I went 2day..store messy... Shelves were empty... No shopping carts.. I had to use a plastic laundry bin to put my stuff.. I like the dollar tree on Geneva..

Ive only been to 2 Dollar Tree locations: this one and the one on International in Oakland. This one is smaller but less crowded and more organized than the one in Oakland. Great place for last minute gift wrap and party supplies

I found the collections like other Dollar Tree stores. There is a free parking but small (4 to 5 cars can park at the same time).

Horrible never has nothing

This place is terrible!! Entrance and sidewalk in front is very dirty, the cashier is rude, and always busy. Always have to wait a long, long time in line, owner is to cheap to hire employees to work in store. The Under Cover Security in the front door was carrying a hunting knife attached to his belt that had a 12 inch knife,( No Joke)This is highly illegal, and I saw him drinking out of a flask on the parking lot stairs,upon leaving the store. This was shocking to me, as well as another customer who saw him. He looked like aThug to me. I am reporting this to the Daly City Police, since they hung up on me, 3 times, when I called to complaint to the store about this. This is outrageous,they need to answer for this. I dont feel safe at a store with an employee like this!!

Its always for me to go there for 2 or 3 items and it never fails that I leave with no more than 4 bags of stuff. Every time its true

You can find a lot of stuff, its a clean place and they sale things according on every season. You can also find some food and candies.

Cashier was talking on her personal phone. Store is disorganized and ran down and needs to be restocked.

I’ve been to this place didn’t really find what I was looking for that day but I still bought other things I needed. I saw the manager or owner soon as I walked in and he greeted me and smiled. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is I’ve been calling the store since 9 am and it’s busy I could never get through.

I only go here about once a month but for a store this size it adequately stocked and theres always some nice surprises: today I got both a coconut based skillet spray and an 8oz jar of pure coconut oil for of course $2.

Awesome customer service, excellent items, extravagant prices!

My first impression was of a bathroom. Who is damp dank and smelled foully. No customer service to speak of. And one line went all the way back into the aisles.

They dont have enough employees I always have one cashier open and theres a huge line all the time but otherwise is good

Lady was checking out with a lot of groceries and lost her cash, the clerk let her was 10 minutes looking for her cash this holding up the line, meanwhile the manager closed all the other registers. Didnt think to start another register while the hold up was happening.

This is a very quaint Dollar Tree. Its cleaner than most Dollar Trees Ive been to, but its also definitely smaller. I love the convenience of being able to get here from the Sunset neighborhood as you only need to take the 28 to Daly City Bart (last stop) and then the 14R (one stop), which would take you straight there. Definitely a great place for quick buys!

People dont really want to help you over the phone checking inventory they just say no without really listening to what youre saying or to hang up because they dont want to deal with phone calls. but they actually have it in stock.

Its too messy and not enough workers for the register and for keeping the store in order and clean.

I have always shop here but now i avoid coming in, the owner is really nice but the cashiers have attitude problem and one of them overcharged if you don’t pay attention and wont give you a receipt.

This is still a very well organized dollar store. They have a lot of variety such as Halloween accessories, Thanksgiving decorations and Christmas decorations. The store is clean and easy to navigate and I have found some surprising things for a dollar here. The only thing I wish they had was shorter lines at the cash register or more people working the registers as usually they only have 1 person cashing out.

Great stuff here. I find the options for DIY projects to be really great in the store. I always find little things that help me make my projects at home a little easier, what separates this Dollar Tree from other dollar stores is the lack of mess. It was very clean and put together and not busy and I was in and out of there in a Flash

Always Dirty entrance

Store is great but cashier is rude and unprofessional etc. They need workers that can do the job. Corporate needs to do something about this kind of workers. They need to hire ppl that can do the job not some lazy workers.

This is a pretty decent Dollar store considering it is practically the only one near SF. They do stock pretty well and its kept well organized. They should open a bigger store to include more fresh groceries because I think it would be good for the neighborhood.

Great Shopping very affordable prices.

It was ok, I just wanted to go some place new that Ive never been before. However they didnt have any Ajax or comet cleaner which I was disappointed about. Found it quite odd that they didnt have any!

Excellent experience

I will not even give it one starstar the employee over there are so rude in a way that I had never experienced it in my life.

I have a service dog. One of the workers tried to tell I couldnt have pets in the store. And I let him know he is a service dog for medical reasons. Then he tried to refuse service to me for giving him a bad attitude after he gave me a bad attitude.

This place is the best. Friendly staff and everything actually is only a dollar. Its my favorite store.

This is the only DollarTree store in San Francisco, but it almost isnt. Ride the 14-Mission Muni bus to the southern border with Daly City, and there it is. Get off at Flournoy St., landmarks are Last Stop bar and Auto Zone. If you miss this stop, you cant get off the bus until the Bart station, about 6 blocks away.I like the store because everything is really $1. All the dollar stores in SF are now more than $1, ranging from $1.25 - $2. This one has a special of the week. You cant miss it because it is right at the entrance. It has all the usual dollar store items.One unique section in this store is refrigerated and frozen food. Cold items include sliced cheese, sandwich meat, sausages, ham, juice and flavored milk. Frozen items range from a few ounces per package of raw beef, fish and pork, small frozen meals, to snacks like ice cream, pizza, burritos and sandwiches.The down side to the store is that shelf stock is erratic. Sometimes there is a great selection of hardware, stationery and cookies. Other times there is not much on the shelf. However, canned groceries are plentiful.A clerk tells me that product delivery is on Tuesday. Expect a good selection of items Tuesday thru Thursday.The store is open daily usually until 8pm. There are only 2 cashiers available. They are friendly and helpful. I have rarely seen a clerk stocking shelves, so there is no one to assist customers looking for specific items.Enjoy this store with everything truly priced at $1 or less (poster board 69¢).

Great little store. Small for a Dollar Tree Store, but stock was good. I found everything I needed. Fast, courteous svc. (The sidewalk and entry walkway outside were filthy and not real inviting but the interior of the store was clean). Pressurewasher?

This Daly City location is smaller than the Colma one, but you can find all the basics here. Great place to get gift bags and party supplies.

Love that it is so close to my church so I can either come here before or right after to pick up certain things !

Always fun shopping here, come in for one or two items and always walk out with more.

What can I say! Everything for a 1 dollar. Here you can find your basic necessities at cheap prices: eggs, butter, ketchup, cleaning & office supplies, Arizona drinks, chips, and more. My top buys here are photo paper, work gloves, and BIG gallon of Crystal geyser water.

The worst Dollartree store I have ever been in with the worst customer service. So dirty inside I felt like I needed to wipe my feet on the way out. Totally disorganized and zero care for customers. Not even worthy of one star!! How the hell it is rated at 4.2 out of 5 is beyond me!!

If quality is not what you want than Dollar Tree works. Do not look for items that last. If you need items for one time use, seasonal decorations, snack foods at a discount price then ok.

Theres only 1 register open . Really long line, long waiting. This cashier came, Diane replacing the other cashier. I said theres a long line didnt even bother to call or apologized for waiting. Where the hell is the manager in this store ? Bad service. No employees.
