I went to Mattress Firm to find out if they carried the bed I needed. I had no idea where to go. I had just been informed that my surgery date had been moved up to the following Monday. This was Friday. My son and daughter-in-law were with me. We met Robert Peters. This young man is truly an asset to the Mattress Firm company. I told him of my situation. He was so kind and understanding. He advised us of all options available and helped us, in my opinion, to make a very wise decision. I was dreading the ordeal of having to find a bed so quickly but Robert made it a pleasure. I strongly suggest anyone needing or wanting a mattress or an adjustable bed to give Robert a visit. He will treat you with respect and help you in any way he can!

The delivery process was horrendous, but it took the store to contact the district manager after me calling 3 times to finally get it right for me. They need to change their delivery process. Order not what I expected and was told my free frame would cost $60. So i just didnt get one out of principle. thet also charged us an extra $100. but fixed that after my wife noticed and called them. although the sales men was nice.

They didnt carry what I was looking for, but the gentleman working there was very knowledgable about the item in question and kindly recommended several big competitors, which competitor would be cheapest, and which carried my item in the needed sizes. Today my girlfriend & I stopped in to look at the Tempurpedic adjustable bed. Before we could get into the store a salesman introduced himself as Armond Rollins and he was very helpful with showing us the beds we were interested in. But he wasnt a normal salesman, well the ones that Im used to dealing with. He was not trying to up sale us or only show us the expensive items. Again Mr. Armond Rollins was by far the best salesman Ive delt with in regards to Mattress Firm, so if anyone is looking into purchasing a new bed or even a pillow, go here and ask for Mr. Armond Rollins.
