Started my flight lessons in November of 2020 and got my license in August 2021. In that time I really enjoyed my lessons in the air and on the ground. Really on point and professional which shows how serious they are to get your license. The aircraft are keep in great condition and well maintained. Everyone is nice, caring, and funny! I would highly recommend this school for the area it is located!

Arrow Aviation LLC is a very nice place, their environment is very clean, nice parking space. The lady who works at the front she is very customer service oriented. She speak to you with manners. They also have testing area for examination, the room is very nice, they have Head phones to give you so the noise do not over power you. The seats are comfortable. The rest room is very nice and clean. I saw a few of the workers and they look quiet nicely attired. I would recommend this place to any one. Nice place.PSI is also there for testing. I am not sure there is a wheelchair access but otherwise it is very nice, comfortable and looking good. Recommendable.

She know how to deal and approach person. She is a people person. If ever anyone have the opportunity to do any exam there because they do for PSI as well, the exams rooms are very quiet. They have head phone to keep out the noise. The room is well kept and clean. I will recommend this place to anyone. They have good parking area. Even the yard outside is very clean. I saw a couple of workers and they are well atire. Nice place. Recommendable. nice computer settings. Nice service station.

Arrow Aviation is a great place to get your flight training. I got my PPL training with them and recommend this school 100%. Instructors are very nice, helpful and professional. The school has variety of training aircrafts, Redbird full-motion simulator available for flight training and also testing site. There is great, friendly atmosphere at the school and everyone working there provides excellent customer service! DEFINITELY 5 STARS!!!

HORRIBLE experience here, staff are rude and treat potential customers like garbage. I would NEVER take my worst enemy here to try and fly a single aircraft or give them any of my money. BEWARE!!! I had a much better experience flying at Tweed in New Haven!!

Ive had nothing but great experiences here. I dont know what happened 2 years ago, but Ive been coming here at least that long, I pre-check each Cessna I take up with my CFI, and never found anything wrong. The CFIs are friendly and professional and most definitely teach you as a Pilot, to err on the side of caution. These facilities are under-used compared to anything near New York City, so most of your lesson is quality time in the air learning new stuff and putting you at ease with this exciting sport of flying. The charges are detailed in your receipt and never inflated. Its an expensive sport, no doubt about it, but here at Arrow you get every pennys worth.

Best flight school in the metro area

Great school, fair and transparent costs. Their pilot shop has decent prices that are usually comparable to online prices so I usually purchase through them. I also like that they are flexible with payments and options. I am training with flight instructor Roger S. I have been very happy with the professionalism and experience of my instructor. This school has been very flexible with hours and schedules Overall I am extremely satisfied with the school and my instructor. I have also flown with instructor Austin R. And also had a great time training.

Great full service flight school. Knowledgeable instructors and a wide variety of great training aircrafts. The instructors at Arrow will make you feel very comfortable and at home. The office Staff is great. They are competitively priced and always ready to help. I love Arrow Aviation!

Have been very happy with this rental service for past 2 years. The PA28-161 Piper I fly is impeccably maintained. Joan and Barb ( front desk ) are always helpful. The CFI s are great for bi-annuals. Tower is great and always helpful.

Awesome flight school! My son just completed his pilot license!!

I did all of my primary flight training here around 2006 and actually still keep in touch with my instructor (even though he has since moved on to the airlines). They have continually improved their facilities and added a RedBird simulator (though I would like to see them add a multi-engine module to it) and a retractable, which is getting harder to find these days. Some of the aircraft cosmetics could use a bit of refurbishment, but given the limited market of student pilots, they do a good job at keeping them decent-looking and refresh them when they can.As for the accidents mentioned in some of the reviews, if you look up the NTSB reports you will find that one of them was attributed to pilot error by a renter and another one was simply a rare mechanical failure not caused by poor maintenance. Speaking as an experienced pilot, it was just bad timing that they all happened in a short span of time and does not indicate a systemic problem with their operations.

The instruction you will receive at Arrow Aviation is unparalleled. Having received lessons from almost every flight school in the area, there is a qualitative shift in how you learn here. Each lesson was completely customized to my goals and level of experience. As a result, you will feel extremely engaged but never overwhelmed. The entire staff turns what can be a daunting task into an inclusive and fun atmosphere. Austin is one of the friendliest and most knowledgable rising instructors Ive ever had the pleasure of learning from, make sure you ask for him, though everyone is great there! There is a reason why Arrow commands the brand recognition it has earned. When you consider the diversity of aircraft, expertise, and value, Arrow is in a completely different league compared to its competitors in the Tristate area.

If im going to heaven, id trust the flight instructors @ Arrow Aviationto get me there with clear instruction. My introductory lesson was very enlightening. The instructor used illustration to land based navigating challenges as they came up in atmospheric turbulence.His insights made the trip less unsettling for a first time flyer. 5 STAR BAD, BAD BAD, BAD FLIGHT SCHOOL, If you want to stay alive, stay away from this aviation school, accident one after another, their aircraft are very old and in poor condition, last year two people died in two different plane crash, both planes were registered to Arrow Aviation, this school should not be operating under these conditions, terribly dangerous flight school.

The one airplane they have is old and didnt seem safe, the fact that they wanted me to pay for blocks ahead of time, didnt make me comfortable.
