The lady at the front desk as you walk was very polite and helpful . I went to upgrade on my cable box .i had one of the older ones. I was out of there in less than 30 mins .

I hate this company. Every 5 minutes my wifi goes out. I can have full service and it still takes for ever for things to load. Xfinity is the WORST WiFi company I can think of. If y’all want good WiFi or even decent WiFi, xfinity is not it.
Agent was helpful but I have sent him two emails since last week because I have a question and he has not gotten back to me.
I had simple transaction. Drop off old equipment. Picked up new. Easy in and out 5 mins. No wait time. Nice clean store. Friendly and courtesy staff. Worth my 50 min. Drive.

Excellent service. I got the phone charger cord I needed and she also downloaded 22 scans into a folder for me. I had been unable to do that. Very nice young woman, professional and most of all helpful.

The store location is convenient with adequate parking. I was impressed by the design for easy entry, ample social distancing, and lots of protective shields at each point of customer contact. Several customer reps to handle many people simultaneously. I had to return an equipment shipment. The transaction was smooth and quick. Five minutes in and out with less than five minutes waiting. Highly impressed! Too bad that their telephone customer service is not as efficient...

My mother’s service hasn’t been working since before November. She has made 6 trips to this facility and even called the 800 number. Still not working she told them that she isn’t paying any more bills until they fix it. I was told to call the 800 numbers make a $54 payment and they would send someone out I called and they told me I would have to pay $200 and then someone would come out. And of course I called the employee back and left him two voicemails and still no follow up. This company is a joke. Don’t waste your money with this joke company. They increase the prices quicker than direct tv.
I had a $30 a month plan for a year and half way threw they raises my bill to $80 a month sent notices saying I owe money after I paid my bill upfront for 5 months they dont stick to their plans
Great customer service from my experience so far. The prices could be a little cheaper but reception is always good.
When you do senior citizens a certain way when the Month falls different bc of the date on the bill after having service with you all for over 20 years...Very upset. Bernadette Bethel.

Comcast (the company, not the employees) is the worst I have ever dealt with. If this is your only choice for service, I would suggest a good book instead. They will try to force you to pay for services you dont receive. I have had nothing but trouble every time I am forced to use them.

Seems busy like everytime we visit. Wait time is mostly over 15 minutes....Closed on holidays...they will put a sign out about holiday hours. Cable prices are high..in my opinion but its cable...you can get promotion deals or package deals every now and then but it depends on month/time of ordering. Professional associates and you can use the 1800 number for more help.
They are slow..! Customer service is terrible. They make you wait to pay your bill. The kiosk is the best thing they have..!

Poor management. Manager hides in the back when there’s an issue. Representatives are clueless especially Mickey. She shouldn’t even still be there. Since it’s so bad just shut the store down and do everything online. Doesn’t deserve a star.
Gave me cable and internet n then cut it off because of a previous resident that lived in my trailer but took my money n never mentioned a rental agreement or paper work to state i was the new resident while i was in the store face to fave with the sales rep. This is the worst service i have ever had from any company
If you have not visited the new Xfinity store and staff you are missing out on a great experience. Mickey provides incredible customer service. Forget the toll free number and visit the store.

Great service!! The place to go for all of your television and internet service needs. They also sell cell phones now. All the latest phones including iPhone X, great deals. Plans start at $12.
This location is way better than the one downtown. It has places to sit while youre waiting and TVs to watch so it doesnt seem like it takes as long.

Nice, clean, new store. They do have some really nice helpful people but also have a couple of hateful ones, which is my luck to have to deal with them. If someone hates their job that much and they deal with the public, you need to find something else to do.
I love the Xfinity store because of all the cool technology but the staff are so overwhelmed that when it’s your turn; they make you feel rushed. Last time I was there I had to replace a modem and I had a few questions about some current issues I was having with my internet. Me, my wife, and my youngest son waited over a hour to finally be seen. When I was finally called; I proceeded to ask him my questions but he was to busy on his cell phone to be bothered by my questions. Basically all that was said to me; was the new modem should resolve my issue. Yet this made it the 3rd modem I had received in less than a 1 year time. Its been over a year now and I am having to return back to this Xfinity store to yet again get another modem replacement. I have talked to Comcast Support over Twitter, as well as on the phone. I have tried troubleshooting steps myself and I have even had 3 technicians visit my home. It’s like everyone that works here knows absolutely knothing about their services.
Was a very nice store however Im still waiting on that call of available S10s, my visit was about 4 months ago!

Did not like that there were so many employees there but only one person to take the money to pay my bill. Everybody else was for equipment but there was not a lot of people returning or needing equipment. My time is just as valuable as theirs. But I ended up waiting for about 25 minutes just to have my bill paid. Very disappointed in the service at the Xfinity store.
