I went inside of the store with my daughters, wich i been a costumer for so many years at shoe palace, this women name “MARIA” if im not wrong, she was so rude by spraying some kind of disinfecting spray after i left the store! they never told me anything about wearing a mask till i was out of the store!! i look back that’s when i saw her doing faces and spraying something! i feel embarrassed with my daughters, because they ask me why she was spraying that after we left, at the spot that we were!! maybe because we are latinos?? this so sad that they treat costumers like this!!

If I can give this place a 0 I would! The employees at this location has the worst customer service Ive ever witnessed. As soon as you walk in, not one person greets you! Not even if someone is standing right at the entrance. You always see a lot of workers by the registers and when you walk right pass them they dont acknowledge you. Ive been to this location plenty of times and each time I receive the same terrible treatment. The last time I was there, an employee was standing right by the shoes like a statue. She noticed me looking at shoes and didnt even bother to ask if I needed help. Please train your employees more because I will never spend my money at a place where the employees come off as rude!

Don’t go there if you want to be profiled worst shoe experience.They backdoor all the good shoes. Will never go back agian. All those employees just keep the good size for themselves.

One of my favorite shoe store. I’m a sneaker head so I love this place. Stockton, Modesto, stone ridge, Walnut Creek and NEW PARK MALL shoe palace is the bomb.

You need better employees, not all these little kids.Trying to get a pair of shoes was too difficult. One girl went in the back never to be seen again. I tried speaking to another and she looked at me and then ran into the back also never to be seen again. Two other male employees fumbled through a box of shoes and mumbled to themselves while offering no help. One star for having at least a clean store.

I love shoe palace its a good store to buy my sneakers at but the employees are just horrible

Don’t even waste your time going into the store.,, horrible customer service. Staff is talking to each other and when their friends come in they forget they are working. Have to be chasing the employees to get to see if they have my size and when they go to search for them... better order lunch or dinner because they will take for ever and then they will tell you they don’t have your size and that the computer is having a glitch! Worst experience ever!

Worst customer service experience I had with stores. Young and rude sales consultants and they are descriminating my sexual orientation of me, buying a women lacoste slides. To the store manager, keep an eye on this situation.

Hard to say, I like the layout of the place. However the employees are a big turn off.
