They did an excellent job engraving my nephews name on a baby ID bracelet. The woman behind the counter was very friendly, helpful selecting the best font and got the job done quickly! I would definitely use them again.

Arrogant, young employee. He was the only one in the entire store!! Selection is scarce so I finally picked out something that wouldnt make me bankrupt. He engraved 2 plaques for me and one of them came out all scratched!! He made excuses and refused to make another one!! He was also completely oblivious to the fact that my beloved dog had just passed away. Totally unsympathetic, he was giddy the entire time like he was on crack!! I couldnt wait to get out of there!! WORST experience ever!!!!

They seem friendly enough. Wrong they failed to mention that they charge By The letter to engrave so the guy helping me had me up to almost 400 for an item that was 45 to start. When it all ended I still played almost 150 to get what I really wanted. If the occasion wasnt so damn special to me and my family I would have walked out.
