I bought my wedding gown and veil from Bella Sera and I could not be happier! From the second I walked into their cute boutique, I knew I was going to find the one. I had shopped at another bridal store (twice), where I felt pressured to choose a dress and they made me feel like I was being too picky, but not at Bella Sera! I had my appointment with Bailey (LOVE HER- seriously she is the best). She was soo comforting, patient, and attentive to what I was looking for and how I envisioned my special day. I had felt so discouraged from the previous store I went to, but Bailey immediately lifted my spirits up! The first dress she put me in ended up being the one (and I think we all cried like babies)! It was such a special moment that I couldnt imagine happening anywhere else. Once my dress was in, I had 2 or 3 fittings with Ana. She was so sweet and skilled in what she does! Ana went above and beyond to show me several different options for the bustle, and any other little things I wanted altered. My dress looked absolutely incredible and Ive never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day! Theres something truly different - and special - about Bella Sera Bridal!After trying on what felt like a hundred dresses at a few other area stores I was starting to get discouraged... but everything changed when I met with my stylist, Emma, at Bella Sera!I was concerned about price (especially because this is definitely a more high-end shop), but Emma assured me that wed find the perfect dress within my budget. She listened to my likes/dislikes, and was incredibly kind and supportive as I navigated my way through the process. I never felt pressured or pushed... I was able to give my thoughts on dresses freely, and my feedback was heard and reflected in her assistance. She answered every question I had, and was incredibly kind.Every dress I tried at Bella Sera was stunning - somehow they all fit better than any of the dresses at other shops. Ultimately, I found the one at Bella Sera - the very first dress I tried! Very happy with service we received. Happen to be in boston after driving a family member to airport and decided to stop here to look at bridal gowns for my mothers wedding. We checked a few other locations but just didnt seem like we were being taken seriously. When we got to Bella Sera, We did not have an appointment but lucky enough we were accommodated and treated amazingly. Mom found her dress and we couldnt be happier with the selections, advice and service.

My experience from start to finish at Bella Sera was nothing short of amazing. I was getting married in under 5 months and needed to find my perfect dress. The women who helped us try on and pick dresses was so sweet and informative. We were there for quite some time trying on all the different options and then re trying on to decide on the perfect match. She was so patient and was happy to be helping. The appointments were easy to schedule. The seamstress (Hannah I believe) was amazing! She made the dress exactly how I envisioned it. I had an amazing experience with Bella Sera Bridal! It was one-stop shopping for me - I only looked here for my dress and found the perfect one (with a lot of help from Lisa!) within an hour. I had no idea what I wanted for a dress and she hit the nail on the head with her suggestions! I had my alterations done there as well and the dress fit wonderfully - thank you, Ana! I got so many compliments on my dress and I truly felt beautiful in it. I can’t suggest Bella Sera enough - it was the perfect experience.

I had a wonderful experience with my stylist Anthony at Bella Seras, but I knew I would since this was my second time in three years purchasing a mother of the bride dress from them. Anthony made suggestions but wasnt pushy, he made it fun! The selections were fantastic and the prices are reasonable too and I was able to order the color I wanted. Truly a pleasure to work with!!

I had such an amazing experience at Bella Sera thanks to Emma! She was so friendly, fun, and listened to what styles I liked while using her expertise to select dresses that were exactly what I was looking for and some outside-the-box ones too. She was so patient with me when it came down to two dresses and I never felt rushed or pressured. Im picky and indecisive, but ended up with a dress I NEVER would have picked out myself without her guidance!The shop itself was bright and airy with a great collection of all the modern, romantic looks. Lisa is the absolute BEST! My mother and I came to Bella Sera just after they reopened from Covid closure. We were a little nervous about going into a store, but they were following all protocols to make us feel clean ansd safe. It was appointment only and we called when we arrived for them to let us in. Everyone washes their hands upon arrival and only a certain number of people are allowed in the store at once. Masks on at all times! We also did not have a lot of time before my wedding to find a dress (Im talking only a few weeks). Lisa helped us find the dress of my dreams and called her rep for the designer right away to make sure it would arrive in time for alterations and proper fittings. Not only that, but we wanted to make some changes to the skirt of the dress - to change it from a mermaid to an A frame. Again, she got right on the phone and made it happen for us, we could not have been happier. Valerie, the seamstress was a GEM! She was so sweet and did a wonderful job altering the dress in less than a week once it arrived. We could not have asked for a better wedding dress experience and we will be recommending Bella Sera to all the future brides that we know. I was in a wedding gown crisis and Bella Sera saved the day. I had picked out another dress prior to covid and it did not fit well and no longer what I wanted. I made an appointment with Bella Sera and they helped me find my dream dress. Their communication was great and their seamstress is amazing. I could not have been happier with my dress!

Shopping at Bella Sera was easy, fun and successful. I got my wedding dress after going to two different bridal stores and not finding anything that felt like me. All the gowns carried are gorgeous! Lisa was perfect. She was there to help clip and support but also gave us space and time to take it all in. At no point did I feel pressured by Lisa or staff. I have only good things to say about the kind, professional, and experienced staff at Bella Sera! I had the pleasure of working with Bailey who was patient, attentive, and really listened to how I was responding to different dresses. I never felt pressured or rushed during the process and she was sweet enough to hold my iPad throughout numerous appointments so that my mom who lives far away could be included during the pandemic. On top of all that, I was able to find shoes and a veil in house as well as have alterations done in house. So convenient!

I came I here on my break in a panic because well, I thought my wedding dress was ... just not a good fit and not suited for my personality. I had ordered dresses online because it’s a pandemic and we are having an outside ceremony with close family and thought well... let’s just buy some dresses and go with the best one.... I felt doom about my choices four days before my wedding! Due to Covid-19 Bella is doing appointment only but I called while standing outside, and they had a slot. Very, very clean and tidy (I had to wash my hands which was so responsible of the staff and good practice), and the and wonderful and kind people there immediately had ideas. Brynn, thank you. I found a dress in under an hour. I don’t do white, but was able to find the perfect dress with her help and expertise to make me feel like a BRIDE! I am three days away from my wedding and can now enjoy the days to come and the days ahead. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness... you are my fairy godmother!

Unlike some other boutiques that hit me with the hard sell, I never felt any pressure, just a genuine desire to help me find the right dress. Their selection of dresses is well curated and across a variety of price points, and their alterations person was clutch at suggesting ideas to personalize the dress to my figure. Highly recommend!

I went dress shopping back in November and had a great experience at Bella Sera. I was not sure exactly what I was looking for and Lisa made some great suggestions and helped me narrow down my search to find my dress! Had a great experience here with Bailey! I didnt leave saying yes yet because I didnt have my family there due to COVID, but I think I will be coming back to say yes to that dress! Bailey was so kind and attentive the whole appointment. I went in for a specific type of dress and after not finding what I was looking for she suggested a totally different kind of dress that I told myself I would never like. I couldnt believe it when I tried it on and fell in love!!!!! I cant wait to come back and try it on again for the rest of my family!

The staff was not friendly or professional. I got my dress here 7 years ago and told my sister in law who is now getting married she had to go there, because I had such a great experience.However, when I went with her we had a totally different experience than I did. The staff was rude, would not even let us walk around to just look (not touch) the dresses, as it is covid times so we understand if we can’t touch them. When I expressed my disappointment the sales women gave me a huge attitude and asked me “what would I like her to do about it.” I simply replied with “be polite to us?” They wouldn’t let my sister pick dresses and told her they had already chosen them for her. Eventually she was allowed to actually view the dresses, after wasting time trying on all the ones they made her try first.I also asked for an iPhone charger, as this is a huge moment in everyone’s life, so we wanted to take photos. She told me there wasn’t a phone charger in the store. I then went and asked the front desk, in which they did provide me with one. When I returned with the charger, the sales women stormed off and refused to work with us, sending over another staff member.Thankfully this next staff member was friendlier but the experience had already been tainted. Needless to say, we did not get a dress there. Super disappointing and would never recommend this store to any other excited bride.

As a dad dress shopping is not on the top of the list of things to do with my daughter. However, Heidi and Lisa from Bella Sera Bridal made what would normally be a painful experience into a real treat.Their attention to detail, professionalism and positive energy made for an amazing experience not only for me but most importantly for my daughter. Bella Sera was incredible to work with - I had a special request to make a pocket square out of the excess fabric from my wedding dress after getting it altered, for our wedding this November. After getting referral after referral for places who couldnt fulfill this request, Bella Sera came through, and they made it so easy! The fabric I had was super small in length and width so they didnt have a lot to work with, but the seamstress, Gina, made the whole process effortless, not to mention a more beautiful pocket square than I could have imagined! And the price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend them for these types of special requests and for dress alterations.

What a wonderful day. We were able to find everything that both mothers needed, including shoes. It was my Moms first trip out of the house during COVID, and it went so well. Thank you Lisa, and thank you for taking on future alterations as well. What a year this has been for all of us - its one for the history books for sure. Bella Sera has a large selection, and are incredibly accommodating and caring.

I got my dress at Bella Sera Bridal then a week later I went back with my mom who got a beautiful mother of the brides dress. They have sizes and styles that complement any/all body types and it is a very comfortable environment. There are several different areas in the store so even if there is someone else trying on a dress it never felt crowded (This is taking into consideration Ive been there on weekdays and weekends!). The staff is awesome! I worked with Lisa and she helped me not only pick a dress that looks great on my body but explained some of the opportunities and customization we could do! I went to 6 different places and Bella Sera had, by far, the most beautiful collections and best staff. I would highly recommend!

As a bride shopping for a wedding gown is very stressful and Im not much of a shopper. I had already been to three other places to shop for dresses before Bella Sera. Upon arrival we were greeted and given a space to start trying on dresses. I was already happy to see that the prices were within my budget compared to the other places Id had been. I actually found two dresses that I really liked, but with even more assistance in trying on veils and making adjustments I was able to say YES to one of the dresses! I picked this specific bridal shop because they had a dress that I wanted to try on if they do not have a dress in stock that you are interested in they are able to ship it to the store for your appointment for a cost. I bought the first dress I tried on and they were very accommodating in making some modifications so that it was exactly what I wanted. So excited to wear my beautiful dress on the big day

Absolutely horrible customer service during a global pandemic. My mom had an appointment there today. Unfortunately, she woke up with COVID-19 symptoms, and out of extreme precaution I called to cancel the appointment.The woman on the phone proceeded to tell me that I would be charged a $25 cancellation fee. I understand the impact a cancelled appointment can have on businesses. However, the fact that they were insistent on charging us despite my mom’s symptoms is absolutely atrocious!I’ve never been to Bella Sera - but I can promise that I never will. And for all of you going during COVID, I’d question whether or not they’re following COVID guidelines - as people may feel pressured to come to avoid a fee (even with symptoms).

I would give 0 stars if I could. I tried to go there after work, as their website said they were open until 7, just to see if it would be worth making an appointment for my bridesmaids. One lives far away so we had one day to dress shop. The lady was rude, said they closed in 5 minutes due to holiday hours and said to make an appointment. It was a week before Christmas, so I chalked it up to bad timing and decided to try again. I called to make an appointment, they begrudgingly made the appointment for Sunday at 10am. She tried real hard to get me to go in on Saturday so I thought Sunday was booked, turns out there were no appointments booked Sunday, and she wanted to keep it that way. We showed up, filled out paperwork, and were directed to the dresses. Then complete silence, no one to help, no one to answer questions, etc. My girls started trying on dresses, and as you know they usually have one size and you get clipped in. The two women working were too busy chatting at the desk to come over and help. Finally my mom went over and asked for help. Another 10 minutes go by, with everyone standing around holding on the dresses. She put on one clip and walked away. No helping to adjust, or showing you how it will actually look. We found a dress that everyone liked, but had one more store to look at. The lady got mad that we didnt want to place an order right then, but said we could come back that afternoon to place the order and they might be there. We were supposed to call first because they were leaving between 2 or 3. I was shocked, I thought businesses were open during their posted hours. I guess it is standard for them to work when they feel like it, and not even really work when they are there. Completely rude and not helpful

I knew I was in the right hands at Bella Sera, as my sister had purchased her dress there years ago. Debra was so amazing in helping me find my dress, she actually picked out the winner! I would highly recommend Bella Sera, they seemed to know what I wanted more than I did and I got my dream dress!

In all this craziness, I was nervous about when I was going to have my dress appointment. Bella Sera offered up the idea of doing a virtual appointment and it was more than what I could have imagined. Lisa A. spent a half hour on the phone with me going over every single detail and expectation during our style chat, and promptly sent styles to me to choose from that perfectly matched my style profile! 8 dresses then arrived at my door for me to try on in the comfort of my MOHs (sisters) home which she decorated to look like her own boutique! Lisa provided consult on a zoom as if we were in her boutique in Danvers. Along with the dresses, Lisa sent items to glam up all the looks; belts, straps, trains, veils, overlays. the works! It was like playing dress-up, adult style, and I loved every second of it! It was extremely emotional for me having lost my mom almost a year to the day and Lisa was so comforting, knowledgeable, and kind throughout this whole process! I said YES TO THE DRESS at Bella Sera, as should you!!

Such a positive experience for all of us! I was a bit anxious thinking about how things would go. We had the bride to be, mother and grandmother of the bride and her aunts. Deb made it the most wonderful time for all of us. She was patient and was so knowledgeable when it came to designers and the right fit. I absolutely love Bella Sera. I worked with Carla, and she was beyond helpful and accommodating. It only took me a few dresses to find the one because Carla listened to my requests and my feedback about the dresses I did not like. When I went to pick up my dress, I told Bella Sera that, although I appreciated their offer to tailor the dress, I had a family friend who would do it. They were more than understanding and extremely excited to see my wedding pictures regardless. I felt special at their store, and I would highly recommend it to all future brides.

Highly recommend!I had a very modest budget for my dress and Debbie ( my consultant) treated me and my girlfriends with so much respect! She was very helpful, always outside the fitting room ready to help button the gowns, encouraging me to try as many dresses as I wanted as many times as I wanted, allowing times for pictures and videos! She brought in the seamstresses right in there to check for needed alterations.

Absolutely love the gown selection for both pageant & wedding. Every time Ive gone in the women working make me feel like top priority. They went above and beyond in helping me when I needed last minute alterations as well. Thank you ladies!

My experience was great here! Lisa was the consultant for my first appointment and wonderful and attentive. I loved being able to see the gowns, touch them, get a feel for the price range and decide what I wanted to try on. While slightly unconventional from other bridal shops, having that control along with Lisas suggestions really made all the difference and was my favorite part. I found a gown I loved and decided to think about it for a few hours and come back with some bridesmaids to try. Heidi was the consultant for my second appointment and equally as great. I really appreciated being squeezed in on the same day. However, she did disappear for about 20-30 minutes of my second appointment to go measure another bride. While I understand it was a busy day, it was slightly awkward standing around in a dress on the floor waiting to be helped. Im glad I ended up buying my dress because its truly one of a kind, but my experience was slightly unconventional.

I WISH I COULD GIVE BELLA SERA NO STARS! I was a bridesmaid in my friends wedding. We ordered the bridesmaids dresses in March for the wedding that was in October. You would think that would be more than enough time to get the dresses in..WRONG. We got the dresses 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING. When I was being sized, the sales associate told me I was the perfect size for the dress she was ordering me and that my measurements matched exactly. ALSO WRONG! When I got my dress, it would not zip up and there was a 4 inch gap across my back where it would not close. I 100% was not that size dress and should have been ordered at least 1 size up. They couldnt even find my dress when I went to pick it up and figured that someone must have picked it up for me...NO. I was freaking out that I would not have a dress to wear in my friends wedding. I brought my dress to Pins & Needles Alterations and Christina (a miracle worker) fixed it for me in 1 week. NO WAY was I trusting Bella Sera to do the alterations in such short notice when they had so royally messed up ordering the dress. Bella Sera is SO unprofessional and I am SO UNSATISFIED with my experience there. I will never return for any dress and I highly discourage from anyone ordering a dress from there.

Bella Sera Bridal is my number place I go to for all my special occasion dresses and I got my wedding gown with them. Their customer service is exceptional and they are so helpful and kind. Lisa, Heidi and their staff are wonderful!

I would highly recommend working with Bella Sera! I have had excellent experience with them thus far. They stick to guidelines that you would like to stay in regarding budget, style, wedding theme, etc...no pressure on anything. I was apprehensive to go wedding dress shopping, as I am not a fan of my body. However, I was made to feel very satisfied with my appearance and style of dress. Debbie is a talented professional with a gift in the bridal gown industry. She is a lot of fun to work with and a sweetheart. It is an honor to work with such a wonderful professional. The rest of the staff is fabulous as well. The staff here loves their job and it is very apparent in their interactions with their brides-to-bes. I would suggest any bride wanting to add in more happiness to the most exciting time of her life to work with Bella Sera Bridal!

My experience at Bella Sera was truly one of a kind. I’ve been to other places to find a dress but this experience was the most amazing. Heidi was the absolute BEST. I tried on 10 dresses that my sisters, best friend, and heidi picked out for me which was very helpful. She would always ask how did I love the dress and if I didnt we immediately went to the next dress. She helped me modify my dress and added buttons to the back of my dress. She knew exactly what I wanted without me even realizing it myself and then with magical finishing touches I knew I had to say YES TO THE DRESS!!! I made an appointment the next day to bring family that couldnt make it. Heidi wasnt even scheduled to be there but came in on her day off to be there with me. I felt so special. She greeted me with a big smile and a warm hug. Heidi was so knowledgeable and I don’t think I could‘ve found the right dress without her. THANK YOU!!!!Since finding my dress I have had to get my 7 bridesmaids and 2 jr. bridesmaids dresses. The whole staff at bella sera has been amazing and patient as Ive been there 4 times to get dresses for the bridesmaid. They all know us by now and I am greeted with smiles. This is truly a unique place. Thank You everyone for your time.

This was the second bridal shop I visited. The staff was great - I worked with Debbie the first visit to Bella Sera. She really honed I’m on what was important to me (having my chest covered yet still feeling va-va-voom) and helped me pick out several different style gowns. We quickly narrowed the search down to one. I wanted to sit on it a week and see if it was still something I loved and also bring back my sister and step mother to see if they loved it. Debbie was so happy that I was doing that -saying she was happy I would take the time to make sure that this was my gown. The salesperson at the first place I had gone to gave me the hard sell and it was uncomfortable. When I came back in w my sister and step mom I worked w Lynn. Let me tell you - she’s a special lady. My 3 young nephews were in tow and Lynn just rolled with it. She gave them little bobbles and helped keep them occupied. Yes - I still loved that dress and happily purchased it - it was such a pleasure to work with Bella Sera.

I completely agree with another posters comment about the first experience with Bella Sera being fantastic but after that everything went down hill. I needed to find a dress for a wedding and Amanda couldnt have been more helpful. I found the perfect dress and was told, because it was an in-stock dress, that it should be in shortly. After a couple of weeks when I didnt hear back from anyone at Bella Sera regarding the dress, I called and was told that it had been in for over a week. When I asked why no one had called, I was told that someone had called. Well, they had my cell phone and no message or any record of an incoming call was on my phone (I have a smartphone - theyre pretty good at recording calls from my experience). I put that aside and tried to set up a time for a dress fitting and was told that, no I needed to come in and try on the dress first, and if a fitting was needed I would need to schedule an appointment at that time. I explained to the woman that with my schedule that would be very inconvenient and that I would like to do it all at once if possible. She finally gave me an appointment on the same day I was planning to go but only after I insisted and explained my schedule dilemma again and again. Long story short, I went in to try on the dress and sure enough the dress did need to be tailored. Overall the fitting went well and I was scheduled to come back in a couple of weeks when the dress would be ready; my scheduled time was 10 a.m. I received the form with the time and seamstress (Janice). Two weeks later I arrive promptly at 10 a.m. and the sign on the door states an opening time of 11 a.m. I had scheduled this fitting around client appointments and needless to say I wasnt happy. I called to find out what happened and was told that, no my appointment was at 11 a.m. and not 10 am. Meanwhile Im looking at my form that clearly states 10 a.m. Janice, the seamstress, gets on the phone with me and tells me that no my appointment was at 11 - that is what she has written down. She then tells me that my form must be smudged or Im not reading it correctly. Im staring a the form - no smudges anywhere and I clearly see a 10 (not 11). She clearly doesnt want to hear that and insists that shes right - the appointment was for 11. Thank God for my co-workers who are also at this point looking at my form and telling me, no youre not crazy - it clearly says 10 a.m. I just want an apology for the inconvenience and a rescheduled appointment. Finally Janice tells me, oh, I see what the problem is. Youre in our computer system for 10 a.m. which is why your form is incorrect. I received a very half-hearted apology (if I can even call it that) and an insistence from her that it wasnt her fault. It was incorrect in the computer and she didnt enter it. Okay???? I gave up even trying to get her to see my point at all - the whole conversation just became ridiculous. I did receive a phone call from the manager, Amanda, who did apologize for what happened, and that did mean something. However, what did me in and why I finally decided to post this review, is that I went in to pick up my dress on my newly scheduled appointment day (I did confirm the time the day before just in case) and while I wont say that they were exactly icy, it was not the pleasant reception that I had received on certainly my first day or on the initial fitting day. No mention of the incident along the lines of sorry about the inconvenience you experienced, etc. They basically treated it as though it never happened. Coming from a client-services oriented field, I cant imagine treating any client/customer in this fashion.

I cant say enough about how amazing everyone at Bella Sera was. As soon as I walked through the door I became overwhelmed with joy and knew right away I would find my dress.

Bought my wedding dress there and Andrea was great! She paid attention and and spent time on me and what i wanted in my dress. She made suggestions and let me know about the designers of what they will and will not do. Regardless, she made one part of my wedding a reality :)

My daughter found the perfect dress there! They are just awesome place!

Ok this is pretty epic. Owners were very, very epic. I had refrain from singing Ransom by Lil Tecca I was sooo happy!!! Overall 10/10 bridal shop!!!!

I hate to say this but unfortunately Bella Sera was the worse bridal shopping experience I had. The store seems very, very run down - like no one cares about upkeep. The carpet was filthy - including looking like it hadn’t ever been vacuumed. Dresses were very worn out (not just a pull or missing bead here or there, but pilling on the fabric, dirt marks). This was for both bridal gowns and mother of the bride.They insisted they have a vast array of plus size dresses available to try on when I called to inquire, but we were met with one sad rack of actual plus sizes. Lying to get someone into your store is never going to create a positive customer service experience. The fitting rooms were also very run down. The consultant was a joke. She didn’t attempt to pull any dresses for me nor did she attempt to assist in getting you into dresses. Literally every other bridal shop (even David’s Bridal) helps with this because gowns are heavy and often difficult to get into. This probably is part of why the dresses were so dirty and beat up.To add to the feeling of a lack of cleanliness, the shoes in the fitting room looked filthy & worn out, and the petticoat available to try on with dresses was literally stored lying on the floor underneath the bench in the fitting room. All in all, an overwhelmingly disappointing experience. And I’m no princess.To add to it, the consultant was late for my appt - which hey - totally happens. However, a simple apology & thanks for your patience goes a long way. A different woman was standing behind the desk and just stared at us as we came in and just told us we’d have to wait. She had nothing nice to say until she realized we were leaving long before the appt should’ve been over and she tried to perhaps save a sale (too little, too late) by saying we could pay to have them order other dresses in for try on or that they could order a dresses even if they don’t display them. Why would I pay them for a dress I tried on at a different shop (that offers assistance, customer service, & meets a basic requirement of being clean)? I have now learned that this woman who avoided eye contact & didn’t try to welcome or assist us while we waited is the owner!!! No wonder the consultants don’t try to do much for you. The owner isn’t even keen on customer service.PS: after reading a couple other reviews... I would concur that quite literally all but 2 plus dresses were coated in mounds of glitter and beading. They need to have a bit of variety.

Our family has been deeply disappointed at the treatment our family received at Bella Sera Bridal. I would suggest that if you deal with them and are thinking of a future purchase, that you DO NOT deal with them financially until you have the product in hand. Horrible communications and no flexibility or understanding. Lost deposit and no dress was ever ordered and we are still scratching our heads. Brad Brown

I would give 0 stars if possible. I made an appointment to go here, confirmed the appointment the day before, and showed up 10 minutes early. When I got there they had me fill out a sheet with all the same information I already gave via email. I was then ignored for 20 minutes, all of the staff members walked around not making eye contact with you as if they were better than you. When my sister finally got someone to help me she had no idea what styles I wanted and had nothing prepared, even though I sent a list if specific styles I wanted to try months in advance. Every dress had hideous glitter and sequins. I would not recommend wasting your time here.

Great experience got my bridal gown and a bridesmaids dress here, the assistant D was fantastic and knows and remembers your name, which makes the experience more worthwhile!

I received one of the worst customer service experiences here ever. I came here with a large group for a 2pm appointment - but was not helped till 330pm in the afternoon. Regardless of another bridal team running over, that late is just disrespectful of our time and business. . I had so many unanswered questions. The stylist didn’t bother to ask what styles or material I was looking for or offer any recommendations for dresses. I actually tripped pretty badly over one of the trains of a dress and hurt myself -in a really public open space and NO ONE came over to see if I was ok.Bottom line I received poor customer service that nearly ruined what was a really fun day for my girls and I. Their selection is ok and moderately priced. However They carry limited sample sizes (small ) and too few sheath styles. I plan on buying several bridesmaids dresses and possibly one of the gowns I tried on -but will find another shop. No way will I give Bella sera my business.

Got my wedding dress at bella sera! Heidi was my bridal consultant. I had been to one previous dress shop and had the worst experience, that was not the case at bella sera. I loved every dress i tried on! However I LOVED the one i picked and so did my guests. I also lost 25 pounds between when i bought the dress and final fitting. ( Which I do not recommend doing, i recommend losing the weight before buying your dress but cannot always be planned) Slavia was an amazing seamstress and did a custom bustle for me. Excellent experience

I’m that bride who purchased a dress during COVID elsewhere and decided it just wasn’t “The One”. After a Facebook add that showed me this lovely Bridal store I decided to make an appointment. The moment I walked in I felt the calming vibes of the shop. I was star stuck when I saw all the beautiful dresses. I mean I have been to about 4 boutiques at this point, I was floored when I saw the caliber dresses they carry. My stylist Lynne took the time to get to know me and even entertained looking at some photos I had of dresses I have tried on in the past. They have an amazing selection of try on dresses in all sizes. Lynne is very educated in her craft. She took the time with each dress as I tried them on and off fluffing them out and making sure we get the right angle of pictures. After about 8-10 dresses I felt like giving up until she encouraged me to try on just a few more. I’m so glad I did because myself, my daughter, and my soon to be mother in law cried as we found “The One”. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience and would 100% recommend it to anyone who’s searching for that unique wedding dress.

Bella Sera has been wonderful! They were so patient as I tried on a million dresses and stayed as long as I needed to. I came back later that day to try my favorite dress on again and AGAIN a couple of days later to officially decide. Lisa and Emma were so supportive and friendly and I get so excited to see them when I go back for my fittings. Ana is doing the alterations and she is absolutely wonderful. She showed me options, helped me to take pictures, and made sure I had all of my questions answered before I left. They are all very knowledgeable and the environment is very welcoming and helped to calm my nerves during such a stressful time. I trust their opinions and I really do feel special every time I walk in the door.
