After a wonderful experience a few years ago with this shop, we returned our foreign car for a steering fluid leak. After 3 weeks, we began asking why our car wasnt fixed. It was excuse after excuse, Im waiting for the part The part is here but theres a second part to it itll be done tomorrow morning at the latest and finally after we demanded a time frame, we were told that we can get it tomorrow and it may be done or may not be. Absolutely no lack of communication.
