Lots of choices that you will make alone as the help is very cold. They answer questions with yes or no and ignore you completely.always like this so dont expect any help or interactions. They hang out at the front of store to the left.

Huge selection of shoes for almost any budget, an they always have plenty of staff, helpful employees as well.

Didnt have anything in the size I needed. Either too small or too big. Mens shoe sizes 8 to 10 then 12 to 13. Not a lot to choose from. Also wide widths not available. The size I needed in shoes that I found were so narrow that a KEN doll would have to use a shoe horn to get it on his feet. 👣

I was looking for my wife a pair of running shoes. The womens shoes were in short supply. There was not a lot on the shelf.

I walked in the door and immediately a young lady came to help me. Told her that I needed shoes for my 7year old granddaughter. She asked what her favorite color was and after I told her she had shown me two pair that I liked so I bought them both. I will go there for the next shoe purchase.

Dont get me wrong, this place has a large variety of shoes & the staff is willing to help. I just couldnt find the latest & most popular shoes here. My teenage son despises coming here because the products they offer arent cool. As an adult, I liked some of the shoes they had but I just didnt find the variety I was looking for.

Nice selection plus online is available if they dont have your size in store.

Without a doubt one of the best shopping experiences Ive ever had. I visited the store last Saturday and was really impressed with the shoe selection and staff. All of the staff were helpful without being overbearing and the store was well organized and clean. The ladies at the cash register were incredibly professional and the manager was especially helpful. To anyone living around Danville, I highly recommend this location as your go-to store!

With wonderful management like Brittney that adhere to the needs of the customers to make sure the customer is well taken care of. if any issues arise theyre dealt with in a professional and courteous manner. My wife and I both agree that this will be our go-to shoe store from now on! I myself am forever grateful to the management and staff for taking such great care of my family and me each and every time we come in to shop at this store!

Prices are too high and they dont even carry hosiery. I was disappointed. And with very few shoes stores open any more they would never run out of business if they were more reasonable in price

Had buy one pair get the second half priced. I was looking for cross training shoes and my father was looking for dress shoes. Not a lot of sizes in some shoes, but a staff member explained we could order anything they had on line and have it delivered to my home.

No customer service

The selection of shoes were good but they need to have a better of sizes for people with wide feet. I found the shoe I wanted in the store however I couldnt find the right size but they do have exactly the right size on line with the same shoe.
