Walking into the store you are automatically greeted & welcomed with a hello, how are u and if u have any questions feel free to ask by an enthusiastic young person at the door while your eyes adjust to the lighting and all the merchandise start to overwhelm you and entice u to look all around.

I love Hot Topic they have some rare and funny stuff.

Got some fun cartoon t-shirts. Large selection available in this location, always a plus. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Its very pleasent to be able to experience great customer service. Sadly, not many places offer that traditional old style of service today.

Went into the store for some gifts. Everyone was friendly and helpful. And then I had to return something the next day because it was broken but I didnt realize until we got home. No problems with the return. Checking out was easy and efficient. Great selection of items too and in the sizes I needed. Definitely returning.

A not squished hot topic! Theres plenty of space for people to move around the other store unlike some other smaller hot topics

I went to Hot Topic Wednesday with my friends and I wanted a sweater but ended up getting a Kakashi shirt and some pins. My friend got a nose piercing and some pins also, she paid with her debit card everything was fine. When I go to pay for my things with my debit card they ask for my ID which I didnt have because it was in the car. My problem is why did they ask for my ID but not hers? They gave me no reason they said if it was signed then maybe they could have done it but my friends was also not signed in the back just very unfair and strange I wont be going back there

I can never go into hot topic without spending money! Which is a good thing because they always have something I want. Shirts, piercings, pants, random stuff. Youll find it!

The employees are one thing but the stuff in here is pretty diverse. From figures to clothes I was happy with my purchases. They also have great sales from time to time.

What can i say - when my kids want some clothes, they drag me here - generally cool stuff tho

Hot Topic has the cutest Krampus sweater! I want it so bad! I always enjoy shopping at this store. The clearance area is so fun with those great markdowns! Oh yeah, the staff was helpful without being pushy. Yay!

They have a huge variety of merch, but its really expensive though. They sometimes have deals, but since its merch its most likely going to expensive

I went here to buy a couple of band shirts---Nirvana & Green Day---for my stepson. They were having a sale, so I got both for less than $30. The store itself is kinda over the top (reminds me of angsty adolescence), but it works for buying band tees.

Fun things to look at n buy

All the Hot Topics are gone from San Francisco. One thing I noticed is they have lots of Funko Pops, which I didnt see much of in the one at Stonestown Mall before they closed it. I was stoked to snag a Batman in a Batmobile. It was nice shopping late into the evening during a weeknight, it wasnt very crowded. The sales gal was nice enough to hold my Pops at the counter while we continued to shop.

I walked in and the employees were all talking about what they did last night. They didnt acknowledge the fact i walked in. They didnt even ask if i neeeded help. But i went to them and waited for them to end their conversation.
