Stopped by with a slow leak on one of my tires. They took care of me fast. I truly appreciate all they do for me and my truck when I visit. There is no better place to go.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable especially the gentleman that waited on me. The repair guy even spoke and greeted me when he returned with keys. Nice to see good customer service still in practice and also the most important thing is that they got me taken care of and out on the road in a very reasonable amount of time. Will Definitely recommend to others and will be back myself.

Awesome customer service, speedy, accurate work. I called them while at another car shop because the other one told me I could not leave with my vehicle because it was unsafe. The man said he would lose his shop license if he allowed me to drive away.The people at Good Year said that sounded fishy. I told the guy at the other shop I couldnt afford the 1200+ dollar cost of fixing my car. I then took my vehicle up the road a few miles to Good Year to find out that the other garage had lied about what needed replacing at Good Year I got what needed fixing done quickly for 499.00. I love my Good Year. Danville Va.

I pay for Gold’s high quality service because I believe the quality of work is excellent and the customer service is 5-stars (other than up-selling). Best customer service of ANY Goodyear service or auto service in Danville, VA. Im referring to the front desk, phone service in particular as 5-stars. That’s more important to me than anything, other than the work being done right of course.I wish they would not try to upsell me so much but I understand sales funnels and why it’s done. I just feel like a mark sometimes but I pay for the quality. Front desk is 5/5, Christina earns this business so much revenue she should get commission if she doesn’t.I was a regular elsewhere but they were unprofessional and nasty to me and my own mother so I never went back. Don’t go to any Goodyear Tire/Auto Service but Gold’s on Mt. Cross! Just don’t pay for anything you didn’t come there to get done in the first place and you’ll be highly satisfied.I would change to 5-stars based on next experience.

I have taken my car here 2yrs straight to get an inspection...both years they said i needed some kind of major work done that was gonna cost over $1300. Went elsewhere and they saud car was fine. Dont go here if you dont have $ to throw away

They said I needed brakes when I did not. I took my car to a well known local mechanic for a second opinion and he said my brakes were in great condition. I never had any brake trouble and I have never gone back to this Goodyear.

Was told 1 hour ( which is plenty of time to do an oil change and tire rotation). Been almost 2 hours already. Maybe if the tech actually stayed on the 1 vehicle at a time, it would have been 1 hour.

Outstanding customer service. Office and mechanic stayed late to help me get my vehicle safely back on the road.

Initially I stopped at this service center to have the condition of my tires checked. The sales associate was polite and confirmed that the condition of my tires were okay but recommended at front wheel alignment. I agreed to this as well as removing any corrosion from the tires if needed. At the end of the service request (per the mechanic), I was told that I needed front break pads, rotors, and a serpentine belt. The estimation of the front break pads were $320... I immediately felt annoyed Bc I am typically up-to- date on all vehicle maintenance and my vehicle has break indicators that indicate when they are in need of replacement. If you are YOUNG or a WOMAN, please be aware of this business. Within minutes of leaving this location, I visited my regular mechanic and he alerted me that there was nothing wrong with the above parts. Please be careful! I entrusted my vehicle to this business and in return they tried to scam/ cheat me. It’s unfair and unprofessional.

First I got shafted on price - $90 for a state inspection and the replacement of two lights. They tell me everything on the vehicle is good. Then I discover the turn signal they replaced now blinks three times the speed its supposed to be, and the brakes they just inspected fail while my sister drives. Once they properly fix everything they messed up I am not planning on coming back here.

Goodyear Auto had great service, after cutting one of my tires today and needing a tire ASAP! We went to numerous places and called no one had my tires or they were trying to sell me the most expensive thing on the shelf. Went by Goodyear they had 2 and was able to get me in right away in and out within an hour and just alittle over 300$ for everything.

Will never take my car to GOODYEAR on Mount Cross Rd again !! About two years ago took my car for an oil change on a Friday went back to pick it up my car would not start they said it was nothing they did had to have it towed to the Honda shop mind you no car for the whole weekend Honda said the hit a button that made my car lose comutaction with the key when I went back to tell them they laughed and said they didnt . Today I take my Acura to get oil change they call and say I have a nail in my back tire they said $16.00 more to fix I agree they call me back and said tire just pops but Im not buying that so I go up there to ask to show me the tire and the shovel they tried to take it off with went through the tire after trying to charge $63.00 oil change $90.00 for a tire that they messed up now Im stuck with a mitch match tire on my car. I will be talking to someone tomorrow morning

Constantly try to get you to purchase extras you dont need; when I was there, they tested my battery and said I needed a replacement. I refused and had it checked at a local auto parts place, and it tested fine. I liked the price of my tires (mostly, but good tires arent cheap anyway) but there were add ons that the sales rep never mentioned which made the bill more than expected. A friend, who is married to a retired Goodyear guy, says she would *never* have her tires replaced here, and now I know why.

You lost my business after years of service. This place used to be my go to they always were reasonable and honest. Now they have gone up on diagnostic by 60% and will no longer install parts you buy elsewhere. Their parts are more than double Advanced Auto and they wont install a part unless its theirs now. They are just like every other mechanic now.

Good service, however they always want to sell you something in addition. Not enough seating room for people waiting for their cars.

I always go to Goodyear for my repairs on my car. Never had a problem before Normally I may have to wait a little longer than what I wish but I normally deal with it because I know they do good work. But my experience this time was completely different. My wait time was two and a half hours before I had my oil changed I cleaned my front seat I had some money in my center consult beforehand but then after it disappeared. Needless to say I will not be returning there to have my car serviced

Quality work. However the wait was way to long. It shouldnt take over 2 hours to get a set of tires. Especially with an appointment.

Me and my fiancé decided to go to this business in order to get our oil changed because we were having brake trouble and we knew they would do a 27 point check if we got the more expensive oil change. Once someone decided to acknowledge my presence I requested this oil change and mentioned twice that the brakes needed attention and I would like to know what was wrong with them. I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours for an oil change I had an appointment for. Four other customers came and went. I was finally called back to the counter. When I got there I was greeted by a sales person and a mechanic that both appeared to not want to see me or talk to me. I asked if any problems were found with the truck. The salesman said your bearings need to be packed and you need front brake pads. I then asked if they were sure that the only thing wrong with the brakes was the front brake pads. The mechanic said that he was sure. Then he left to move the car around. I was quoted a price of $70.00 apiece to pack the bearings. I told the salesman I would pay for the oil change. I then got in the car to leave. The car wouldnt start and the brake pedal went to the floor. Somehow they had removed the bolt that holds the battery cable onto the starter and god knows what they did to the brakes. I had to fix the battery cable by myself. No one said anything as I laid on the parking lot in front of the store to fix the starter. And I barely made it home with the brakes. I figured if that is what happened when they changed the oil I didnt want them doing anything else to the car. At least I see that the store is nothing if not consistent through the years

Years ago, I had an oil change. Oil was all under my hood a few days after they changed it. I took my car to another shop to have it checked. I was told, the last place that changed my oil, broke my oil stick. When I showed it to Good Year and told them what was said. They denied it!!! Never been back and it was my favorite before that.One on Piney Forest, later on, messed the screw up on my oil pan. They replaced it with a bigger screw then put a seal around it. I was told that by a different shop who showed it to me. NO GOOD YEAR 4 ME!!!

Decent place but Ive always gotten better service at the Piney Forest location. Then, its expensive. Make an appointment because its always busy and tough to get service.

DO NOT GO HERE!Brought my car in because the window would not go up. When these guys took the panel off to assess the problem they dropped my window, which shattered. Now they are refusing to pay for the window which they dropped and broke. Nothing was wrong with the glass when we brought the vehicle in. When we spoke with the manager about this he simply said, Sorry not my responsibility.

Just had brakes put on my jeep 2 months prior to my visit there, went to get a state inspection an they said my brakes wouldnt pass. I didnt argue, I did leave with a rejection sticker and still charged me $16. They wanted to take advantage of the fact I was a girl, and try and charge me for brake service I didnt need. DO NOT GO THERE!

I went there to have them check a problem causing my check engine light to turn on. I also wanted an inspection if they could fix the problem. I left with a laundry list totaling over $1,000 in repair estimates. One of which was for a new battery (I had the battery replaced only several months prior). I had them fix a couple of problems that I felt were legitimate. I was then charged several hundred dollars in service fees for repairs that took less than two hours.The original problem involved my oxygen sensor. I was quoted over $200 to replace two of them. I opted to replace the one I knew wasnt working myself. When I did this I found the root of the problem, a broken wire. Coincidentally I mentioned that my problem may have been related to my cars wiring. So, not only did they try to make unnecessary repairs, they did not listen to me at all.I had a dealership replace my wiring and do the inspection. Do not go here because they will find problems that dont exist.

Been coming here for few years . The last few times the customer services has slack of communication to customer . Sit here for 20 mins before they pull car in to the bay only two people ahead of me. Hour past by truck just sitting in bay no one around working on it. They was just sitting at computer still no one said anything to me what the issue with my truck or nothing. I had to ask. Just tell me I have codes and they trying to figure what they mean WHAT.
