I hadnt planned on buying a new SUV but I couldnt refuse going as a response to the awesome phone conversations I had with Lynn from the call center.I took a ride over, and there was my new Calipso red Sante Fe looking right at me. Staff was great. Hats off to Hunter and Randy. The whole process went well with maybe one hiccup during the whole process. I am totally happy with my new auto. Thank you Lynn!!
My dealer, Patrick was extremely accommodating in organizing for me to change a tire at the main sales facility (he ordered the tire and told the service crew to expect me).Also, Beth is AMAZING! Pleasant from prepping my car with plastic at the start with a friendly welcome at the start to handing me my keys at the finish.
Our salesman Shawn was awesome. He really took his time and listened to our needs. He let us explained what we wanted and he showed us everything they had on all the lots. He let us decide what will work for us. He wasnt a pushy salesman nor was he one of those that act as if we couldnt afford or didnt belong as we have felt at some other dealerships across NC.

We shopped numerous dealerships and ended up driving an hour and a half to Woodall hyundai. Being that I’m in the car business as well, this was only dealership I found that made it feel like I was the only customer on a personal level. I highly recommend them for any purchase if you want great customer service and an overall smooth buying process.
I will never buy another vehicle from them, and do not take your vehicle to be worked on by them. The the service manager is rude, untrustworthy and a few other words id like to say. They are way over priced and they was supposed to replace a part on my car and turns out they either did not replace it at all and charged me for it or they put a part on my car that was faulty. Then made second appointment with them to have that part replaced again because the part is under warranty and they refused to fix it. So i took it to BOBKING hyundai and they replaced the same part and my car is working great. Go to BOBKING they are great trustworthy people .
Global Pandemic... First, it would have been nice to be greated by your front desk clerk wearing a mask. Second, get the prices right for services dont quote different amounts within the same visit!

I was having an issue with a loud roaring noise in the front right tire. I took it to the place of purchase because i had a 6 month warranty on the vehicle. they claimed nothing was wrong with the car. I then took it to Woodall because of the noise was getting louder and they diagnosed the problem in less than an hour. they ordered the part needed and, told me that the repair would take all day, but it only took them 3 hours. Will definitely go back to Woodall
My sales consultant was Larry Davis, and he was Excellent I would Recommend him to anyone, and he knows all about any Hyundai .He had already sold me by just being nice, not being pushy for a sale, not blowing my phone up, just being down to earth.
My experience has been nothing but great. When I purchased my vehicle it was a very smoothe discussion and transaction. I havent had any issues with my car at all. During my recent visit for a maintenance check, the experience was the same. Everything that was done was communicated to me in a way that I could understand and all questions were answered. I must say buying a car can be a nightmare at times. However, the management (Reggie) and sales representative (Marlowe) were exceptional and exceeded our expectations. They were eager to make us happy and went far above the usual to get us what we wanted. Thanks to Shaun and the rest of the great staff at woodall. We purchased a new palisade, we got it later in the evening so they came the following Monday detailed it, topped off all my fluids including gas tank and advised me on what to do next about a scuff that they had to fix on the hood, picked it up Monday from me and it got returned back to me today looking fantastic. My first loaner car I had a problem with it and they had no issue hooking me up with something alittle better second new car we got from them and we will continue to go back with great service like this. The Woodall Hyundai group are the best group of people I have dealt with buying an automobile. When we came to try out vehicles the whole group gave us the most courteous customer service I have ever experienced. I would never take my car back to this place, They ignored me for a whole month. I had no transportation for almost two months and when I finally got my car back my hood was bent really bad and they said it was documented (Which was a lie) and it’s nothing they could do. Terrible experience!! Would not recommend.
I was able to change my original appointment to a new time after I realized I made a mistake with my calendar. Everyone was friendly and the price was great! Thank you!

My motor in my Hyundai went out. My warranty had expired. I called Hyundai they told to go to Robert Woodall Hyundai to get it checked out. They replaced my motor at no charge to me! I am a customer for life!
The only reason Im giving one star is because our salesman did his best. We had picked out our car, signed the paper and was only 3 hours from picking up our car with check in hand when I received a call saying our car had been sold out from under us. My bank even had the Bill of Sale from the dealership. I was very confused and Disappointed! But, I said OK find me another Santa Fe and have the GM give me a call to discuss how this could happen. NO CALL! I can only believe they dont care about me!

Theyre really prompt with my service, within a few minutes of my appointment time most every time. They havent tried to sell me extra services, just what my visit was for. They will tell inform one that something will be due soon but thats about it.When I bought my car here they worked really hard to make sure I was getting what I wanted, at no point did they try to talk me into something I didnt want or the better deal. Really great people here.

Minus 4 stars bought my car with a warranty had them so called service it for coolant issues theyve had the car since November 13 only to wait two weeks before looking at it then decides the warranty was voided by the previous owner even though it was bought by me with warranty included as of today Dec 6 still at the dealership. Lady at the help desk is extremely rude and has lied on things supposedly done to this car to myself and another mechanic PLEASE IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE
