Little fast with giving details but overall I got what I needed. Lets see how the install goes.Okay weeks later!! Install was awful!!! I had to return next day due to back up camera not being plugged up. Then I complained that my console wasnt right. The sides were not connected to the dash. I called again 2 weeks later, manager gave me the email address to send these pictures, I did. No response. I ended up having to go to Bryants Radio in Collinsville, Va to get it right. Bad experience and no communication to correct it.

I was able to change my stars from 1 to 4. The only get a one because I had to mark something. radio has been in my vehicle for a month one problem after another. Every time I take it back to fix one problem something else goes wrong. Claim owner is going to reach out to me and has not. I’m big on big costumer service. This service is not good at all. To much money to receive this kind of service.The owner reached out to me. He went over and beyond to fix the problem. So far everything is working. Thank you

Not very good service, took over 3 months to replace my speakers. 7-1-2020. I would like to apologize to the owner of Sounds Unlimited and my man Melvin. I took the actions of one individual to review the whole establishment. I have done business with SU many times over the years and has always been satisfied. I took the attitude of one individual and let it affect my feelings overall. They are currently working to get my system up to par and it is greatly appreciated. My conversation with Melvin did help to exemplify the good customer service that is required to make a relationship with your customers. Thanks Melvin.

This place is terrible. I went there twice, both times I waited thirty minutes longer than I should have, both times they ignored me like I wasnt there and just talked amongst themselves. I went in first to make an appointment to have my door speaker checked because I thought it was blown, the guy told me it wasnt it was just loose or the top needed to be shaved, I was charged $40 and they said thats all Id have to pay for them to do the whole job, I even asked twice and they said so again. Today, we go, we get there early, the large bearded white man on the front counter just stands around doing nothing, doesnt tell them were there, 4:30 rolls around and someone ELSE has already been served, finally we go and talk to them and ask what the deal is and they respond we told them you werent here, they’ve already left!!! They finally take it back, barely have it in the back any time at all, bring it back and say the speakers blown, you can buy two whole new ones and itll be $70 on top of that price to put them in. It goes from $40 to several hundred! Then they tried to say itd been blown since I was there last, but it hasnt been driven at all since there except to bring it back. It was very obvious that they didnt really do anything but take my door off because they closed in 15 minutes and didnt want to be there later, and then they didnt even put my door back on properly, we had to do it ourselves!! I will never give this place my business again, theyre extremely unprofessional, they dont care about their customers, and they basically stole my money for nothing! I want my money back!

I visited Sounds Unlimited to purchase some high quality component speakers to round out my stereo system in my vehicle.Can you find similar, if not, identical units cheaper in other locations, most definitely you can, however, staff at these other places arent nearly as knowledgeable as the staff at Sounds.Not to mention, you will not find the higher end merchandise at any of these discount stores. In my opinion, thats the most important thing that S.U. has going for it. Also installation of sound equipment is top notch and not an option at other stores around here anyway.

The system installed in my truck was great sounding it really kicks. My 2012 Nissan Titan crew cab has great movie watching ability Now video sound Clarity satellite radio is excellent. I will return and tell others about my experience. They treat you like family.

Had a great experience with the company. Things did take a little while, but that was partially my fault. The previous owner of my car had completely screwed the wiring harness in the car. But they took the time to complete rewire the car. The system sounds and looks great. Thanks guys.

Visited Sounds Unlimited store to repair a minor problem that a local competitor installed. I was unhappy with the competitors customer service that I received shortly after installation, therefore I did not want them servicing my vehicle anymore even with warranty intact. Tony Davis listened to my problem and repaired my problem quickly. When it was all said and done, because the problem did not take long to solve or require any extra installation, they did not charge me for this service!!! Everyone in the store was courteous and friendly. I will definitely be giving all my future service needs to Sounds Unlimited. A+ dealer!!!

I got to my appointment one hour early and they took me in after waiting three hours I went to the desk and guys there said the guy who took care of me left and said I left and was coming back before closing which I never said l told him I would wait in TV room because of the weather.csr was finished good thing I didnt die back there.this is my second car not bringing my outher car there.very unhappy customer.

Described what I was looking for, the best 6x8 speakers for my 04 F150 Crew Cab Lariat. I was sold 2 sets of rockford 6x8 speakers for $170 (just 4 little door speakers), upon testing them in my truck I found absolute 0 difference between these and my stock speakers. Infact the stock sounded a little better! I started some googling and found that these were rockfords basic R1 speakers. And that I over paid twice of what they are really worth! So I decided I would try to get my money back! Packaged the speakers back up exactly as they came out the box, couldnt even tell the box was opened! They said they do not take returns UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! AND They played the blame game on my head unit! So I am now left with useless brand new overpriced door speakers that no one wants for even half of what I paid for them! Total loss. Things like this is why I never refer friends to this place (even had one that went their before my bad experience and they fudged up the truck of his car, alot of un-need holes drilled in the trunk of his car when installed subs which is why I figured I would install these door speakers myself. But thats his story to fully tell not mine)
