The Woodall Dealership were absolutely the best dealership I worked with during this car buying experience and that Ive ever worked with. They were truthful and straight with me on the price with no hidden costs. I didnt feel rushed or pressured and I was given all the discounts and rebates offered by GMC. I didnt have a trade in so they had two drivers follow me home, driving my old vehicle back for me which was over two hours away for them at no added charge. They probably didnt get home till midnight that night. It was the best car buying experience Ive every had.

Went in for an oil change on a Thursday. Told the person at the counter that I had a squeaking problem in the engine, probably a bad idler bearing on the serpentine belt. The truck has 50,000 miles and should be under warranty. I was told that I had to make an appointment to check out the squeaking. I made an appointment for 8:00 the following Tuesday, which was the first available. I was there at 8 am and told them that I would wait for the truck. At 10:15, I asked the status of the truck and I was told that the truck was just coming out of the oil change bay and that no one had checked the squeaking. Another tech would have to look at that. This being the third oil change in a row that took from 2 to 4 hours to complete and with an appointment to be at soon, I told them that Id have to come back. The squeaking continues to worsen and I hope that Im not stranded before getting back in to have it looked at. Once beyond the warranty period, I will get my oil changed elsewhere and it will be difficult to rely on Woodall for future purchases or service. I have bought four vehicles from Woodall in the past 6 years for my business.

Had appointments at 10:20 to check for a unusual noice in the fronted, two hours after my appointment I ask the service rep to check on the status of the the vehicle, he informed me it was being checked, over an hour later, after eating for over 3 hours I informed the service rep to get my vehicle that I wasn’t waiting any longer the rep brought my vehicle and I asked if anyone had looked at the vehicle he replied it had not been seen and the the technician had gone to lunch, very unsatisfied with your service department. If you have an appointment system then you would expect to been seen at that time, and not let a customer sit around for over 3 hours and not tell the customer anything

Inquired about purchasing 6 tires and alignment services through dealership.Price quote for tires and alignment was a good price for truck. They needed a few days to get tires from warehouse so appointment was scheduled for a 3 hour job.Arrived early for appointment at 0730hrs scheduled for 0800hrs, and turned over keys to service advisor that sold me the quote.At noon after 4.5 hrs was informed they were just finishing installing the tires and they did not have an alignment rack to do the Chevrolet truck and wanted to take truck to Nissan dealership with an unknown return time. Guess they forgot about the three hours quoted to do the work.This experience reminds me of a bait and switch. Promise one thing to get the sale but doesn’t deliver the product/service.The staff could have been honest and upfront before selling the job that they would have to sub it out. Could have rented a car, could have told employer needed the whole day off, would have rescheduled business meetings.Because of the lie, the good price on tires they quoted really didn’t work out. 5 hours at dealership versus 3, and now have to take more time off to find a shop that can complete what they couldn’t do. Was later returning to work than expected.Verify they can actually do the work is all I can say. Took their word and they didn’t follow through. Costing me more money, interrupting today’s schedule and now another day to get truck truly fixed.Sad experience that has turned me away.What’s even more sad is the young salesman that showed me the Denali 3/4ton diesel for $86,000.00 won’t get a sale because I refuse to do business with folks who lie.

Waited 2 hours to find out the wrong window rain guards were order. Gave them vin number and got an appointment. Gave me the wrong truck keys when i left. Wrong mileage was keyed in and out. Had to reschedule again. Got an appointment waited another 2 1/2 hours for truck. 3 service guys at counter. How about hiring more service tech.

I called a week ago to schedule an appointment to get my oil changed because in Missouri they was booked up 2 weeks in advance. They said I did not need an appointment. I dropped my truck off at 10 o’clock and 5.5-6 hrs still had not touched my truck I told them that’s why I wanted to make an appointment a week ago and they said gm would not allow them to make oil change appointments so I got my keys and left and I will not be going back to that dealership and I have owned 4 gm trucks in the last 9 yrs and this will be the last one I own. They told me that somebody had called in sick this morning after I confronted them on how long it taking after 3 hrs of telling me I was the next in line. There was such poor customer service I am no longer considering the gmc 2500 purchase this fall

I went for an oil change and tire rotation, got there and the tech said it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hours to get it done, I wish they would accept appointments, which would make it more convenient for the customers. They ended up getting it done in an hour and a half, which was greatly appreciated. I thought it was a lil pricey at $85, but I didnt realize that the Acadias require synthetic oil, so I guess thats the norm. The tech I dealt with was very nice and professional. So I guess my only complaint would be no appointments.

We had a wonderful experience at Robert Woodall Chevrolet Buick GMC. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I am actually from out of town and had found the vehicle on their website. I sent the dealership a message and was quickly responded to. I was able to handle the majority of the paperwork online. Trampas, the Sale Manager, was also quick to respond to any of my questions or provide me with any information that I needed. When I arrived at the dealership I was promptly greeted by Trampas and Hunter, Salesman. They were extremely friendly and awesome to deal with. Hunter was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We were allowed as much time as we wanted to look at the vehicle and drive it. When we got back to the dealership we were offered water and were quickly able to go to finance (where all the paperwork had already been completed). Then Hunter went through the vehicle very thoroughly and helped me get my phone and OnStar setup. I have bought a lot of cars and this was definitely one of the best experiences that I have ever had. I would absolutely buy again from Robert Woodall Chevrolet Buick GMC.

My vehicle was not fixed. I had taken it to get my wifi fixed and 4 recalls. I was told the 4 recalls were taken care off but they couldn’t fix my wifi. I never received not once a updated call. I had to call to see what was going on with my vehicle and every time I called the person in charge of the vehicle kept telling me he will give me a call back but he never did the 3 times. They so call Gad to change my radio but that didn’t fixed my wifi. They said it was a Chevrolet system now and they did all they could. Once Chevrolet resets the system they will call me back to take it back to fix. After a week still didn’t receive a call back. I call twice and the person never answered my calls. I finally just took it to Eden and they fixed everything in 2 days. To my surprise they fixed the 4 recalls Woodall supposedly took care of. I was told if they did do it, they didn’t put it in the system. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Worst experience ever!! Bad customer service and communication.

I took my car in for service having no clue what needed to actually be done for maintenance at that mileage point but knew it needed a check up. The person in the service department was knowledgeable and very nice. Happy to say that they did not take advantage of me seeing as how I didnt actually know what needed to be done to keep my warranty in place. This will be the place for me to take my car for repairs and maintenance.

I had an appointment at 9 am 03/03/21 got there before 9. They took my truck and told me it will take about 2 or 3 hrs to run all the reports.3 hrs went by (heard nothing) I went to the desk to check on it. He came back and told me they havent even started on it. Could be tomorrow before they can get to it. They let me sit for 3 hrs and told me nothing and done nothing....service manager has not called me back. Left my number 2 times.

My recent experience with this place has me giving them 3 stars. My appointment was Monday 4/26/21 @10:30 regarding an alert for the Malibu emissions system. Ive been getting the run around from them since yesterday and I still have no car. The serviceman Austin says, one thing via and in person gives another story. The experience overall was a great one working with Johnnie made things a lot better. We originally came looking for a 2014 or really anything that we could get and Johnnie surprised us beyond belief after we weren’t approved for the 2014 he explained to us the process and in that we were able to get into a 2020 GMC Acadia. The biggest thing I was impressed with what his ability and willingness to explain how the approval process works. A very refreshing experience that had me talking to friends and family about the experience and recommended that if they were in the need or looking for a new vehicle that Woodall could help and to ask for Johnnie!

Went in to have hard shifting transmission fixed. Appointment was at 10:30 but they called and said I could come in at 08:00. They took my vehicle in right away and completed the service bulletin work in a reasonable time. Problem with transmission is still there but not as bad.

I’ve had my GMC DENALI in for check engine light on 3 times in the last 6 months. The last time I waited about 5 hours to be told that some wiring to the module sending false signals to the ECM. I had to drop it off three days later for repairs. If I hadn’t bought the extended warranty it would’ve cost me over $600.00. I also called in and requested that my oil changed and tire rotation while it was there for repairs. When I was called that my vehicle was ready I arrived and hour later to pickup it up and had to wait another hour and a half because the oil change nor tire rotation had been done.

Everyone was very helpful from the time I walked in the door. I was there to get my oil changed and tires rotated, but had forgotten that I needed to have a transmission service. Eventhough I did not have an appointment for that, they knew that I lived about an hour away, so they worked it out to get that service done for me. I was very appreciative of them working it out so that I didnt have to make another trip!

On February 13, 2020 my Cadillac was totaled. I knew that I NEEDED another Cadillac. After dealing with overwhelming insurance situations I felt I was lost. When speaking to Dean via phone he made sure to answer all my questions. Something I will never forget he said was I want this experience to incredible for you, which he did. Being in the Roanoke area and driving over to Danville I knew I was being taken care of. When I arrived to Danville, Steve took me out to test drive my now car. Honestly the entire time I was driving and feeling the car, he made me feel like at home. Steve also made sure all of my questions were answered and made sure I knew how my now car operates since of course I had no idea how to work some things. LOL.The warmth and caring environment this team bring is honestly amazing. Thank you for answering all my questions and making sure I was well taken care of. Came in for a tire rotation and oil change. Why it takes 2 1/2 hours after my appointment time to do simple service is a problem when a customer makes an appointment and arrives early. The service Intake portion takes to long and with some small changes could be stream lined so the customer would not have to wait so long.

Some of the slowest service of any dealer I have used in my many years of having vehicles serviced. It is like everyone is in slow motion. Three hours for an oil change with an appointment is a little excessive. Dealer is FULL of employees milling around and playing on their phones. When you look out into the shop what appear to be mechanics are standing around talking to each other. Customer service is dead!!

Our Denali needed recalls taken care of and ANGELA RAYNOR was super patient with us getting it in. The entire team is very professional. We bought a car from this place. When the windshield wipers broke during a heavy downpour, they were able to work us in that day. It turns out that the wipers were on recall for going Al wipers no wiping during transition from low to high speed. The waiting room is also nice and clean.

I didnt get my car titled when I bought it. Parked it for 3 months. When I tried to get it done, the local DMVs were backlogged for 3-4 months! It has to be done by a FULL SERVICE DMV. Ended up-Robert Woodall was able to title and tag it at their office!! Didnt have to wait for any appointment. Ask questions when youre deciding to do something that is not normal!!

I had an appointment for a state inspection for 1:00. I got there early and they took it in at 1230 and at 2 pm it was still out in the lot to be looked at. I left without service being completed because my time is just as valuable as everyone else and I had things to do that I could not just keep waiting. I was not expecting to be there that long when I had made an appointment and it was just for the inspection, not to be worked on. Im not even sure when it would have been taken in for the inspection. I was not pleased and will not be getting another inspection done here.
