Absolutely perfect! Called in to get flowers delivered the next day and Sue J, Susan L, and Tom went above and beyond to fill the order. I do not live in town and have her a budget, an idea of what I wanted and asked for suggestions. She pointed me to their website and put some options together for me. It was easily a good hour or more she spent on the phone with me and texting pictures of the arrangements and changing them to accommodate my picky taste. Im so impressed by the customer service they put into my one order and can’t thank them enough for all the help!

Ordered flowers from here for my wedding in Paxton, IL. The flowers were beautiful and they offer delivery. They did a spectacular job matching the flowers to the picture examples I provided them.

Friendly home town shop. This place took care of me quickly and efficiently. Cute little shop to look around in. The flowers are fresh and beautiful.

I have used Anker Florists on several occasions due to limited Florists in the area. Each and every time they have screwed up my order. From delivering the flowers days earlier (Birthday) to forgetting the order and trying to placate me by saying they are in route. Next time I need flowers I will definitely look elsewhere. For the amount of money you spend the level of customer service is sub par. I gave them 1 star only because the isnt a -5 Rating.

Everything was absolutely beautiful

On the negative side, we went in to order flowers for my Moms funeral. Waited in there over 10 minutes and didnt get the first person to acknowledge we were even in there.When you can get service, their flowers are nice

I spent over $90 on flowers for my aunt’s funeral and was extremely disappointed, nowhere near what I expected from the photos on the web site. I would never use this florist again.

A little pricey but the service was excellent and the quality of work was also excellent.

Not happy. For one thing they didnt include mylar balloon which was paid for. Flowers were dull and lifeless.....picture had beautiful vibrant fall colors. Card had typing errors. Only good thing was delivered on time. Order 35919.

Best quality plants and flowers..love their candle selection..they have a great selection of live arrangements to choose from and we had 2 grave blankets done there and they was all fresh quality greens and they was beautiful full grave blankets..i would recommend them to anyone who wants good quality products,plants..etc. and the staff is always friendly and there to help you pick out and find what your looking for!!!
