Hat store. Well organized and quick check out. Serramonte is a maze and seemingly always under construction but I dont blame that on lids.

Love lids but this location is closed and new store is being built. So sad.

Sales Rep recommended me to join the New Lids Access Pass for $5 two months ago. Sales Rep gave me a small flyer (17.ACCESSPASS.028) shows all the rewards and benefits. One of the benefits is I will get a birthday gift. Lids sent me an email on my birthday that I can show the email to any Lids store for the birthday gift. I went to Serramonte Lids in Daly City and showed the email to the sales rep. The sales rep showed me a tiny hat brush (looks like a toy and worth about a couple dollars) and said I needed to purchase something if I want the gift. I showed the email Lids sent to me to the sales rep that it does not say sale is required for the gift, but he kept saying, I need to buy something if I want the birthday gift. I told him that I do not want to spend $30 for any hats I do not need because of the small cheap gift. The sales rep was very rude and horrible. Terrible business.. I should not have wasted $5 for the Access Pass in the first place. Serramonte Lids, you are shameless that you do not keep your own corporate offices commitment to the customers.
