third time for a tracking number and didnt receive one. The next day when I should have received the package, I didnt. I called and he texted me that he was off that day and couldnt help. I called the dealership and tried to talk to Jeromy the manager, someone in finance, and some general mailbox. I left 7 total VMs and still havent received a call, obviously not checking their VMs. On the next day that Noah got back to the office, he went in and asked for a tracking number. He had them send it to the wrong address. So, after all the incompetence, I received my truck. I did have to rent a truck for a week since there was no chance of them hitting my deadline that I was promised. Really, these folks are purely ignorant. What happened to customer service and attention to detail?

This review is for Bob Allens Dodge service department. I took my truck for repairs thinking that I would get good professional work and I got completely ripped off. Its shocking that a big name business like this would be as unscrupulous as some small mechanic shop. Im sure they treat some customers better then others, so its a crapshoot I guess. Good luck.

The friendliness of the saleperson, Devlin, was great. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle and no attempt to try and sell me on a vehicle I was not there to look at. All questions were answered, proof of validity of answers were given if requested. I am very satisfied with my experience. This is my second purchase from Bob Allen dealerships and will be my go to in the future.

I recently purchased a 2021 Ram 2500 Big Horn diesel truck from BAMM and I am so pleased with the overall experience. Salesman John Welsh helped me, was up front with all the details, and quick on getting back with pricing for the new truck and my trade-in. Due to no fault of the dealership, there was a delay in my truck being ready. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and was given regular updates while I waited. John and his manager threw in some extras when they didn’t have to and had the truck delivered to me when it became ready. I’ve purchased multiple new and used trucks over the years, this is by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had in my lifetime. BAMM had the best price on what I wanted in the eastern US, the next closest dealership was 6K more than BAMM. There was no haggling and the paperwork process was quick and easy. John always got back with me and could tell was honest and polite. I will always highly recommend BAMM, have already referred them. It will be awhile, but when I’m in the market for a new truck, they’ll be the first I look up. Thanks for an awesome truck and BAMM deal.

Excellent Experience! I was in a bad situation in an older vehicle. Debbie and John worked hard to find a new car that I love and got me out from underneath a car that was sure to leave me stranded.Side note- Mike in the service department is absolutely awesome!!! I had the older vehicle in the shop 4 times in the last 7 months and Mike took care of everything from my warranty to getting me a loaner so I wouldn’t be without a car. He is truly an asset to Bob Allen.

I took my 2014 Jeep in for a seat belt recall. The service writer ask me if I was dropping off, or if I was going to wait. I told him I was going to wait, so he laid out his plan including timing, then pointed me to coffee he had just brewed.The work was completed quickly, and I was on my way in short order! It was obvious they respected my time and worked to minimize my wait!

Do not buy from this dealership. I bought a $35000 Jeep they claimed was new but turns out it wasnt after it set in the driveway in the sun I went out to it and it smells like it was a smokers vehicle and it also needed to be serviced. It also was dirty found a bud light cap crammed in the back armrest the vehicle had crumbs and fries under the seats. it needed an oil change and the air suspension was needing to be serviced as well. It has been in the shop for 18 days out of the first 21 days i have had it. No help from them just Ill call you back and never do. I advise to stay away from these crooks

Service center is quick and completes their work correctly.The sales dept (at least who I worked with) was not as knowledgeable about the vehicles, on the lot, as I would have liked. I got the feeling that if I had a question, the salesman would respond with what he thought I wanted to hear.

Not a good first impression from the rude woman who answers the phone. Service dept is friendly and they try to help, but I didnt appreciate the $1600 estimate (used Compass bought 3 months ago) that I came to find out was for a part that didnt need to be replaced. Luckily I was ONLY out $300 that I paid for the part and replaced in 20 minutes. Not $1200 plus 2 hours of labor as estimated. I wont go back and cant wait to unload this vehicle. Im glad the vehicle I traded in for this was only worth half of what they gave me for it. Buyer beware!

Almost had the best experience buying here. Try to make a long story short I flew in to pick up my new truck. The driver that picked us up at airport was awsome. Got to the dealership saw my truck outside started to look it over before we went in and boy what a horrible job they did at Detailing it twice we found so many dirty spots on the truck. The front had black scratch marks on it also something like black tar on it and many other undetailed spots on truck that shouldnt of been there. Got to the inside and it wasnt much better. The center arm rest had a bunch of lithium grease on it not sure what that was from possibly from manufacturer but who knows. Also found a bunch of wrappers and McDonalds cups inside... Come-on brand new vehicle here...come to find out after the deal was made over the phone it was managers demo and it wasnt as described online. Didnt have 5 miles as advertised had about 1600, It had tinted windows I did not want rain guards I didnt want and a black stripe down the middle I didnt want they took the black vynl strip off.So we agreed on a price on the phone and I specifically asked them this is the final otd price no hidden fees or anything they agreed it was final price mutiple times...so other than being upset about what I found on and in the truck the deal was going good the sales man Trevor was new at it but was a pleasure to deal with. Went to the financing office dealt with what they told me his name was Tiny trying to sell me the extended warranty and whatnot which I didnt want. It seemed like he was little upset or annoyed I didnt want it. So looking over the contract MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT THE PRICES AND STUFF YOU ARE SIGNING the final price was increased by couple thousand I told him this isnt the deal I agreed to with Trevor. He looked at it quickly and said oo ya i see what he did so he ripped that up and printed another one looked at it again looked good until I got to the banking financed part asked what the $235 loan fee was for he said equal opportunity lending the bank charges us. Which made no sense I was so fed up at that point i said whatever signed it and left. So disappointing that the dealer wasnt up front about the fee after repeatedly asking about final otd price and it changed once I got to the finance office. BUYERS BEWARE not only here but any stealership read and confirm what you sign and agree to. All in all Trevor was great to work with and the driver was awsome too. Too bad they had to be secretive of the fees. Other than that they where accommodating to bring me from airport to dealership and gave me a voucher to fill up with fuel.****UPDATE: The head manager of the dealer contacted me and was very upset I was upset and wanted to make it right to me. He offered to reimburse me the fee, apologized, and was very sorry about what happened. I really appreciated that but still doesnt make it 100% right I shouldnt of had to go through that and noone else should too. I guess Ill eat the detail that it needed and update the rating for getting back to me and making it right.. Piece if advice if anyone goes through this ask to speak to manager right away they should be able to resolve at least at Bob Allen...*****
