Theyre selling a startyourdealership.com to learn how to flip cars. COMPLETE SCAM. Promised 40+ hrs of training, there was less than 4. The hidden loophole to selling more cars in your state was selling something other than cars (ROFL) or selling under a family/friends name (and presumably making them pay taxes on the money made). ZERO detailing tutorials like promised. No PDFs or checklists like promised.Sent a nice letter telling them I liked their Youtube channel but thought this product was misleading and wanted my money back. Stated the above reasons. Waited a couple days...no response. Checked the site. They had completely revamped the site to remove all the promises. Well too bad for you...I took screenshots before I sent the email because I figured sleezy used car salesman might do something...sleezy. Happy to say Craig did not disappoint! (See pictures)If you look on his Youtube channel, there are tons of kids in the comments that wanted to save and borrow money to buy his program...he steals from kids. Not just money, but more importantly, he steals their hope. Their hope for a better life. Who steals money from poor people during a pandemic??? Craig does...with a smile on his face.Im in my mid-30s, own a successful consulting business, and am about to have my first child. I bought the program because I was looking for a new hobby and if it could turn a profit then that would be a bonus. For me, the loss is not devastating at all. I wrote this review in the hopes that I could spare some from making the same mistake.DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THIS MAN SELLS.
Great place to buy a vehicle. I recently purchased a Ford Expedition here and it is a real nice vehicle. The selection is good here and the prices are really fair. German was great for the first test drive and super nice. No pressure sales here just easy to deal with. Craig finalized the paperwork and it was quick and easy. Id absolutely buy another vehicle from here in the future.
I bought a 2012 dodge ram for my business and a 2014 Ford explorer for my wife and kids, both the truck and explore have been the best vehicles we have ever owned. The attention to detail here is second to none ! If you need a dependable trust worthy used car dealer look no further you have found him !
I followed Craig’s YouTube channel more than 3 years ago. I think I watched every video Craig posted since I started following him. Backhome in Egypt I used to work in my family owned dealership and from my experience with the cars and car business in general I think that Craig is an awesome businessman and he really does his best to be fair and honest with his clients. You can see from his videos that he’s talking honestly about all the pros and cons of buying/selling all the different cars and giving all the tricks and tips that he uses publicly and for free. If he’s not an honest person or lying I think he wouldn’t talk about all the aspects of his business publicly on YouTube and telling people how to be smart buyers.Anyway, Craig you’re an awesome person and keep it up 👍. You encouraged me to start building my car dealership here in the States. One day I will drive from MD to NH just to meet with you or maybe do business with you. I wish you the best!
Craig, German, and Sarah were easy to deal with and very straight forward. They went out of their way for me and I’m very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend them
Dont know why people talk trash about this place. The owner is very knowledgeable of vehicles and runs a successful YouTube channel about his process and how to be a smart buyer and even how to fix common problems. This business is 5 stars for sure.
If you do not want to be treated with respect and get great service in all ways a small dealership has to offer than dont go there .craig goes over and above to be sure the right thing is being done for his customers . Beware of most other small dealers that just simply do not care .
About 3 months ago i bought a lovely jeep very happy with my purchase would recommend him
Craig is an awesome guy! Bought a Jeep Wrangler great condition over a year ago and still working as will as the day I drove it off the lot.
I was looking at the YouTube channel the other day. Very cool guy, tells it as it is. I run an independent dealer myself and I’ve learned a few things by listening to your channel.Keep up the good work!
I can’t believe there are positive reviews, must be friends I guess. This is the most dishonest used car dealer I’ve ever had to deal with. Refusing to return my deposit for a vehicle I did not buy and is lying, saying I did not leave a deposit but that I hired him to make repairs to my car. Totally untrue, I was told they were making the repairs to make the vehicle ready for sale. Every other car dealer I’ve talked to says NH does not allow deposits to be non-refundable, but since he’s lying and saying it wasn’t a deposit he thinks he’ll get away with it. I’ve reported this to the AGs office of consumer protection and the BBB is next. I will get my deposit back.
Great owner to do business with. Sold couple of my vehicles there instead of trading it to the car dealers. Highly recommend this place either you are selling or buying.
Best in the game. Great prices and service.
Super nice guy honest and has the most informative channel on YouTube. He’s personally motivated me to change my career.
Craig is one of the YouTubers I follow. With a lot of information enclosed, his videos are always informative not only on knowledge on cars but showing how is it like to be a car dealer. Which is generous.I like the way how he combines his car selling experiences and make them in to episodes of broadcasts. Although car dealers hold a bad reputation on the market, what I saw through his videos are hard working and a friendly community. I will recommend you to do business with them if possible. 👍
Amazing car, amazing team. Very nice people would buy from them again.
Great customer service and they are upfront no pressure or nothing best used car dealer in town!
Purchased a 2010 gmc Denali. Flying wheels was helpful and pleasant. Even helped after the sale
Got a fun new(used) car from Craig last week. He was great to work with! He was straightforward, thorough and fair. Couldnt ask for more as we worked together to accomplish our goals. Thanks Craig!!
He is super informative and honest !! Been following him for a while but never been able to do buissnes with! But what he shows on YouTube is honesty !!
Great place to purchase a quality car. Especially a Jeep Wrangler.
Seemed like an honest guy. Truck is as expected. Id purchase from here again.
I don’t recommend it after Craig does burnouts and beats on the motor of all the cars I don’t want to buy something that’s been treated badly. Sorry
Best used car dealer in town! Ive always had good experiences there.
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I purchased a 2011 Yukon XL in October of 2020. I was assured there was a new gas tank and transmission lines and fluid were installed. I had driven the car less than 500 miles, one day with the whole family in the car the gas tank started leaking profusly thank god we got home but our family coulda been killed. As of now the car will not shift out of first and the transmission fluid was like tar. I did purchase the one year extended warranty but it is an act of congress to get anything done. When i reached out to the dealership they offer no solution and were rude about it. BUYER BEWARE
Best used car dealer out there, respects his customers and even helps them out more than other used car dealers. Keep it up!
Great cars, awesome service, and fantastic warranty deal!
Great guy. Trust worthy
This guy is a joke!! Save your money and go somewhere else.. he will make excuse after excuse..
Hassle free and upfront...you know what your getting when you buy used from Flying Wheels...
Craig was very accommodating and easy going. He answered all of my questions and pointed out the good and the bad of the car. At the end of the day I decided not to buy the car but that was my personal decision. I told him what I was looking for and hope we can do business in the future.
Superb dealership, very patient and just for the transparency and patience, i would buy here
Sent multiple emails about a car they have for sale and no one ever got back to me. Too lazy I suppose, would definitely make me question the quality of work out into their cars if they cant even handle a simple email response.
The owner Craig Stowell is not responsible, rude and very unprofessional business person. He will also lie to justify his behavior. He hired me to transport a motorcycle from California to NH and when I was there he would not provide me with a contact number and name for the pick up. His excuse was that he was at the funeral and sorry a person has died. What are the chances of someone being at funeral on the very day you are trying to contact them? So basically he will use every excuse in the book to justify his mistakes. For that reason you should not trust him. Just read all the reviews folks and you will get a clear picture of Craig. TYPICAL CROOKED USED CAR SALESMAN!!!
Never been there but his YouTube channel is great 👍👍
Craig....An impressive salesman.....Saw one of his videos and was very impressed with his style....
Craig and his crew at Flying Wheels are very accommodating whenever I have needed an appointment, which is very important to me. He is honest and fair, with very reasonable pricing for a local automotive shop. He makes sure to give each of his cars a very thorough inspection and his many years of experience in the business are obvious. I would highly recommend Craig for all of your automotive needs, without reservation or hesitation. A++ service!
Great place to buy an affordable vehicle, Craig the owner goes out of his way to make sure you leave a happy customer.
Great place, Owner is honest and straight forward, a lot of people come with the feeling and expectation with a low budget expecting something brand new, I did my homework and everything and I got a great deal, thank you a lot
Craig, thank you for you YouTube videos. They help me a lot in my moves. I am a dealer too. Thanks man!!! 5 stars to you and your way to do business.
Very positive experience! Purchased a 2007 Yukon. Craig was helpful through the entire process and answered all our questions. Nick was also a big help. Easy to do business with them. They are not pushy and work hard to satisfy their customers. Highly recommended!
Bought a 2012 ford focus from this dealer ensuring me that it had just been inspected and was in working order. About 50 miles off the lot the check engine light came on. I brought it back to the shop and was told that it was an O2 sensor that needed to be replaced and that they would replace it at no charge. When i brought the car in for them to replace the O2 sensor, his employees didnt know what i was talking about because the car wasnt throwing a code for an O2 sensor. I asked what the error code the car was throwing and they refused to tell me. Apon hearing from a close family friend about how the owner operates his business, i took my car to somebody that would scan it and give me the actual error code. Turns out the car needed a new catalytic converter. The owner had repeatedly lied to me and wasted my time and money with the car. Will never do business here and encourage others to do the same.
Excellent job and quick. Highlight recommend !
Craig and his team have been repairing, detailing, and advising me on all my family cars / trucks for a few years now. As a local customer in a quiet town with few nearby resources, I appreciate his old school neighborly approach to customer satisfaction, little things like honest opinions, offering rides home while repairs are happening, go a long way. His master detail guy German, is a meticulous auto detail enthusiast, and his mechanic John is knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommended!
Excellent to work with!! I bought a BMW Z3 roadster from Craig @ Flying Wheels SIGHT UNSEEN. I bought it online by only seeing pictures and speaking to him on the phone. He was very descriptive and detailed. I was very nervous buying something online without seeing it, and sending money to a stranger in hopes that the car will arrive as it was described. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease the whole time. he helped with the arrangements of shipping too. When the car arrived it was even better than expected. My wife and I enjoy cruising with the top down. I would highly recommend both Craig and Flying Wheels! We love our new (pre-owned) BMW convertible and happy we made the decision to purchase it! Thank you!!!!
Great place to take your vehicle for repairs, trust worthy Mechanics and low prices for repairs. Good vehicles to buy and all inspected and repaired before they are sold !
I was a couple months late getting my inspection sticker. This was my 6th stop. All the places before them said they were to busy or that I would have to make an appointment and drop it off. Flying wheels got me straight in and out in 20mins. Great service and the employees were awsome!
Had a car shipped from this lot. Exactly as described. Highly recommend A++. People need to do the research on makes and models that they are looking at before actually purchasing. You cant expect a 10 or 15 year old car to be in showroom condition, especially when it is priced below market value. Stop blaming other people because you didnt do your due diligence.
Sold him my old car. He was fair. Didn’t beat me up too bad at all and made the process easy.I will for sure go back.
Flying Wheels is a small helpful honest 1 on 1 business. It is not your typical car dealership. There were no tricks, tactics, bate and switch or gimmicks. The owner was very straight forward and up front with me. I bought a Toyota Sienna that has been great for me and my kids. The owner is very accommodating and willing to meet after hours and he really goes the extra mile! Thank you
New to the area and needed my inspection sticker. Met John and Jeremy, both excellent customer service which is so rare these days. Knowledgeable, quick and down to earth. Ill be back thanks fellas!
Craig I wanted to thank you for all of your great information about being in the cars business you provide on your utube channel.Im just now getting into the business in Arizona. You have given me great insight. I hope to have a car business like yours built on honesty. Its nice to know an honest guy can still make it .Its not the cold weather I have to worry about. Its months like August when its 118 degrees. Thanks again Don Hammond
I will start out by saying Craig at Flying Wheels does go over and beyond when selling his cars. This may be long but worth the read. Taken me about a month now since I bought a car from Craig at Flying Wheels to write a review. There is definitely no pressure to buy a vehicle, if you have questions ask they will answer them to the best of there knowledge. I am not a friend or a relative writing this I am just a customer. Did alot of reading of past reviews and research, some good some not so good but this is excepted from anywhere, not everyone is happy as much as we would like people to be in a perfect world, but we all know this is not a perfect world. When I came to look at the car it looked great, was nicely cleaned, smelled good on the inside and had a nice shine to it. So I decided to take the car out for a test drive, well noticed some things that were wrong, sounds coming from places that spelled trouble, meaning money will need to be put into the car right away I started to second guess buying the car considering its used I understand nothing is perfect and I didnt want to spend alot of money in repairs so I brought this to Craigs attention. Craig said I will check it out and get back to you, couple of days later I get a call from Craig saying car is all set.Well lets put it this way Craig went over and beyond what someone would do selling a used car with no warranty. I was very impressed with how he handled the situation to make a customer happy. Picked up the car drove it home only to find out there was some more problems. I called Craig let him know what was going on, he did state to me the car is as is no warranty but bring it back I will check it out again. Few more days past, I get a call again he says come get the car, I asked what was wrong with the car he told me and said its all set I took care of it for you out of my own pocket. Right there I was like wow thank you so much, Craig said no problem I just want you to be happy and be able to come back in the future and buy with confidence if you need another vehicle for friends or family. With all this said I give alot of respect to Craig for definitely going over and beyond for his customers. He does try to do right and make his customers happy. This is how you should do business even though he didnt have to he still did. Thank you Craig for everything you have done for me I really appreciate it and I will be more then happy to send people I know to you.For anyone looking to buy a used vehicle this is the place to go, just remember you are buying a used vehicle not a new one so there might and might not be problems with one its a chance you take with a used vehicle.
I was very satisfied with the owner and employees very nice people they do great work
Excellent.
I purchased a2004 Saab convertible on5/8/17 ..very satisfied with their help and attention Craig and his crew gave to me...got a great one owner car and a great experience buying it...they made sure I was totally happy with the car before I drove away...awesome thanks for everything...all the crew at flying wheels.Craigs a real professional at his business....John..K Factor...
Love your You Tube videos, Craig. If I ever get to NH Ill check out your inventory. Good honest used car dealers are hard to find, like the same in mechanics.
Recently bought a beautiful Audi v8 Quattro from Flying Wheels, and I love it! When I went to look at the car Craig and Nick were very informative and never made me feel pressured into buying anything, and they answered all my questions. The car was in great shape and the one part it needed (tie rod end) they included with the car. A couple days after I bought it my brother put the part in and I got it inspected with no problem. Just drove to Marthas Vineyard and back for thanksgiving and it was like driving a new car :) Would happily do business with them again!
Great deal thanks
The dream of someday owning a super car became realistic when I found Flying Wheels. With full knowledge of the history and specifications of the Dodge Viper and Cobra I walked out with a huge smile on my face after being able to sit, stare and ride in these amazing cars. Knowing I was not a potential buyer at this point in time, he still gave me the time to answer all my questions and that means a lot. When the time is right for me to pull the trigger, Flying Wheels is who I will surely go to. Customer service when purchasing a vehicle is my biggest concern and Flying Wheels went above and beyond. Great company with great people.
Great experience. Nice guys and they do good work. Will be back for the state inspection next year and hopefully many more to come.
Craig is awesome guy and honest car dealer!
Went to this dealer to look at an old Saab. Car seemed in good condition, only a few minor issues, and nearly balding rear tires. Asked for a Carfax and I was told they didnt have one, after contemplating buying the car I decided to walk because the price was too high compared to others I had seen. Lo and behold I go home and Autocheck the car myself to find out there were a variety of issues, scoring well below average on the Autocheck score. However, I dont believe that I was purposely mislead and some of the other cars on the lot seemed fine. Just be sure to do YOUR own research before coming here, its kind of ironic because the reason I decided to come here first was because of the great reviews I had seen online.
Great service! Personable and timely. Everything you want in an honest mechanic.
They took $3500 cash for a car they said was in great condition. It was for my daughter to get back and forth to college. She test drove the car and everything seemed ok. Found out this car was so dangerous to drive she could have lost steering in the test drive. Needs $10k in repairs to be driveable. Tried to tow it back to them the day after it was sold. Wouldn’t accept it and threatened my daughter. BEWARE this guy doesn’t care about your safety or anyone else on the road.First of all, he wasn’t there. I didn’t sign anything they waited and stalled until I had to leave for the airport and then gave my daughter (first car she bought) documentation that was incorrect. She was in and out of the office 4-5 times for corrections and was super confused. I did say I would make this man’s life a living hell, which wasn’t Christian of me. I will post the ad for this car so it is not a he said/she said. YOU be the judge
Don’t waste your time and money! Unfortunately I learned this the hard way... I wish someone would have warned me beforehand. I bought a Jeep Liberty that I was told was running perfectly; within weeks of buying it I needed to buy a new master switch, a new alternator, a new AC (for $400), four new tires (the ones on the car all had dry rot) and a new radiator. They put the tires on incorrectly so I got a flat the following day (the tire deflated) and a stud broke off of another tire. I brought my Jeep to a different shop and had to leave it there for days so that they could fix what flying wheels did wrong (the owner of the shop told me this personally). The other day the AC didn’t work again, even after I paid flying wheels to fix it- and I told the owner but got no response. Now my car is in the shop (again) and apparently I might need a new transmission. When I tried speaking to Craig about how frustrated I was about all of this he said, “you bought the car as is with no warranty”. This is the first bad review I’ve ever left in my life, but I would hate for someone else to go through what I’ve gone through. At least the guy named German who works there is very nice.
Friendly, professional, conveniently located garage offering honest affordable repairs, vehicle inspection, and preowned cars and trucks.
I have never been so impressed with a used car dealer! I was inquiring about a vehicle that had a great price compared to other similar vehicles! Craig was great! He was knowledgeable and friendly...offered us a great value for our trade. Unfortunately I wasnt able to purchase the vehicle I inquired about. My bank screwed me out of that! Before me pre approval.... Someone purchased that one. Craig kept me up to date on the deposit placed on the vehicle in question... And let me know when it was sold! Real heartbreaking experience! The next day, I get a call from him telling me he was shopping for more vehicles... And wanted to know if I was interested in a few that he was looking for with me in mind. If I wasnt already super impressed with this man...he totally blew my mind with this phone call! I would recommend this business for truly caring about your happiness! Wonderful experience! I have nothing but respect for the way I was treated. No pressure whatsoever! If they dont have the car your looking for! They will probably find you one at a great price. Thank you Craig for your time, and constant consideration!
Flying wheels is an awesome place to get your cars or have them worked on. They take their time to check everything so you can have a safe car to drive
Craig and his team do repairs on our vehicles. Local, convenient and dependable.
Cool guy, Im a fan of the YouTube channel.
I purchased a 2003 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 about two years ago from Flyin Wheels. The car was and still is everything that I had hoped for. It runs and drives great and I have not had a single problem with it. In fact, I was and still am so happy with the car that I went back and recently purchased a 1990 Corvette ZR1 from Flyin Wheels as well. I would highly recommend them!
I bought a car from them they where great craig really knows his stuff I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new car I had service done and everyone there is so nice and super helpful they are quick and know what they are doing!
I had a good experience with Craig. We ran into some issues with the repairs which were unforeseen for both of us, and Craig handled the situation in a fair manner. I plan to return to Craig for future repairs since he is a straight shooter who I feel I can trust.
Very busy place. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Very disappointed with my purchase. I bought a Mercury Tracer and it only lasted me 5 months. The transmission went. I dont think they go over the vehicles before they sell them. This car was advertised as one owner and low miles. Other issues: the fan didnt come on when the car was in park or idling and it had not heat. I would not buy a vehicle from them again.
Great customer service and willing to answer any and all questions regarding the 2006 Acura TSX that I purchased from them. Super helpful and reliable with questions even after purchase.
Bought a 2008 Jetta Wolfsburg Edition over a year ago here. Within the day of driving it off the lot the check engine light popped up. They had cleared it and used the ignorance of my father and I to their advantage. We brought it back and they couldnt fix it. We ended up spending $1700 at VW of Danvers to deal with the issue. NH needs a lemon law because this was one and it left me with a huge loss. Wouldnt recommend buying a used car from them.
Flying Wheels has clean, reliable vehicles at an honest price.
Ok to correct my review for you craig i was looking at an 08 maxima that you guys priced for 5995 online... when i went there the car looked good they just finished cleaning it up and had the rims looking shiny but had noticed the chrome trim on the car peeling off no biggie its a 9 yr old car... then i had my mechanic look at it first thing that he and i noticed was that the tires on the car were almost bald craig said as long as the tire tread is no less than 2/32 its still passible in a mass inspection.... then we looked at the front brakes they were brand new but the back brakes looked like they havent been touched in a couple years....okay not a big deal i can buy those tires from a junkyard cheap and get the back brakes done for a few hundred next thing we did was take it for a test drive 1st thing i noticed before we even left the lot was the rough idle in the car and the cheesy steering wheel cover. On top of that the cars push to start feature didnt work because key fob battery was dead which again wasnt a big deal he said he could replace the battery but he wouldnt allow me to take off the steering wheel cover because that looked good to him. When i asked if he had a vehicle history report craig said he didnt have one and that the car was a trade in ...so that was a red flag in my head when i asked about what he did to the car he showed me a paper report of just the brakes being done so right then i asked what did he do to the engine he said nothing because it needed nothing but with the rough idle noticeably in the car with me and my mechanic present he wasnt trying to admit something more needed to be done to the car so i knew the car was gonna need work and for a reasonable price i offered 4300 out of 5995 because of the tune up the car was going to need and the tires and brakes but no he refused because he knew he could sucker somebody else into getting that maxima because he was already bragging to me about how he sold a nissan altima yesterday for almost 6k and on top of that i heard one of his staff say not to worry about the maxima because its cheapySOOO all in all i gave you this bad review craig because you need to look at people differently and treat em with respect im not mad that you didnt take my offer im just not happy with your customer service... its like all you cared about was the money and if it wasnt coming from a bank it wasnt good enough for you on top of that you shouldnt be texting me talking about how im a piece of sh** because i gave you a bad review that is just childish grow up!!!
We bought my wifes suv and my car from Craig at Flyin Wheels. We have not had any issues with the vehicles and were very pleased with the customer service. We would highly recommend Flyin Wheels!
Bought a car there about a month ago now, thought it was good to go because it was advertised as needs absolutely nothing! Drove it home and the next day the low oil pressure light came on, it had maybe 1 quart of oil in it, maybe... They said the oil was just changed. Then the next week bam i need new brakes all around i shouldve checked that before i bought it but i just trusted them which was my mistake. Also didnt know that the car has locking lug nuts on it which they never gave me a key for. I even called back and left a voicemail and they never returned my call. I had to drill out the lug nuts and get a new set just to get the tires off. Definitely advertised wrong, i paid a good amount for that car just to dump more money into it. I made an account just to write a review here, i hate the internet but this pissed me off enough to use it.
I agree. They do not go through their cars. I bought a 2006 Nissan Quest. He sold it to me saying it was fully loaded. My husband looked at him and said do I need to sit here and try everything or does everything work. Craig looked at him and said already did, everything works. Before I even drove away the dvd player didnt work. 2 days later it started to rain IN my car! Lots of water not a leak. Went to get it registered and inspected. I had to pay tax on the full sales price because hes not a registered MA dealer. Had 3 tail lights out and broken wipers. Took the car back to have the water issue repaired, the dvd replaced and the tail lights replaced. If NH had a lemon law or the contract said I had options I would have left the car there. I told him there was an issue with the brakes he told me it was rust on the rotors that would come off. No the rotor was super warped. Couldnt get the tires off the car because they all had after market rims and no key for the lug nuts. I was told there was an automatic car starter and car alarm. He told me that I needed new batteries for the remotes. I got new batteries and that didnt work so I took it to a place that does starters and they said the whole brains of the auto starter and alarm were ripped out of the car. I stressed I really wanted a car with heated seats. They dont work. The CD player also doesnt work but wait theirs more! The A/C adapters dont work either. I was 9mths pregnant with my 3rd child when I bought this and I feel he totally took advantage of me. Every day I wake up pissed off that I spent my money on this awful vehicle. Spent the extra few bucks and go ANYWHERE else.
Went here right after totaling my car. Im a single mother and used all my savings on a caddilac from this company. He knew it over heated and tried fixing it (all the parts you would have to replace trying to fix it were already brand New) and when he couldnt he over filled the coolant and sold it to me as is. This man knew I had just lost my car and have young chrildren. Heartless low scummy people took 2700 from for a car they knew the engine was about to go in. I walked out saying I would tell people who were looking to go there well thankfully I didnt and now Im tell you your better off trying you luck else where.
Honest and good quality

1/10 Service.
Terrible dealership. Will never do business with with them again and will make sure to tell everyone we know about our negative experience
Excellent!
You rock
