Just drained the oil in our 06 accord for an oil change and there was approximately 8.5 quarts of oil that drained out. Funny enough the mechanic asked did we get it done at jiffy lube. Since the oil change from jiffy lube we noticed noises coming from the engine. After adding the recommended 4.5 quarts of oil today and a new filter the engine is audibly more quite. Not sure why all the oil was added..... This very well could have overloaded the engine and caused a catastrophe but luckily we caught it before any serious damage was caused.

My response to there qualify they do professional work I will receamdent them cousin on there professional skilled knowledge and they warranty all parts and I will like to make was the one on Piney forest in Danville there mechanics are sweet corperide she know these Americans

Nice.guys. I was ignored when waiting. Parked my car where I was told to the last time, they came and asked what car and got my keys. Over an hour later no one is at my car. They said they didnt know which one it was, even though I told them. Half hour or so later, They said they didnt have the tools to put in my headlight, half hour to decide that. I can no longer give them the benefit of the doubt. My 1st oil change there was about the same.

Service was fast and efficent

Due to the covid pandemic I sat in my car while they did the service. They were very friendly and professional and got me out in a Jiffy! I had bad experiences with this place many years ago but i can see it has definitely improved. If this is you I highly recommend going back and giving them another shot.

The service was excellent. On Saturday June 6, 2020 I went in for a quick oil change which was done quickly. While I was there another customer was ahead of me and was leaving when you jumped out of his car and came back in the building and commenced to curse out (and I mean full blown) Umar the young man at the computer, saying he rolled down his window also saying he had told him not to roll the window down. I don’t know what was said about the window prior to me showing up but there is no way Umar deserved this and in my opinion the entire crew Umar, Donnie and the other 2 men working there (I wish I knew their names) handled the situation professionally and did everything possible to deescalate it. The customer was totally in the wrong and my hat to this crew for how they reacted. Nice job guys

Took my own tires to have them put on and was told tire machine was broken. Rode by 30 min later and they were putting tires on another car. Figured I didnt buy them from them so they didnt want to mess with it

Jiffy Lube was great I went in there for a serpentine belt to get changed the guys were professional those guys made it happen at a reasonable price I think everyone should go and visit Jiffy Lube if they need small jobs done and it was very convenient clothes near the house so I appreciate those guys keep up the great work

Dont go there! Last 2 times ive tried to go there has been problems. They didnt put lug nuts back on good after a tire rotation and a few fell off. They charge $60 for an oil change and fluids topped off asked me if i wanted a vaccum an i said yes. Absolutely nothing in my floor boards and they vacuum just the driver side when im leaving i ask why they didnt finish and they wanted me to cone back in. Poor service! Dont go!

Just figured out some of the things that I was charged for during my oil change were things that were suppose to be included in the oil change price but instead I was charged seperately for everything. Wont be going back there again.

They stole money from me and said its nothing they can do about it. This is the only place I get my oil changed at and have for many years it is a shame. I will never come here ever and hopes this dont happen to anybody else.

Asked for cheap oil and 60 pounds of pressure in the tires. Ended up with High Mileage Oil for a $58.41 charge. Whoops, that is what is in the system. Happened last year, stayed away a year and yes it happened again. Regional Manager was of no help last year wonder about this year.

Very friendly staff, friendly enough that I have been by twice while visiting relatives in Danville. But on my last visit, I got home and found a pool of oil under the car. They looked like they were conferring -- the entire staff -- on how to change the filter on a Mini Cooper S. Of course what they screwed up is the SIMPLEST part of an oil change -- getting the drain plug back on. I have to wait until the GD thing is cooled down before finding out the REALLY bad news, whether the idiots cross-threaded the plug. The Achilles Heel of Jiffy Lube.

They may perform a decent job. However, theyre going to try to talk you into buying things you dont need, theyre going to try hard too. The last visit I made, I approached Jiffy Lube asking for a simple oil change. I spent the rest of that visit constantly declining upsell gestures by the servicemen. They even called me back to the shop with talk of scary scenarios that may take place if I didnt comply with their request to do more to my vehicle than what I brought it there for. Its really annoying to someone that knows about vehicles and is simply stopping by because they dont want to or do not have the area to change and dispose of their own oil. I guess if you know what youre talking about and are a bit car savvy, its not a problem, you know what you may or may not need. On the other hand, I picture someone going in that hasnt the slightest clue of whats going on with cars having a pretty hard time determining what they may actually need or what Jiffy Lube is trying to upsell to them. A $30 oil change can easily turn into a not so much needed $150 experience with these guys if they are allowed to run free with what they think you need and try to sell you. My vehicle was the only one in the shop when this happened, so maybe if theyre busier they wont make such an effort to upsell, I doubt it though.
