Kelly Brown is rude, overbearing, uncooperative and bullies the customer and her employees. Avoid doing business with them. Your money is better spent elsewhere. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Rude and unprofessional, asked about few parts said they dont carry them and never did in there 25 years in business, Purchased $25 in parts charged my card $125, called them and they sold me engine frame bracket for $79 that anyone can buy from Summit for $39 that I said I did not want at the point of sale, arguing with me that I orderd them and then told me they dont need my business, Im sure the dont, In Danville Va. Im sure they have the nicest dubble wide.
