I absolutely hate that this is the only sallys to shop at the employees are rude as hell and looking at other reviews its a big issue and corporate needs to handle that

I will not be coming back to this store. The costumer service is huwful. I saw this two different kinds of after color treatment and both packages had after color in a big print. So I asked one of the workers there. Which was this girl in a long romper like thing. I honestly couldnt tell what it was supposed to be. She looked at them both and then she said one is for before coloring your hair and the other is for after coloring. I looked at the package one more time to make sure I read it right and before I could tell the lady about her mistake. She dismissed me like a word I really dont want to say on here. They store wasnt busy at all so Sallys you have a really smart and great worker there.

I absolutely love the staff at my local Sallys here in Danville; the staff is always so helpful and they go out of their way to help me with any questions at all. Ive visited other places but theyre just not as knowledgeable and if you dont get a pros advice and you do your own hair, you just might wish youd asked somebody at Sallys in Danville Virginia on Holt Garrison, next to Dicks Sporting Goods
