I spoke to the owners son who is now in charge of the business. He hung up on me twice when asking general questions bout fixing my headlight. I have some water in my headlight and just asked general questions bout how he would fix it, he did not like me questioning his methods and hung up on me twice.Just for the people reading this, I seen many YouTube videos on how to fix the headlight and I was just asking general questions. I went to his place of business, that day, and apologize for whatever I did to upset him; he explained to me If you look at YouTube videos, let YouTube fix your headlight. Thats his words, not mines. I would not recommend anybody going to Thomas Hairston Auto Sales for advice or auto repair, because if you, the customer, cant ask general questions and treated the way I was for no reason, then why go through the hassle of being treated this way.
