I was referred from another auto zone to this one and I’m glad I was sent here. Danny was able to efficiently help me and took care of installing the car battery I purchased. He was also very trustworthy and showed me the differences on all the batteries that I had as an option for purchase. Totally appreciated his commitment to great customer service.

Came in to purchase a cabin air filter. On my own, found the book to make sure I purchased the correct one for my vehicle. Double checked before going to the register. When I got there, the guy who rang me up asked if I was sure I got the right one and checked on the computer. I let him know that I used the book in the back to make sure. Im sure he was just trying to be helpful, but Im wondering if he also asks men if theyre sure theyre getting the right item or if it was because Im a female...

Someone should let the workers know how life time warrantee on breaks work. You buy it one time which means that you dont have to buy again unless you bring the old ones in. I only have 1 vehicle so thats impossible for me to do to bring the old one and get new ones. For years I buy the lifetime again and return them the next day to get my money back. Guy didnt wana give me my money back said I was trying to get free breaks.... since I have life time warrantee on my breaks thats kinda how it works. Mind you iv been going to autozone for years doing this and was told by autozone manager that it was okey to bring them back in after I put the new ones on.......Argued with the guy realized I was arguing with barn door. Need to explain thats how it be sometimes. Wasted my time and had no idea of his own rules. Will not return ever

This is one of their better locations in the region I really enjoy the store Good staff great stuff and convenient they have a lot of cool light kits for interior and exterior lighting here as well also they have a good selection in the aftermarket exhaust parts great detailing aisle good aisle for hitch receivers and the stores always really cool and clean

Love the way they check your check engine light for free and recommend parts to fix it. Mostly a sure fire solution and if you can not v do it yourself, they recommend a close by repair shop to put the parts in. Super efficient and mostly a quick solution. Bigger jobs need a second opinion, like in the medical field. AutoZones opinion is important in your repair process since not many repair shops are honest, so in the process of disclosure and transparency, get your input here. Good lucksnd stay safe!

Went in to get a battery for our fob car key. Asked for Carlos who we had spoke to on the phone. A man took the fob from us, who turned out to be the manager, Miguel Hamid. He proceeded to try to open the fob, Carlos walked over, Mr Hamid gave it to Carlos, Carlos looked at it and said, he cracked it, he tried to open it wrong. We told Mr Hamid and he got very rude and refused to take any responsibility for what he did. We left with a cracked fob. So unprofessional!! We were so disappointed, he could care less what he did. We left a message for the district manager, no return phone call yet.

This autozone location is all you could ask for from a parts shop. Not only was the service quick and priced competitively but specifically Javier was knowledgeable and happy to help. I will be a satisfied customer of this location for years to come.

I wanted to give it 2 Stars. I ordered an air cleaner for my welding machine. Paid for it They never called me. Im back a month-and-a-half. Later. Took forever for the guy to find it in the machine. I had sent it back. I just got a refund. He was patient and helpful and worked hard to find. The transaction in the computer. Glad to say the place is there. But its an auto parts store. Whats there to say?

Who closes nearly 30 minutes till closing time? I arrive 20 minutes before closing as soon as i get off work to grab a new headlight, and they’re closed. If i get a ticket i’m really gonna be mad

Very helpful and friendly staff. Needed a break light, there were none on shelf, it could had ended there, but dude went to the back to find what I needed, rang me up and out the door all within 5 minutes or less from the moment I walked in, (Wednesday, around 5:45 P. M.).

I didnt go there for myself personally, but I drove my friend there and it seemed to me they took care of him promptly and efficiently. All good.

Store manager argued about return/refund of a product that clearly stated in the product warranty what was acceptable for return or refund. Im also in the business and I assure you customer relations is NUMBER 1. Make the customer feel that you will support him or her to the very end, even to the point that you will go above and beyond the warranty information. The store manager argued and debated with me, so I departed without purchasing the product and also I will never return to that Auto Zone.

This store is brand new and I am happy there is now a decent auto part store in town. The staff is fairly helpful and some definitely have more knowledge and will to help than others. A little pricey I think but going rate with competitors (in the area). However if you are going to frequent be sure to sign up for the rewards card and it gives you a $20 reward after completing 5 transactions of $20 or more. I would give a 5 star if there was a better stock on some items. They have had slim or out of stock items on more than 1 occasion for me but they are new and I believe they are still working out the kinks.

Special ordered parts. Didnt work. Offered store credit which was fine. Heres the reason for the one star. They refused to help find the correct part. This was coupled with an F-it attitude. Too bad. Dont shop here.

Absolutely terrible service by the kid at the counter when I walked in. I didn’t know what size windshield wiper my Mazda 3 was so I walked up and asked him if he could help me. He told me in a really snotty tone “I don’t normally do this but I’ll do it this time. You have to come prepared”. Are you kidding me? What else is he there for? The manager stepped in and helped but the service from that associate was unacceptable. I wish I caught his name but I didn’t. All I remember was he had glasses and was about 20. Called afterwards and the manager answered the phone and didn’t understand my frustration. Management needs to have a talk with their associates about being patient with people because a lot of people don’t know anything about cars and go to the auto store to get help! I will never give this place a DIME of my money ever again and will make sure that anyone else that I know stays far away from this poor establishment.

Id like to thank the super nice guy who saved my life and my car during a cold and disaster night. I was so scared when my car got a problem on my way home. Thank God I found this autozone still open. Ten minutes later everything was fixed. I forgot to ask his name. He is a young white guy, tall and nice. If the owner saw this post, please give my best regards to him.

I find this store is not helpful. I went to buy a car battery for my sons car. I asked if they could help install the battery for me. They said they couldnt help me because it would take 30 min to install. For those of you that have installed a battery.. really 30 min..ok right.. being a female I asked, do you think I could install this battery by myself? I was told,, no he didnt think i could. 🤔🙄😩. By the way I can and have installed a car battery all by myself. They have lost a customer. I purchased the battery from a competitor and had no issue installing it. 💪🦸‍♀️😎

It is Memorial Day so I called, they said they close at 7:00, got here about 5 till, door was open but they told me they were closed. Same really with the ORielly up the street. Sign on the door there said 7:00 but at 6:45, doors were locked and no one was inside which is why I jumped in the car and called Autozone. Lazy people....
