We took our Kubota block head into the shop on 10/23/20. It was returned to us on 10/28/20, with absolutely no mention that the owner, Charles, broke a fuel rail. Charles readily admitted that he broke the fuel rail when we called him on 10/29/20 and in fact blamed it on us stating, Im not responsible for parts left on the head that I break. Not only did he not mention that there were parts on the head when I brought it in, but he did not mention parts should be off the head, and there were no signs posted in his shop to this effect. My foreman says he has taken the fuel rail off multiple times and it is virtually impossible to break; it was dead-center and slides right off. Apparently Charles does not comprehend that BOLTS HAVE TO COME OFF before removal. There are other machine shops in Danville. If you need someone with finesse and do not want your machinery mauled, RUN, RUN, RUN AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!
