Great place to take your deer to get processed, they have all different kinds of options you can get. Meat is always packaged nicely.

The add on products always packaged well and taste great. Had steaks cut from a couple deer this year and was a bit disappointed. Leg hams run through a band saw leaving the bone in the middle is not a quality job in my opinion. I’ve had many dozens of deer processed at a number of butchers and have never seen this method. Having two leg sized steaks in a pack is puzzling if you’ve ever had them in a more finished method. Everyone at this KS is always polite and accommodating and I wouldn’t hesitate to return for select items but would be less likely to have any thing other than secondary products or grinding done.

What a deer processor should be. All cuts are vacuum sealed. Chris doesnt batch his ground meat- what you get is from the animal you brought in. Muscle jerky is delicious, if expensive. Busy shop, but well-staffed enough for quick turnaround, at least if you dont order much jerky. Everyone is friendly.

Type of service that still treats their clients with respect and honesty. You will feel like family there. They are fast and reasonable. Oh, and try the pastrami.

My son killed his first buck, a nice nine. Asked for skull capped to save. They didn’t save the antlers. Very disappointed and will not return. Meat was packaged very well and sealed.
