They sold me something that did not work and were not willing to refund me. sold me a iPhone case that did not charge and they said too bad to choose something else when they knew I specifically I only needed a case that charged the phone. the guy was rude and disrespectful.

Ive purchased an iPhone protection screen and they have charged me twice with my credit card in error.I went back and spoke with Eddy about the issue.When he saw the double transactions, he apologized and made a return to my credit.It was a smooth, easy, quick, and no nonsense settlement.Thanks.

My wife purchased one ipad cover & she was charged 3 times using my credit card its been almost 3 weeks now & was never refunded through chase. My wife went back there again and ask for a refund mistakenly my wife gave her debit card. The seller gave her 2 refunded reciept & guess what instead she was charged twice on her debit card. Luckily i called chase and cancelled those 2 debit transaction while still pending. About the debit card transaction? is still a BIG!!! question mark... I hope chase retract it. I guess i just got hit by a big LOOOOOOOT---ery!!!! They are not even worth one Star.....
