I have been going to Big O for over a decade. They are great for all my tires needs. They are usually quick so I can drop off my car in the morning and wait or come back at lunch time to get it. If I buy my tires there they repair things like nails in tire for free and that is a bonus!

These guys are great. Couple days ago my tire popped on the freeway. Brought it to them no appointment. They had it replaced in less than 30 minutes and were very nice. 5-stars

Dropped my car off for oil change and tire rotation at 10am told them I had to be at work at noon. They called me at 11:15 my car was ready. I work 24/7 for a couple and my time away from them is very limited. Very thankful for the fast turn around.

Big O in Danville has been my go to shop for my basic automotive needs for basic service and tires. Recently I brought in one of my vehicles that needed repair to a valve stem. They took the initiative to replace both front tire valve stems to insure safety of those tires at a very reasonable cost. Great communication and quality service.

I have been bringing my car to get new tires and do alignment service at Danville’s Big-O-Tires shop for a few years. The guys were friendly and helpful. I made an appointment and service was completed in a timely manner. They also allowed using Groupon voucher. Highly recommended tires shop! Will be back again 😃

Oil change, tires& alignment purchased. Binny checked me in & did a thorough check on my car as I was standing there. Alerted me my tread was low on 2 of my tires- explained & showed me how it was determined. Also advised me other things to keep an eye on and how to extend the life of my tires. Very knowledgeable and customer oriented. When he saw me approach, though still on his lunch, he checked me out. I apologized for interrupting his lunch- he said not a problem- he wants to take care of his customers. What a rare find! Car is running great- prices are reasonable, great job, and good turn around.

I woke up with a flat. After AAA got my spare situated Big O was quick to help try and repair it. When it was determined it could not be repaired they immediately ordered a new tire and replaced it the following day, squeezing me in between appointments. Everyone I dealt with was kind, professional and extremely helpful.

Took in my Tacoma for a standard oil change. I got home parked in the garage came back a little while later and there was oil leaking all over my garage floor with oil drops all the way up the length of my driveway.I pulled the Truck out and found oil all over my undercarriage and in a pool in my skid plate. I proceeded to clean everything up, pull the skid plate off and found that the oil was coming from the oil housing. I drove it down to Jiffy Lube and they were able to see that big O had cracked the oil housing and it was continuing to leak every time I drove the car, significant amounts.Since it’s Sunday I am now Ubering all over town trying to find the parts so that it can be fixed.Extremely dissatisfied with the service. Doesn’t Big O at least check their work before they send you home, I guess not

I would like to share a review of the great job Don and his team did for me yesterday. Not expecting to get an appointment the same day, but merely get an estimate, Don, the rep, met up front, took my car in immediately and I left the day with a set of new tires and a wheel alignment. They did a great job and are deserving of the review. They were also incredibly respectful of my service which was greatly appreciated.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I was able to drop off on July 5th at 2:30 and pickup by the end of that business day. I was very happy with the service and honesty of the staff. I’ve had nails in my tire before and have been told that all tires needed replaced because the nail was too close to the side of the tire and they were unable to patch. Hard to know if that was really the case or if they were upselling. It was a great relief to find out that they were able to patch and salvage the existing tire.

Very nice people working there. Only issue was they had the wrong car on my receipt and the little sticker that goes in the windshield after oil change was way off in mileage. I think it was for another car. Just a few minor things but makes me wonder on quality of other work.

I stopped BigO Tires, Danville with a rear driver low light on. It turned out there was a good reason for that. A piece of metal was stuck in the tire. They refilled me with enough air to drive around until the the new tire could arrive. Tire was ordered and I was called the next day to come on in. They got right on it and replaced the tire while I waited in their shady outdoor space. Everyone was so kind and helpful and even showed me the tire with the very long specialty screw that went all the way to the rim. BigO Tires is a place you hope you never need to go to, but so glad you have them to choose when you do!

Popped my tired and was able to have it completely replaced within 30 minutes of appearing in their parking lot as a walk-in. Phenomenal customer service and attention to detail. Will be coming back in the future!!

I just went to the Danville location of Big O Tires earlier today for a regular service check and oil change. Due to the assistance of Benny B I can truly say had a perfect experience as far as automotive care. Benny was not only helpful but went out of his way to provide me with an awesome attitude but more importantly he made me feel informed about my vehicle so that I could actually understand where other shops have left me questioning the recommendations made and even gave me a feeling that they where swindling me. That is what I find most important, having a mechanic whom I can trust and see great quality of work. I will be returning for all my further auto needs just to be able to work with him again and the feeling of trust and competent workmanship given.

Very impressed with the friendly and efficient service at the Danville location. Big O is a chain of retailers so you know you’re getting competitive pricing from a company with high sales volumes. At some places that means the service is less personal but not here. They go above and beyond to make sure you are fully satisfied. I’ve been a customer for years and they have always done a great job.

This is a good example of why reviews are occasionally adjusted. When companies really try to straighten things out and correct their mistakes...kudos r deserved. That’s what Mike did for me. He recognized his crew had erred, stepped up, and took care of my issue without making excuses, showing the guy cares. So an “A for effort” for Mike. I’ll now continue with them. Thanks Mike for the great followup. JasonI have been loyal for a decade, yet these guys constantly fail to deliver. For example, the last 4 cars I have dropped off for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. have all needed the tire pressure checked. Yet, literally every time that I have retrieved the cars, the tire pressure has not only been wrong...it’s been different on every tire. Yesterday was 31,32,33 and 34. The “correct” tire pressure was 36 all around. Go figure!!! Pretty basic part of getting your car tires checked...and these guys blow it EVERY time. The moral to this story is that if you use these guys, triple check their work, and don’t allow them to tell you that “yes, don’t worry, we’ve checked it”. I have actually gotten that exact comment from them more than once, and discovered that they had duped me. Manager Mike is well intentioned, but unfortunately, his crew continually lets him down with their general sloppiness and inattention to detail.

I have got luck today with a truly pleasant experience in getting my car wheel alignment at Big O Tires, Danville, California. My enquiry call was answered from a friendly voice of Benny who I think no other but headed straight to the shop. Benny was extremely polite even I requested to redeem the service with a cheap Groupon voucher. The work was immediately taken and wait time was only half of my expectations. Benny was even detailing to me everything in the report. I’m very impressed with his professionalism that It played down the customer service at the Mercedes dealerships . I’ll rate a six-stars to him with appreciation.

We have been using this Big O for many years now and they always deliver service and quality work for a reasonable price. Mike, Benny and the crew are awesome, highly recommended for anything tires and auto repair.

Easy in, easy out. 47 minutes flat. Benny helped me get set up with my oil change for a 2019 GMC Yukon XL.It was a little more expensive than the other guys, but with the $10 coupon and trust in this location, it’s well worth the few extra dollars. They use Mobil, which is a better tier product than maybe other shops may use.If I had one gripe, don’t park my car in a way that makes me need to squeeze between mine and another to get in, it’s a Yukon XL for God’s sake. (Too close to another car)

Contact was very helpful in selecting tires appropriate for my situation. Not the most expensive and not he cheapest. As we know tires can make a difference and I was impressed with my Big O tires. Steering was improved as was the overall ride. Only issue is that I was told it would take 1 and a half hours and it took 3.

I had a tire with a slow leak. Despite having a full house of work already committed, they were able to take care of my issue in a reasonable amount of time.

Big O Danville always gets the job done right, the first time. Always a first-class experience and honest communication from beginning to end. They provide helpful advice and recommendations, and aren’t pushy like other repair shops that I have used in the past. And although they have had a bit of turnover recently (just as many other businesses have as well, having to deal with “current events”), their leadership team has masterfully made that transition seamless to their customers. A huge shout out to Angelo...job well done!

Bennie took excellent care of our vehicle today, especially so since it was a weekend and we needed to get on the road to San Diego ASAP. Will definitely use them for our next oil change.UPDATED 5.11.21 We returned. At 8:00am today. And regret it. They broke her oil cap. They blamed Toyota. She had to wait until 1:25pm for the part and repair. Which means she will ultimately be driving back to San Diego in the dark. Owner said “tell your mom not to bring this car back”.We won’t. And we shared the way you treated our daughter on multiple social media accounts and Danville networks.

We have been coming to this Big O location for many years and as usual we were not disappointed. First issue was an older BMW 328i convertible which evidently need both front and rear brakes which got accomplished in a timely fashion for a good price. Immediately after that the BMW M Roadster had a suspension problem and the air suddenly stopped working in this terrible heat, both were handled satisfactorily again for a very reasonable cost. Mike the Manager and his crew were nothing but professional keeping us posted with texts and phone messages every step of the way so we were not stranded. Highly recommend this business not just for tires but for many other things as well!

I understood.After about 2 hours Benny called me. He had researched the issue and sourced the part needed to fix the blinker issue! I was so happy.Benny went above and beyond to help me with this problem. He saved me time by me not having to take the truck to another mechanic.Upon picking up the truck he walked me through what the problem was, the part that was needed and how they tested it to make sure it solved the problem. We’ve been loyal customers at Big O in Danville for over twenty years. Unfortunately, we left this last visit very disappointed. We had replaced the water pump in our car two years ago ($1300). In the last we year Big O serviced this same car on four different occasions (one time paying over $4000). Last week our water pump started having issues so we took the car back in. We were told it was no longer good and needed to be replaced (again)! Mike stated it was due to a faulty hose and pump. He also stated they would not warranty it or do anything to make right on the situation. We had to pay another $1100. I’ve lost all faith in big o and their policies. As loyal customers, Big O Danville should have honored their parts and work... twenty years of satisfaction is now gone. The quality of work and level of customer service at this location is NOT what it used to be. Stop up selling and get back to taking care of your customers!!

The staff is very friendly. They assessed the situation with my tire quickly, explained my options, found the new tire locally and gave me an estimate on when my car would be ready.The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of a lack of communication when it came to having my car ready at the estimated time. I was told it would be ready at around noon, and when 2pm rolled by I decided to call and check on the status. I was told then that it would be ready in 15 minutes. The delay wasnt a huge deal, but a quick status call when the technician realized it would take longer than expected would have gone a long way and would have earned the team 5 stars for sure.
