These guys are terrible. After several trips here they have been 0 help whatsoever. Gf brought a car in to have it fixed it died on the lot service rep said βwe canβt fix itβ i looked at it it was just a bad fuel injectorβ¦ if they canβt replace a top mount fuel injector I donβt want them to work on anything I have. Not to mention parts rarely knows what youβre talking even with pictures and to top it off collision is rude as hell. Walked in asking a simple question about paint only to not Be not looked at and told to go elsewhere in a rude manner. What a joke β¦.

Went in for a oil change tire rotation, and a service recall from Ford. My first time ever there, found everything as should be. Friendly, helpful they kept my appointment, and was done within a reasonable time.

We sent r truck in to get fixed and they didnt fix it right all the way an sent it out still not fully fixed n then we go back to have them refix it they said we have to pay for it when it was there mess up for letting it go half fixed n there fault n there mess up pretty upset customer here.
We have a 2016 Ford diesel truck that has been out of commission for 2 1/2 months. They say there are no parts available and no loner trucks. So all we can do is wait. I would never by another Ford.

Buyer Beware! Bait and Switch! My husband and I purchased a van from this dealership and he was promised via email his military discount. He is a retired veteran. Once there all of a sudden he had to qualify for the discount instead of being a given as the salesman stated. The qualifying app looped round and round and we never got the discount which was a deciding factor on us purchasing the vehicle from this dealership. We have written to the CEO of Ford, along with reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission for bad practices. Veterans beware! They do not honor your service!

It was a pleasure working with Ben as we looked at, and then purchased, a new F-150 Super Cab. He was straight forward and up front about everything. There was no haggling over the price. Ben showed us the deal he could give us, what all of the rebates were, and what they could give me for my trade-in. I never once felt like I was dealing with a car salesman.
Do not honor military discounts. Do not shop here. They offered me a military discount as I am a retired veteran. They then asked me to qualify for it, although I have my DD214, they did not honor it. Shop elsewhere if you are a vet
Ben Johnson (sales manager) was courteous and professional. He stayed after hours to help me. This review couldve been 5 stars but when I arrived after driving over 4 hours to get the vehicle there was previously undisclosed damage (minor) to the vehicle. The dealership stated that they hadnt realized the damage was there. While I tended to believe them I asked if they could make a small concession of $100 off the price of the vehicle. Ben said he took it to his boss and they refused to take anything off the price. Ive since had Dent Wizard attempt to fix it and it was only $120 but they were not able to fully get the dent out of the vehicle. So I essentially have invested an extra $120 in the vehicle and still have a front fender with some damage. I felt that Stuart Powell Ford knew I had driven over 4 hours to pick up the vehicle and knew that I wouldnt want a wasted trip of 8 hours so they were unwilling to help me. Prior to picking up the vehicle I has asked them to go over the vehicle thoroughly before I drove the long distance. They had pointed out to me another small mark on the front end but missed the dent on the fender and didnt want to make any concessions for their oversight. Had I not driven so far I wouldnt have purchased the vehicle. I feel they took advantage of my situation.

Two nights later brought the paperwork home and in an hour I had traded my Highlander and got to drive home my lovely CPO 2016 Mazda CX-5 with a nice remaining warranty! Extremely difficult to work with. Tried to buy a car from out of state during COVID-19 and they told me I could sign all the paperwork have it notarized and mailed back. Financing was in place ready to have the vehicle shipped then they said I had to sign in person then theyβd ship it. So they wanted me to hop on a 4 hour flight each way and then pay to have it shipped. Extra $1500 expense to fly and ship the car, and a risk to my health. No thanks Stuart Powell...
After 41 years on earth I had my first pleasant car buying experience! I contacted the lot on there website and had a few specific requests. I was contacted promptly and my requests were respected. The car we inquired about was out of my budget but Ben made some suggestions and sent me all the information on another car. No information was hidden from us. I asked that they give me there best price when we went to test drive (I hate the back and forth) the price was better than I expected. We test drove the car and 20 minutes later drove it home. Very easy car buying experience! Ben even stayed late to meet our busy schedule. I really appreciate Ben and the Stuart Powell team for making our experience a great one!

Was on my way from Michigan to Florida and when we woke up my abs light was on took it to this dealership and was very helpful!The man Gary I believe his name was was very helpful he tested the truck and was very fast about helping us. He let us know we would be able to make it to Florida but it would be best if we took it in when we got there. Everyone in fact was very nice and was willing to help even though there was no sale involved in the diagnostics.If I lived there I would recommend them 100% best part they service all makes and models not just FORDS!Thanks guys!

They were very unhelpful and rude. It broke down, and I purchased the part from their parts department. I have a bumper to bumper warranty on my car, which I explained before purchasing the part. After receiving the part, I realized it wasnt an easy fix. I contacted the dealership again, and was told it would be three weeks before they could look at my car. I then inquired about a rental, and they said they would have to put me on a waiting list which already had fifty people on it. I went to Jack Kain Ford, and they reimbursed me for the part which was covered under my warranty, and gave me a courtesy vehicle. They were all very friendly.

Me and my wife went here just recently to purchase a vehicle. I have never in all my years had an experience like this one. The sales person, Roger Keck, was an absolutely wonderful person to not only work a deal wife but to simply talk to. At no point ever did we feel pressured to buy anything and poor Roger stood out in the cold with us while my wife and I went back and forth trying decide on which used truck we wanted. But at no point did we feel rushed or pushed towards getting one or the other. Even the upsell at the end of the purchase which we all know is coming (extended warranties, paint protection, so on and so on) felt like more of a hey you might like this and less of a you need to get this or your car will fall apart. This will be the only dealership I do business with from here forward. Thank you so much to everyone there for the wonderful time we had buying our new truck. And if you want a new car and none of the hassle and aggravation that comes with it this is the place.
