My wife and I had a very good shopping experience. Sam is a good salesman. No pressure; great guidance and info. We waited a couple of days then went back and bought a good mattress on the less expensive side.

Went in looking for a memory foam twin size mattress for my son. The salesman was helpful and friendly-showed me the options and explained their current sale. They happened to have one in stock and made the process very easy! He even helped us load the box into the car! Very appreciated!

Did my homework before going in the store, all for nothing, felt as though I was being talked to by a young grandchild (suddenly I knew nothing and his tone was condescending). Its a big investment for a senior, and I felt like I deserved better treatment. The other salesperson was better, but quite frankly they should be thanking their customers soundly for choosing Mattress Firm. The choices are slim, so I purchased what I needed, but certainly not based on the salespersons attitude.

Ive bought 4 mattresses from our local store. I always return because of the ease of purchase and the excellent customer service. I once bought a mattress, that after a week decided it just wasnt working for me and they exchanged it promptly, with no arguments.

Absolutely great place to shop or get the latest information on the styles and types of mattresses.Took a teenager in and it was really cool how much they went over the end and outs of mattress ownership so thoroughly; what to look for, how to judge a good one, and overall sustainablity. We Went to the Mattress Firm knowing what we wanted and we ended up getting the Best & Easiest Service ever. Our sales associate was Samuel, and he was so helpful listening as we explained to him how we sleep and what we were looking for in a mattress. He was very patient with us and after spending 3.5 hrs. in his store he explained to us in great detail the various options we had with absolutely no pressure to buy. Not only did we get the Tempur-ProAdapt Hybrid mattress & Ergo 2.0 base, we ended up getting a great deal. In addition, we received our Tempur-Adapt Cloud+ pillows in the package for nothing. I would definitely recommend going to this mattress firm in Danville, IL and ask for Sam. He will set you up with a wonderful mattress. So far were getting great nights sleep on our new mattress!! Jacob hands down the best sales guy there! We came in this past Saturday 30 minutes before closing and bought from him based on his sales expertise, knowledge, and non pushy personality. He doesnt hassle you during the process. He allows you to look at all the inventory and decide. We were here a few months ago and walked out due to a guy acting like a used car salesman. No one wants to do business with someone like that Wish I knew the guys name he was awful. Jacob should train him on better sales training. Ask for Jacob when you are considering a new mattress. I went in today just to look and see what my options where and Sam was fantastic!!!! He was very personable and didn’t mind that my daughter was there playing. He was very good at helping me find a bed that would fit me and would be comfortable for me to sleep on. I am so excited I was able to get something in my price range and that was suited for me!!!

Very happy with store purchase Sam was fantastic. Disappointed in the delivery of said bed, especially since it is paid delivery. I will be asking for delivery fee refunded. 30 minutes past delivery time after they called me to say 20 minutes. Delivery is out of Indianapolis warehouse. Store excellent. Delivery people not so much.

Im a little late in posting this but on august 25 my fiance and myself went to look at new beds and had a wonderful experience. The employee Jacob C. answered all of our questions and explained things really well. I really appreciated that he was helpful without being pushy and did leave us to check out the matresses by ourselves while still checking on us to make sure we were doing ok. I would definitely recommend this store and this employee to anyone!
